Hawalili

I bought 5 shirts from Hawalili. The shirts look like the pictures. The colors are bright and clean. What I didn't know was the most of the shirts were 100% polyester/rayon. After being washed and worn, the darker colors seemed to have a white haze over them. Two of the shirts were a cotton blend and look and feel much better. I wish I had known the fabric content before purchasing.

Nice selection but skimpy sizing. Tried to arrange return, but got run around. Offered discount that I couldn't use. Talked about refund but gave no directions on how to arrange refund. Very disappointing.

Inaccurate instructions on how to get satisfaction. Very disappointing.

I have ordered shirts 3 times. So far I liked the product with the first two deliveries. Third order hasn't been delivered and when I checked with the company they claimed to have shipped it to me at a different zip code. I "on line chatted" with Acho and he told me that there is nothing that he could or would do for me.
I'm fascinated that you got the order right the first 2 times AND showed my order in your system, but when I placed a third, larger order: it didn't show in my orders AND supposedly ended up at a different address.

Price and the quality of the product. Order 4wks or more to get if you want for a certain Holiday. Normal shipment does take some time. So far so good, 2nd time I've ordered, just hope does'nt take as long this time acct Christmas gifts.

The sweater was lost and supposedly delivered? I had to go to the Post Office and try to track it down? They indicated delivery but I hadn't received it! Then 2 days later it appeared from where I don't know? Also it took forever to get!

They responded quickly !!

Overall experience was ok. My one issue shipping cost needs to be included with final price so collect shipping info before you give the buyer the final price.

Shirts finally arrived the XL shirt didnt not fit right size was ok but the fit was wrong.

My order was two shirts and two shorts. Shorts size was Large.
One shorts was large, correct.
The other pair when I tried on was very tight,
There size was SMALL.
I could not return as I have thrown out the paper work in the rubbish and it had gone.
Caught once never AGAIN.

Shipping long distances can be a challenge, but other than waiting a few extra days, I received my order in a timely manner, and it was more than I expected in the terms of quality of product and styles that I could never find locally

Easy to navigate, cool stuff, great prices. Great hippie stuff, great nature stuff, great mardi gras stuff, great music stuff. I like that you can select a motif and you can get that specific selection of products. Hummingbirds, dolphins, flamingos, turtles, whales. I like nature stuff on a Hawaiin style print. Get a lot of shirts, get better prices and free shipping.

So far so good! As long as all items come as described and in good condition, I will be ordering again for sure! Items are mostly great. Some of the print quality and is not as clear as I was expecting and some of the fabrics are much more shiny than anticipated. One hoody that was shown as a mens hoody in deep red, is definitely hot pink. For us this all still works for what and how we are using these items. Will be ordering again.

Although a lot of the products seem to be priced a bit on the high side I waited for the ones I wanted to go on sale. The shirts are fun and unique. You wouldn't find them in a brick and mortar store.

Hawalili has a return policy.
What they don't tell you is how much it will cost you to return their product in order to get your refund.

While the product comes out of NJ/NY, good luck trying to return it for a refund. Turns out it has to be sent back to China with the buyer being responsible for shipping and custom charges.

Not to worry, the company will offer you a 25% credit and you get to keep the shirts... LOL

After you turn them down the offer goes to 35% in lieu of returning the shirts.

What's wrong with the shirts you ask, lets just say, they couldn't make them any cheaper if they tried. When you read the 5-star reviews, be careful, you should note they sound more like someone writing an ad for the company.

Saw a few items I liked online but was somewhat reluctant to place initial order for fear of a Wish.com experience. Did read a few unfavorable customer reviews reflective of such a bad shopping experience.

I ordered two shirts and the sizing charts indicated that I should order 2XL, larger than usual for me. These were casual shirts so it would have been ok to be too big. What I got were not quite L. The shirts are quite tight.

When I contacted HawaLili, they indicated that I could return the shirts but I would have to pay for shipping back to China. I'm going to give the shirts to a younger (and smaller) grandson. Lesson learned. I won't buy anything else from HawaLili.

Also, the material label seems to be wrong. The english is correct (polyester) but the spanish translation indicates cotton ("algodon"). Not sure if that's a legal issue for them.

A wide variety of nice looking men's apparel not found in regular men's stores. I ordered six (6) shirts and the merchandise was just as colorful as advertised however all of the shirts ran slightly small and one of the shirts was too small - I followed the instructions to return the merchandise but did not receive a response from the company.

I have a legitimate complaint that has not been addressed by the company

I am satisfied with 3 of the 4 shirts I ordered. The fabric is nice, the size is as advertised. The 4th shirt, however, is about 3 sizes smaller than stated on the size chart. Delivery took longer than I expected, but not necessarily longer than advertised; just don't be in a hurry.

The resolution on the shirt that was too small was that they would credit my account with 30% of the purchase price and I kept the shirt. I wasn't really satisfied with that; but took the path of least resistance. I didn't need to go through the return shipping process.

One of the shirts I ordered is about a size small when XL was ordered and that was how the shirt was marked. The offer made to me was to keep the shirt and they would give me 20% credit. I offered to keep it for 50%, they returned with 30%. I accepted that in order to close the issue. Do not really think that was a fair solution. The manufacturer should have taken the loss on this; but it seemed that was not an option.

Lots of variety once you figure out what size to get
Not all shirts fit the same and some have a pocket, some don't
Took a couple weeks to receive - didn't do any returns but process appears cumbersome compared with Amazon, Kohl's, etc

Hawalili is a scam. It is run by the same shysters who run Andy & Zoe (compare the two websites and you will see what I mean). I ordered clothes that took 10 weeks to arrive. When they did arrive, they were of substandard quality. What's more, the company refused to give a refund. If you read the customer reviews on the Hawalili website, you can see from the broken English and bizarre phrasing that they were written internally, probably by an employee of this fraudulent site itself. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Hiwalili has a great selection of unique shirts and jackets, etc. I always find something different and fun. Shirts tend to run small, so we always order a size or two up. The colors of the shirts as are sharp in person as they are on the website. I always find something on your site.

First order wouldn't go through and I sent email and took a few days to get response as to why my order didn't go through and my bank called me and say it was a suspicious action, I said was to be and then I had to go through the whole order again. Was frustrating and it did take about three weeks before the order arrived. Better sites out there

First they lost my one of my package. Second the quality is below China standers. The graphic t shirts are bad replicas compare to photo. Some sweaters are shirts that resemble sweaters. The sizes are all over the place. They have 3XL that are mediums, large that are small. If the items are final price you cannot return. Nothing is like it is showed in website. You want to throw your money away go ahead and purchase.
