If it sounds too good to be true it usually is. The shirts they show on their website look great but what will show up at your front door is completely different, I would be embarrassed to wear these shirts in public, and the sizes are completely off. If you have a problem you have to pay all kinds of fees and spend time trying to return it. This is not an Amazon like company. Don't waste your money buying anything from this company,

Truly, I was pleased with the selection and size guides and glad I checked. I would normally have bought an XL, but after reviewing the size guide an XXL was the perfect fit.
I found just what I was looking for.
Ordered 5 shirts of different styles- one had a defect which I am trying to repair versus return. Thus the reason for 4 of 5 stars.
Something different for an upcoming vacation.
Looking forward to checking out the variety of styles and materials.
Two of the five XL shirts, both from the same manufacturer, had beautiful designs but were a poor fit, short in length with sleeves too short.
I reported that I wanted to return the too poorly-fitting shirts about a week ago and waited for your response. This is the first I've heard from you. It does not address my wish to return the two shirts.
They had attractive designs.

The recipients like their shirts but shipping took forever (I finally received the last item 2 days ago, ordered Dec. 16) as well as tracking info.
I emailed about tracking info and never got a response.

Three shirts were mislabeled and were all three different sizes than what I ordered and I haven't received the return form/address I requested several days ago.

Ordered 5 shirts. 4 were delivered and only 2 were wearable. I ordered 5 XL shirts and the 4 I received had XL tags one was so small I could not even get my arms in both armholes. It appeared to be a child size. Another one was more a medium that an XL, way to small for me to wear. The other 2 were wearable but I was not impressed with the quality. Hawalili said I could return them but not to the the address it was shipped from. I had to make a return request within 48 hours of receipt and only if I did so within 48 hours and only then would they give me a address to return the idems. When I did, they said emailed stateing that I would have to pay postage and customs to mail back to an address in China which would be most likely more than the cost of the shirts, but they would be willing to refund 15% of the cost of the shirts instead instead of returning, and I could use the refund to alter the shirts. That was almost funny... use 3 dollars to make a child size shirt into a XL shirt.
I chose to return the shirts. But then they never would give me the address to return the shirts.
It appears that it will be a $100 lesson learned. I will never purchase anything from them again. Sorry I did this time. This company is a rip off. Hopefully someone will read this before they lose money too.
Tip for consumers:
Quality poor or unusable, Hawalili claims you can return but it will cost more than the items purchased to do so. You will have to pay shipping and customs to China. So it really is not an option.
Products used:
2 of the 5 shirts ordered. The rest either did not show or were not wearable.
So many coupons it's hard to figure out what you have to buy to use 1 or the other. Also the tracking has huge gaps. 15 days it shows never moving.

I received the 4 shirts I ordered. The 4 shirts ordered were for SIZE XL. HOWEVER, 1 shirt received was in size 3X. WHICH I DIDN'T ORDER. The size 3XL shirt is too large. You didn't even give me a chance to order a different shirt. Therefore, I'LL NO LONGER DO BUSSINESS WITH YOUR COMPANY. GOODBYE.".

The format for adding to cart and check out is a little confusing. I think with a little improvement it could be made less complicated.

Although there are tech problems on website, order arrived in a timely fashion and the 3 shirts all fitted and people have commented on them!
Photographs of shirts were sensational, worthy of Nieman Marcus or Harrod’s, and reasonably priced…VERY original.
I am extremely happy from the quality of t-shirt. It's exactly like it seems on the website. This website is best for buying clothes.
