If it sounds too good to be true it usually is. The shirts they show on their website look great but what will show up at your front door is completely different, I would be embarrassed to wear these shirts in public, and the sizes are completely off. If you have a problem you have to pay all kinds of fees and spend time trying to return it. This is not an Amazon like company. Don't waste your money buying anything from this company,
I saw the ad for their clothing and thought it looked really nice as I was looking for Hawaiian style shirts. I ordered several to get the free shipping and was extremely disappointed when I received them. The quality is way inferior than the pictures on their website and the colors are more faded as the pictures make the shirts look much more vibrant. Also, the sizing of the shirts were all over the place as some were way to small while others were way too big, even though I ordered all Large.
It wasn't until I went to return them that I realized these are most likely made in China, which would explain the cheap, inferior quality of the material and construction. I paid $43 in shipping costs to return about 8 shirts to China and waited several months for a refund. I contacted their customer service and was told it was caught up on customs and to be patient. I waited and almost forgot about and over 6 months later, I got the actual shipment back from China. Unbelievable. I paid over $100 for the clothing and another $43 for shipping, all down the drain. I shipped these in August 2020 and got it back in February 2021. I don't know if they are running a scam but it sure comes close to one.
I will never ever be buying anything from them again as their quality is extremely poor. Don't be suckered by the quality in their photos as the colors are quite faded in comparison and very cheap material. I will be donating the clothes to Goodwill, they are that bad. Order at your own risk and be prepared to throw your money down the drain if you don't like them.
There wasn't any place to enter the H18 coupon and when it got here, it was a disappointing experience with the low end material and ridiculous sizing. I literally can't give the thing away.

I ordered 8 3X shirts which is what I normally wear and I could not button them. Since they have a no return policy I either have to lose weight or sell them.
Because my wife said they had good shirts that are inexpensive.

The ordering process was super easy and the price was right. The quality is a bit suspect and the size of the XL runs small. I typically wear an XL and should have ordered an XXL.

I have ordered from this company a couple of times with generally good results. The clothing is a better than average value for the costs. However when I received an item that was marked with the wrong size and attempted to return it, I learned to my regret that the return policy was very inadequate. I was given a choice of returning the item to an overseas address at high expense [as much as the item cost], or getting a small refund of 15%, or getting 25% off my next order. Needless tosay I will not be ordering from Hawalili again. Shown belowis the refund offer from them:
"If you would like to keep the item(s) and skip the return hassle, we would like to offer you a partial 15% refund cash refund for the items in question as compensation or you keep them with 25% OFF code for the next order over USD99. What do you think?

Need a shirt for a Christmas Party.
Shirt was a little big and wanted to return and buy size XL but theres no paperwork on how to return merchandise. I sent an email and have had no reaponse.

The 2 hats were advertised as WOOLEN fabric hats... the hats were 65%polyster/35%cotton with cardboard internal liners. The hats came in a poly-bag with NO shipping cushion whatsoever; both hats were crushed flat and their cardboard liners creased so bad as to be impossible to ever give the hats their proper shape. Both hat bands were NOT even attached to the hats!
PayPal refused to stand by my position of a 100% refund as their American customer and agreed with New Fashion & Beijing Xike Network Technology Co., Ltd that I had to pay to return ship these damaged goods at my costs or NO refund. I refused and will NEVER order again from New Fashion & Beijing Xike Network Technology Co., Ltd and will be closing my PayPal account accordingly.
The 2 hats were damaged beyond ever wearing them...so New Fashion & Beijing Xike Network Technology Co., Ltd offered me 40% refund if I accepted these damaged goods. I said NO!
Then New Fashion & Beijing Xike Network Technology Co., Ltd said I would get a 100% refund if i would return these these damaged hats back to China at my expense. I said these 2 hats are not worth the costs of returning them to China and refused that ridiculous offer too.
I gave these 2 hats to a homeless shelter and PayPal has not supported me, so I received ZERO refund for trash goods.
Now I do not why I choose New Fashion & Beijing Xike Network Technology Co., Ltd.

Here is how they work. Order $79 and get free shipping. One or two items come quick and are correct. However, shirts are paper thin and poor quality. The rest come separately weeks later and are too small and mislabeled. You MUST send them back to China for a refund. Or you can get their fantastic deal of 15% of your money back. Gripe a little and it will go to 25% and you can keep your kids sized cloths. Don't give up! If you payed by Paypal file a dispute and clearly state your case about their scam. Paypal now has a program were you can get up to $30 shipping back if you are disastisfied with your purchase. Enroll in it PRIOR to filing your dispute. They would rather close your case in your favor than pay the $30 towards return shipping to China. Their paypal account is called Newfashion registered to Pan Huiling. If you have been taken by their scam and are now reading this review... do NOT give up and take their settlement... file a dispute with Paypal and stick with it until you win your case. Offer to send it back to China if Paypal pays the $30. In the end, I won and threw their garbage into the trash. Don't be fooled by all the positive reviews. I am sure a lot are mostly fake! I wish I could give them zero stars.
Tip for consumers:
Do not use this site. File a Paypal dispute if you have already been taken by wrong sized merchandise.

You get what you pay for. I decided to return all but 1 of the 8 items I ordered. Most were much smaller than sizes in the U.S. ALL were of subpar quality.
Was able to return the items although the website did not make it easy. Had to pay $44 USD to return the items to China.

Selection was awesome
Easy to order The first time i washed the shirt in cold water it shrank from a 2x to a medium. The shirts that I bought that were made in India are fine and comfortable
Looking for good products at a reasonable price
The prints are interesting but the material and construction of the shirts is less than average. In fact overall quality is less than one would expect from stores like Penneys and Kohls.
Hawalili has the best line of these shirts that i have been able to find. I already have an even dozen of these shirts, and am looking forward to ordering even more. Thank You.
