The products are cheap from China. The item's large size, is American medium size. They do not refund you unless you send the item back to a Chinese address. Paypal does not refund you either and asks you send the item back to China first. The cost of sending an item to China is more than the item's value. That's why they are Scam.

On my original first order, you advertised a special discount of 20 % on the first order. I did send you an email, reminding you of the discount, and to date I have not received the discount.
I am sure that somewhere along the way, my reminder email was just by past and out of site, out f Mind.
You can credit my Credit card from the original purchase, and that help me decide if I wish to do any more business with you.

Loved the quality of the shirts I recently purchased from you guys. Felt like I was in Hawaii even though I wasn't.
And received the shirts before Christmas, less than 2 weeks after placing the order.

I was able to find what I wanted pretty quickly and I was able to get a few variations. I was excited to get my order, but when I received the shirts, they looked thin and cheap. I also discovered that they were meant to be dry-cleaned, something I was not prepared to do.

It was a good experience until I put the shirt on. Liked the shirt in the picture but the one I got has a piece of a leaf where it buttons and looks terrible. I will never where it even though it fit good and was comfortable. I loved the hat I got and have worn it already. Will probably never order again from them unless they read this and fix it.

Loved the product, print and material. However it was way oversized. I ordered XL as a I normally do for this style of shirt but when I hold it up against my other Hawaiian style shirts it is 2-3 inches bigger on both sizes. Could be a XXL or XXXL.

Ordering was easy. Delivery was a little sooner than expected. Customer service was very good at responding. I had ordered shirts, five in total. Two fit great (Hawalili labeled), two fit snug (Misslook labeled), one fit like a small (no printed label). All were ordered and labeled XL. They are not the same in sizes. The material of the shirts are light weight and feel fine. After washing, with my other shirts, they seem to have held up well and did not change in fit. If I can determine how the shirts are labeled I may order more.

I love your selection. Honestly, I didn't expect much. I was hoping for the best. I was amazed by the quality and the fit of the shirts. I am a super fan. I will continue to order and tell my friends and family.

It was easy to shop on your site. I received one shirt and it was fine. The second shirt came and it was damaged, a tear in the shirt and a tear on the collar. My husband emailed you about this, you told him could mail back, would cost us to ship back, or keep shirt and would give 15% off next purchase. Nothing was said about refunding full amout paid for shirt or you pay for the shipping to send back and send a new shirt. WE loved the first shirt received. I will not be shopping on your site again. I did love your shirts and would have probably ordered more in the future, but not now since this is the kind of service we got when having a problem.

Shopping experience excellent. Now to see how long it takes to get purchased items delivered. This is my first purchase on this web site. Want to purchase more but will see how long it takes to get items.

No issues at all. Easy to order and then it arrives. I hung it up in closet and waited for him to discover the three shirts. He found them first night and liked them! Thanks. We love the colorful guitars and music notes, thats for nights at Pappy & Harriets! And the shirt with the long guitar neck is for when he plays every Sunday at church!

Allowed purchase of products that were not available and didn't offer a refund. I had to get a refund on my own, check my order statuses on my own and wait a long time for my part of my order to come in. 2 are here now, waiting on the last t-shirt to come in.

One of the shirts I ordered was for Mardi Gras and it didn't show up and one of the shirts my husband didn't like and I followed the instructions to return the two shirts, but did not receive an e-mail confirmation within 48 hours as the instructions stated on how to return the shirts and receive a credit. I assume the ploy is to wait until it is too late to return them.

The shirt was cheap price but shipping was almost half of the cost of the shirt. Purchase not such a great deal after all!

1st time buyer colors were lighter than shown I expected dark blue background with white leaves background was light blue therefore the white was not pronounced. Additionally green leaves (NOT Shown).

Nice looking product, easy checkout process, lets just hope the shirts are as nice as they look. Fit and durability is everything. FINGERS CROSSED!

UPDATE: Quality was poor. Very thin material and cheap buttons. Will update once they are wore and washed a couple times.

I have purchased several shirts from Hawalili. I have been pleased with each shirt. They are of good quality and at a good value. I will continue to buy from them in the future. I just wish that they had a bigger selection.

Shirt was of poor quality, so I kept it because it would cost me more money to send it back, as I would try to get my money back, but it was not worth it! The return postage was more than the shirt was worth! So, I still lost $20.00 because I will loose money returning the shirt!

I loved the shirts. I did not like the fact that there is not any sort of fabric care label on the shirts. There is no RN label indicating where the shirt is made, where the fabric is from, or the actual fabric. Customer service was of no help..

I have been shopping at Hawalili for a while now. I am always amazed by the quality of the clothes and the prices are very reasonable. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this store to anyone who wants to buy quality clothing at affordable prices!

I bought a shirt that was to be XL and I fit into XL sizes pretty well. The shirt that I got didn't have any tags, so I have no idea what size it is, but it is nowhere close to XL. When I asked what could be done I was offered a 25% refund if I kept it, or I would have to pay all the shipping to return it to China, which probably cost more than what I paid. I was told in their exact words "Sizing varies between our items and different products have different sizes." In other words, you can't trust the sizes listed and you're screwed if it doesn't fit. Terrible company, don't trust it!

Athough the shirt did look as it did in the catalogue, it ran too big and baggy for my body type. It was a medium and it fit me like a large. I believe a small would not be good, so I just gave it away. I was very disappointed and will not be placing future orders for this reason.

Website is very easy to navigate and I am satisfied with the products quality. I feel that with the price of the shirt and the shipping and handling it makes the cost of the shirt double what I got from both Ebay and Amazon so it will be doubtful that I order anything further from Hawalili. In my numerous attempts to track the shipment the tracking was vague and superficial at best.

Answers given to questions were vague and tracking was near non-existent.
