Hawalili

I have purchased numerous items from Hawalili and have been extremely pleased. Their prices are very reasonable, their quality is consistent with other similar retailers and their shipping times are good. I have dealt with their customer service personnel and was very satisfied. In all, I wholeheartedly recommend Hawalili.

When I search for Men's apparel, place and order for 3X and get two shirts that are labeled as Misslook It's says 3X too, but I'm sorry if this is because of the pattern or perhaps the cut, it's a problem. I'm not concerned about the label, I'm concerned about the fit. Seems like it will be okay, but off to dry cleaner first.

You need to tell this customer how the items are being shipped. UPS FEDEX USPS etc. I have a P. O. Box and UPS does not deliver to post office. If you are shipping via USPS they do not do home delivery.

I needed some short sleeved, collared shirts for my Zoom calls that I have for my consulting business. I came across Hawalili and was impressed with the styles and colors and the price. I ordered five to start to see the actually quality and fit. While the delivery time is a little longer than most clothing stores, it was worth the wait. I love the quality and feel. I couldn't be happier and now I don't have to wear my long sleeve, boring business casual shirts. Thanks Hawalili!

First time it was not good. I cancelled the order but the items still came. I couldn't find anyway to return them. I missed order one item 3 times by mistake. I have the package but don't know how to return it. Please advise on how and if I am to return it or disregard and keep it.

Hawalili does respond quickly but I fear that is just to put off the complaint. I ordered two shirts two months ago - I have not yet received them. International shipping does not take this long. I have seen a notice that the items have been received at a facility in San Diego but that has been a month since. I have cancelled the order. I hope I dont have to stop the payment through the credit card co.

Liked how the shirts looked on the website, but when I got them the material was thin and cheap. The coloring was off from what was displayed on the webpage and although the sizing said it ran big, I ordered a size smaller and it was tight fit. Very unhappy with purchase and am in the process of returning order for money back.

Big problem the sizes do not match 5X many times are not alike sometimes it fits and many times it does not. There are many shirts I want but when I get them 1 will fit and 2 will not and they are both 5X

Fitting charts supplied are useless -ordered 3 shirts 2 were XL and 1 a 3XL. 1 XL went close other XL too small by about 2 sizes. The 3XL was even smaller wouldn't fit a medium sized person. Very unhappy.

It was challenging to pay and the proof will be in the quality and delivery of my order - so ask again later.
So, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and time it took to get my order. One of the shirts was a gift and I was worried it wouldn't make it in time, but it did. So very positive experience.

The 3 x - Pink Flamingo Shirt was Missing 3 Lower Buttons on the Shirt...?

We Had to go to Wal-Mart and find matching Buttons...
And my wife Sewed them on the Shirt by Hand!

Shirt are fairly thin Material...
But are a summer Shirt...
We Spent $175, which was on the Expensive for what we got.
There was suppose to be a better deal when you bought more...
But that is NOT what Happened.

It looked like they sent the merchandise to not one but two wrong cities — Merchandize Stockton CA and Sparks NV instead of Santa Clara — and it was cycling around between Sparks Stockton ever since. Customer support is an endless loop of computer-generated messages. Instead, they appear to have a spoofed USPS tracking site. When I put the tracking number into the USPS tracking site, there was no such shipment.

SecondShirts were nice, material was a little thin and the buttonholes kept grabbing thread upon use so they did not so the buttonholes properly which held up the threads. Otherwise, nice shirts at a good price order good quality good price

Ordered a shirt i really liked from the picture posted on the website. When i received the shirt it was not as per the picture on the web page. I was advised this was due to a cutting issue in the manifacture of the shirt, and was given a small a discount. By the customer service

I ordered Hawaiian themed shirts on August 16th for an anniversary gift. It did not come in until September 7th. The anniversary was on September 1st. I drove back from Albany, Oregon to California on the 5th so my husband and I still have not seen the anniversary gifts for him.

Waited very long time for completed order. Waited several weeks for 1 backordered shirt. When received the wrong size sent. Was advised to ship back for credit and my cost to ship was 17 plus dollars, i feel it should be no cost to me. Was advised a 25% credit wouldiapply back for cost of that shirt/now i have a shirt that i paid for and don"t fit useless. I was planning to purchase more but not after the experience i just had with your company.

customer service was fine/ company policy is garbage.still cannot understand why i have to pay return shipping on their mistake of shipping wrong size

I ordered a 2xl the package stated 2xl the shirt is labelled 3 xl.it's a little large but to send it back would cost too much so I looking for a family member that it might fit, or is clever whith a needle

The site is easy to navigate and ordering/paying is also very easy to do. I love the variety of shirts that are offered and I think I ordered three of the best. I get compiments all the time. I really love the material, polyester is cool.

The reason I ordered from Hawalili was because of the unusual designs and colours, and I'm pretty satisfied overall with what I got. The items were not too expensive, so I didn't expect exceptional quality, however my opinion so far is that the items I bought are satisfactory and continue to cause positive comments from my family and friends.

SiYes, I was charged $40.00 for a shirt that was advertised for $11.00. I greatly disapprove of these business tactics. I have paid the bill, as I expect to be traveling; and I don't want to be bothered with all of this. However, with these business paretics, I doubt as I'll EVER buy anything from these people again.

I have purchased many shirts with this Hawalili and when I noticed that one shirt was small and the rest where all 2XX in size, I wrote customer service and they said you ordered it, but why would I when all the shirts were 2XX and they said they could not do anything for me, WOW! So they feel this is customer service. I would never buy from them again... no customer service here.

I M not sending anything back but I ordered two Items and was not happy with one of the items ( the fit) I know to order things a size or two bigger than normal. But it didn't work. One came as a xl when I chose XXL and the other came as Xxl as ordered.

A great experience. This company has such a variety of beautiful and original shirts to choose from! Their website really grabs you and then pulls you in with the colorful prints they have. Again, beautiful and really original selections! Thank you Hawalili!
