I ordered 5 large and the shirts and not one is close to a large
They are a toss up between small and medium
I am trying to get a refund and so far they have offered me a discount for something that does not fit

Still waiting for a return tag and refund

I am a little disappointed that there is no tel # to speak to a representative since i had a few questions before placing my order. I am going on vacation on 7/20 and wanted to know if i would get delivery before i leave. Hs

On the Hawaiian island of Oahu, there is a store that sells apparel for guys. T-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies are just some of the items that can be found in the store's extensive collection of apparel and accessories. Additionally, they provide a good variety of shorts and pants to choose from.

My previous order arrived safely and most items fit well. One shirt was way too small, one pair of pants was way too large. Not sure where the error took place. The items that fit well are nice wearing.

Easy peasy ordering, however when they arrived, I tried them on and they a a bit too big to look good on me. I maybe need a SM, but to my knowledge, they did not come in SM, only MED on up the scale. Actually last 4 shirts are too big, but I know that each shirt may fit differently. I'm pausing all shirts now from Hawalilli for this reason. All previous shirts fit well and I have received many compliments. BTW: my body size, weight, height, and shape has not changed in last 2-3 years.

Like the products and prices and good info provided and shipping to Canada - so that's all great. The Buy 5 Get 6th Free appears to be a scam. Awkward to get past the shopping cart to actually put in the order

I love the products and would order again. I used your size chart and my order is to large, when I sent in the info you said to return it and I needed to do to many things to do that, It's just easier to reorder the same product later. So I"ll just trash these. Maybe.

Shopping was easy. We wanted to add on to our original order, but your chat site said we couldn't do it. She quickly cancelled our original order and, after receiving an email confirmation, we corrected our order and increased it from 2 shirts to 5. Then we found a 30% discount. We're very pleased.
We still have to see the quality of the shirts and if of we picked the correct sizes.

Do not order from this Chinese company called Hawalili. Orders Takes months to get to you (China). Sizes come about 3x too small. Costs are extremely high to ship back to China. End results they say they've never received it. Hawalili is a scam from China. Stay away.

I made a purchase of several men's shirts that I thought I might like for the summer. I was very disappointed when I received them to find that none of the shirts fit. Extra Large was about the size of a Medium. I was not happy with the sizing, however very satisfied with the quality of the shirts. I contacted the source for an exchange, however I have no reason to believe that the Largest Size would fit properly. After a few written exchanges, I was offered a % refund and I could keep all 6 too small shirts. I was not given an Exchange Address so that I could calculate the expense for Return Shipping, so I have no idea what that would cost. I very much like the shirts, however they are of no use to me.

Unfortunately I don't have a pleasant experience with my latest purchase. The order came late wrinkled in a small plastic packing. And the label doesn't have anything that indicates it came from Hawalili. All I did is guessing based on my memory of the photo of my selection.

Shipping charge too high customer service could not or would upgrade shipping at no cost to me. I have ordered from you before and had incorrect items and sizes sent to me. This may be yor chance to have my business. Placing this order has been one big hassel and close to being not worth the effort.

I placed my order in early December as a Christmas present. As it got closer to December 25, I tried to track my order. Pages that the "Track" link took me to were either disorganized non-sense and mostly blank, or in Chinese! I had no idea where my order was, or when it would arrive. It actually did arrive, but in the first week of January. I understand there are problems with shipping that are out of the Hawalili's control. What is under Hawalili's control is the quality of your communications, which was very poor.

On the last shirt that was shipped to me, the size was not labeled and it had to be size small as I could not even get into it. (I ordered large on all 5)
On the long sleeve blue and white shirt, the collar on it was extremely wide and did not look right when I put it on. The other three shirts were fine. I was going to order a few other shirts but I am unsure now. I do not like to return shipped items.

I have been buying everything online for a long time. It's easier for me to choose, and in general, I don't have to go anywhere. The service at the store is excellent, no delays, everything is on time

I ordered several hats and caps. They arrived in an envelope all smashed. You should know that it is like a sacrilege to smash and ruin a good hat by smashing it and creasing it where it shouldn't be creased. I like the product otherwise

I ordered a 4X shirt since I'm a big boy. It fit great so I ordered 4 more shirts in 4X. All arrived as expected and are beautiful. Only problem is that these 4X shirts are slightly smaller than the 1st one I ordered and are a little tight across the chest. Now I'm wishing you made 5X shirts though it would probably be better for me to just lose 20 lbs.

Really enjoy the variety of of great patterned shirts. Will review further on material and quality when the shirts arrive.
The shirts arrived….
Unfortunately, they are cheap polyester similar to Halloween costume material. The patterns, which look great on the computer, look cheap in reality. These shirts if made of cotton with quality prints or embroidery would be great. As they are, they are only suitable as costumes, not to be worn otherwise.

The first shirt was pretty as it looked like stained glass. It was too small so I sent it back for a larger size. I have not heard anything about returning the first shirt. I received the second shirt and it is very unique.

I was told I would be getting information about returning the shirt, but I have not heard from anyone yet. Please have someone contact me about returning the shirt. I would like a larger size if you have it.

In future I have to be cautious to order, because Yours company cannot give nearby Time of delivery?, I get upset, cause sometimes items ordered are to be worn in a stipulated Time, its called Time sensitive, thus, not very pleased.

Too many flashing visual fields pop up. I ordered 4 shirts that I requested to be 3LX but was sent only 1 shirt with that size. I don't feel that the mistake was on my end but I can't prove it and I don't have the documentation to prove that the order was changed. So I have sent back the 3 wrong size shirts and you should be receiving them shortly. Your return policy is awful and if I had known this before hand I would never had used your web site.

You need to have a free return process for wrongful errors.

While searching to replenish a diminished supply of shirts I discovered Hawalili. They offered a unique variety of colors and patterns suitable to my taste. Narrowing the choices was a pleasing adventure, but adding to my shopping cart and completing my order was no trouble at all.

The product was very colourful and the service was good and product arrived well in time for Christmas.
The only problem I had when replying to emails was being told they were not receiving my return emails when I was replying every time and I had to to live chat twice before I could get through. All ended well though.

I contacted Hawalili twice Both were were seemingly very helpful but I only got my order sorted after second call
