I enjoyed shopping for the shirts. Although I was a little skeptical that the products would arrive on time since they were coming from Asia, everything arrived promptly without any delivery issues

Took forever for previous orders to arrive but I like your clothing.

I ordered shirts for several family members. Sizing was a bit tricky,even though we measured. I would suggest going up a size. Colors were so vibrant and the quality is excellent.

Still Experimenting... this is my 2nd test order... My first order was delivered to my door... but it took a lot of follow up and tracking down... now that I know the shipping process... I've modified my shipping address... If it comes right o my door without a lot of tracking down... I'll order $400 or $500 worth more?

I'm pleased to say my 2nd $293.14 test order of Oct23 2021 finally arrived on Nov 11 2021 and I liked all the contents but something was missing.
I reviewed My "Checkout Success hawalili" file (excerpt attached) and the following item was missing

Items ordered took forever to arrive Oh, that's because they're coming from CHINA. Sent returned items back 5/19. Today is 7/22, They are stuck in CHINA somewhere-supposedly in Customs for at least 3 weeks. Still no refund. I will never order from this company again. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL I will never shop with them again, and have read the same story about them on Pay Pal, and other sites. BEWARE

Fun shirts that look terrific. Great website and payment process. I'm advancing 5 stars on the faith I actually get my shirts and they will be excellent quality. Crossing fingers.

My husband and sons made two seperate purchase a total of about 13 shirts. They are beautiful and the patters are amazing
HOWEVER in our last shipment 1 item which should have been an Extra Large was a med to a small
The size label in the neck was removed before shipment and no packaging slip was included with the item We contacted several times they asked for photos which we submitted and to date no reply of any kind was received THIS IS JUST UNACCEPTABLE. The item was less than $20 so that's no biggie for us BUT LACK OF SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GOES A LONG WAY We will not shop or recommend them to anyone

If you want to buy shirts for your brothers or friends, then go with it. They have amazing collection of shirts and are at best offers now. Best picnic wear's.

Do not buy from here. Total Scam. Just look at their website customer reviews. All 5 star, fake emails and and fake reviews. I bought three shirts. Took 2 months to arrive. All three were the wrong size. They had the right tag sizes, but the actual shirt was tailored 3 sizes smaller. One shirt was even marketed as mens, with male model in pic, but it was actually a woman's branded, sized and reverse buttoned shirt. Poor quality materials also. I tried to return and they have you jump through hoops with short deadlines between steps or you lose your right to return. They never actually gave me the return address, but required I send them picture of return label by a deadline or return cancelled. Even though they said you can return to San Francisco, you can't. Have to send back to China at high shipping prices. They offer instead of paying high shipping price, get a 15% cash refund "to get the shirt tailored correctly". Hard to do with half the material required and wrong gender shirt. Save yourself money and shop somewhere else.

Love selection. This is the 4th time I purchased from this site. Shirts run small, so ordered a size larger than normal. Shorts are thin so won't go commando. Delivered a week and half early!

Order # HBBFF******* you forgot to send the musical chest shirt large color yellow also missing was the free snowflake gift socks. You need to send these items since I giving them as gifts for Thanksgiving. I'll update my review to more favorable if I get the items ASAP

Large selection and very easy to order. They took a little longer to get here than I liked. I didn't realize they were shipped from China but I ordered early so it did not affect me. Love the shirts.

That extra step requiring a password kind of threw me. I didn't realize the shirts had no pockets. They are virtually worthless to me without a pocket.

Easy to do... have great selection and came quickly. They looked exactly like the pictures. Have to be steam pressed but not an issue. Material is lightweight.

10 to 20 business days for shipping seemed a bit too long, but it actually came quicker. They communicated the entire time and delivery was made on the exact date they committed to.

Had trouble confirming size. Contacted customer service to figure out right size. Based on their feedback I ordered a large. Too small. Need extra large. Very disappointed.

This was not my first order with Hawalilis. My first order I thought took too long to receive and the communication was lacking. This order was recieived in much less time and as promised. I currently have another order which I hope to receive within the next two weeks. I have found there product to be well made and easy to maintain. And the prices are excllent.

The shirts are great. Wonderful styles! But this is the first time I received products from you with rips and tears in the package. Thankfully, the shirts were not damaged.

Love your button ups, chest pocket, would also like to see a more tapered fit on some shirts all my shirts in the future must have chest pockets I tried a few without did not like it

The continual prompting to check deals was overbearing. Yes, let me know, give it a shot but you can drop it after the third or fourth time and it would be fine.

Amazing variety of shirts at exceptional prices. Great looking shirts just wish all the size Large fit the same. For the price I didn't expect Ralph Lauren quality, but Two shirts Mislook label and one no label are throw aways as they must be kid's size L. Hawalili & Honolua brands were goodt fit, finish and look great. Misslook brands look good but were more Medium than Large size and are throw away shirts along with a plain powder blue that had no label and was a kids size L. I will never buy another poly shirt ever again, so thanks for helping with that realization.

I returned items on June 05,2021 an have not received a refund. Since then I placed 2 orders for a total go 10 shirts nut my first order has not been refunded.

Waiting 10 weeks on a refund on returned shirts.
