Cool Shirts. I did not know they items were coming from China. So they did not come until after my trip. Although purchased at the same time, the products were shipped nearly 2 weeks apart. The hat was crushed and I will have to steam it or something to fix it. If I Cant fix it I will throw it away as wasted money.

Love the merchandise. Great colors, cool to the skin. My concern is the cut us tight. So if you wear a 2X like me, go bigger.

Also with the rub me meat before I stick it in shirt has the text in front to high up to read. So the word. I rub are in the collar. Should across the high side of chest. Even with first button

What a joke I realized after my second complaint that they said respond within 24 hours... right I only got one thing I ordered it wa super heavy poor quality. I'm about allot of money and the sad thing is I bet some of the "designers" are legit. Never ever answer an advantage asite you trust check it out anyway. I can't believe I got ripped off twicein a year shame on me.

The ad look great and the gear is well presented. But when it arrives in 8-9 weeks later its very very cheap and nasty. I received my order in 3 lots over 9 weeks and also had a mixture of sizes. When i applied to them for the return wrong sizes it turned out to be a nightmare. Basically have to pay the price of the order in shipping to a remote address in China and pray for the best for my refund. In they end they said a 15% refund was better option which also never arrived. They are a waste of time and the quality of the shirts was in $1-$2 quality range. Please dont waste your time with these clowns.

At first I thought the shirt was made from poor quality material because when I opened the package the shirt was so wrinkled I thought it would have to be ironed every time it is washed. Since I was going to do a load of laundry I went ahead and threw it in with the rest of the clothes. When the clothes where dry I started taking clothes out of the dryer and there it was, the new Hawaiian shirt. Wow, to my surprise it was looking great. It didn't need any ironing and was ready to wear. I am very happy with the quality. Thank you.

You sent me a sweater that was supposed to be an extra large (bust was supposed to be 44 inches). What came was a bust measured 38 inches. They would not pay to send it back and told me I would also have to pay a customs charge as well as the return fees. After over a week of me sending pictures to back up my claims I finally had to accept a 25% refund.

Other than the recent lost (undelivered) package (PP-D-*******) I am satisfied.
Sad that certain merchant's aren't customer friendly (never responded to my inquiry).

My husband wears big men's size shirts. These shirt pictures were very pretty. However, the 4xl shirts were more of a 2x or smaller size. He ordered three of the shirts. They arrived one at a time over a 3 month period. When the last one finally arrived I asked them for a return/refund since the shirts were way too small. Their offer was a 15% refund. Their email further stated that I would have to pay return postage and that the odds of the shirts arriving back to them in a timely manner were questionable. The return has a limited time frame. However, as I pointed out to them, it took 3 months for all three shirts (which were ordered at the same time) to arrive. It became very obvious to me that customer service/satisfaction were completely irrelevant to their business model. Be careful. These people only want your money and don't care about anything else.

The Best! I've been using this store for several years. They have the best quality at the best price and outstanding customer service. Don't even bother to shop just go to [external reference] and order!

I found this company very organised in that once I had put my order in it took no time in receiving it in the mail. I think it only took about a week to arrive (which is fantastic compared to some other mail order companies that I have ordered from in the past). The only problem that I had with the company and the website is there is too many great designs to choose just 1 or 2 from.

Bought the shirt "These Colors Don't Run." Words read fine on the front. On the back, that's a different story. Words are all backwards. You'd have to be looking at it in a mirror. Had they showed the back, I would NOT have bought it.

Lots of compliments. Hawiian shirts are my main stay all spring and summer.
I live in Kansas. Hot and humid weather. These shirts keep me cool and cool looking all spring and summer. I have enough shirts to wear one per day for 90 days and the 25 new shirts I bought from Hawalili this season makes a terrific addition to my collection. People say, "I like your shirt". I shoot right back, "Thanks, It's one of my favorites too".

Shipping is expensive but I love the shirt designs. Sometimes I'll get two shirts, both the same size, but one will be way to big or small and the other one will fit perfectly, even though they're both labelled the same size medium. That's okay. I gave the small one to my younger son and the big one I gave to Goodwill. :)

I just purchased several shirts from Hawalili. One of the shirts was at least two sizes too small and someone had cut off the tag. In order to resolve this issue I was required to mail the shirt back to China. This would have cost more than the price of shirt. The company refused to cooperate with me. I will no longer do business with this company.

So far I've only ordered the shirts which was easy and they appear very well priced, the shirts are as described.
The sizes are correct and they arrived fairly quickly.
I was a little concerned as I'd seen some poor reviews, but I got what I ordered fairly quickly for a low price and reasonable quality.
I'll be be happy to shop again at Hawalili.

I found the shirt I was looking for but it took me about an hour even with your chat persons help which couldn't find the shirt. You need a better search engine for your product. Love the design of your shirts just very hard to search.

Everything was perfect until I discovered that the back pocket didn't exist...it was all false!
I think you should have been honest and told me there was no back pocket in which case I would have known what I was buying otherwise everything was great...especially the price.

I only selected shirts that described the material as primarily cotton. All six shirts I got feel like polyester.
Will donate to the community center rather than pay for return shipping and lose more money. I expected the description to be honest. I thought cotton - polyester would be more cotton than polyester. Maybe the cotton was used to sew on the buttons.

Well, recently my wife told me that I wear strange clothes and she made me buying new one. I understood that I didn't require new clothes because it's pretty difficult to find something that I would really like. Anyway, she insisted and i applied to this company as it seemed to me that there are plenty of nice clothes around there. I started to explore the assortment and found something and ordered it as well. I asked customer support all the details about shipping and how much would it cost. They explained me all the stuff and couple of days ago I got everything I ordered.

Always great, great shipping and superior customer service. I have been ordering from here for over a year and have never been disappointed in the quality of the products. I will continue to recommend them to colleagues.

They misrepresent their products in the descriptions and all 5 of the products i ordered were not sized correctly. They run extremely small. Fabric content was not as it was stated on the product descriptions. 2 shirts were listed as cotton/poly blend and when I received them they were 100% polyester. A t-shirt I ordered stated it was cotton and it too was 100% polyester. The other 2 t-shirts I ordered were VERY THIN, flimsy, cheap cotton material. Their return policy is not very good. Items must be returned to CHINA at your own cost and FINAL SALE items are not returnable or exchangeable at all. I tried to get a supervisor to help with my returns and none was available. In a nutshell, the 5 items I ordered are junk and I will definitely not order from this company again.
