This is a Birthday gift for my brother., but I was unable to ship to him directly. I wasn't able to enter a separate billing and shipping address during the initial order. Because of that he didn't get his shirt on his birthday and had to wait until I received it at the billing address and resend the shirt to him at a second shipping cost that I had to pay.
He did love the shirt when he finally got it.

I asked if I could change the shipping address. Was told it was too late
It was less then one day.

Kia Ora. Nga mihi whanau. I purchased several shirts from this store. Unfortunately, the quality of the material was poor, and I was left disappointed. Shift sizes were fine; however, I chose different types of shirts for particular environments, and all were not of reasonable or good quality material. So, unfortunately, I will not buy from there again.

High shipping, do not let you know it is coming from China, customs, etc. /set up payment plan without asking, or letting me know.
WAAAY too long to get order, it sat in Customs in China and US too long. They fool you into thinking your order is coming from Hawaii, not China!

Hawalili has poor customer relations. They shipped the wrong size product. Only was to get a refund is for me to mail the product back to China AT MY EXPENSE. Cost to ship for a retail consumer exceeds the price of the product.

The shirts I bought are good quality for the price and the design is unique and modern, just want to say the measure could be more consistent, I bought all the same measure (M) and while the majority fit perfectly some are too tight

Hubby happy with the shirts for his company's Wacky Wednesday shirt 'tradition' - HOWEVER the company should really look into a better shipping/logistics vendor. Once package reached the U.S. it bounced from Monroe, NJ (which is where our shipping address was), to Westwood, IN, BACK to Monroe, NJ, then to another location in NJ and finally shipped to our local post office. It's not bad enough that it takes 3 to 4 weeks to get your order, but the bouncing from one state to another added another 4 days - which is ridiculous! Shirts are decent quality - good design selections - but having 2nd thoughts after this scenario about placing more orders.

Felt like I got the run around when I asked why package had bounced back and fourth - especially when the shipping label has a Monroe, NJ address. I was told that that label is just put on by their 'vendor/manufacturer location'. So in reality - they are NOT in NJ but probably overseas somewhere.

First you didn't tell me it was in us funds and I had to pay more than I wanted. Second the product is too flimsey

Products are wrongly sized. I use XL in all shirts. But Hawalili shirts sizes are actually sized from small to XL, yet label these shirts as XL when they are not. As a result, I cannot trust your sizes and therefore cannot buy anymore Hawalili. Gts

The shirts were received days earlier than expected and I was pleased with the quality and added protection. That was the 4 or 5th time I bought shirts there and am pleased.

Fit was to small at the waist and the legs(inseam and outseam was ridiculously large) and had no back pockets whatsoever
And when I Put on the only pair with back and side( cargo pockets on the legs) the hook snap for the waist came right off. Not happy at all!

The shirt came after some delay, and although it was listed as a MAN'S SIZE 5XL, it was much smaller and my husband couldn't get it anywhere near closed. I will keep the shirt because it's a hassle to send back. I'll see if my son wants it. The other shirts I ordered(one for me and one for my son) fit perfectly and I'm entirely satisfied with them.

The four shirts had wrinkles that were very difficult to get rid of. The Care tag was unclear as to the proper care of the garments, as there was nothing beyond symbols which were not sufficient. I have very similar shirts that I purchased from Laleela, which have not been ironed in three plus years, and still do not need pressing. I suspect that the polyester is not near the same as the Laleela shirts, which were made of a material is called Terivoile, which is a silk-like polyester.

Sunday night i wanted to pay for the shirts. Had a 30min conversation thru live chat. Your website had a bad script and would not let me use a credit card. I was on line to this store for almost an hour to try to make a purchase.
"the iframe has not configures - see suggestions in Console" This message was in the credit card number field as well as the expiration and CVC fields. Very frustrating!

The shirt I ordered was XL but the shirt I got was more like XLT. XL for a tall person. But the arms aren't tight, so I dunno. It just seems like a tent when putting it on. No, I'm not putting you on.

THERES NEAR NOT AS MUCH SELECTION AS THERE USED TO BE. IF YOU PUT IN FOR SIZE "XXL" FOR EXAMPLE IN YOUR SEARCH,WHAT YOU'LL WIND UP WITH IS A BUNCH OF $#*! N O T AVAILABLE IN THAT SIZE... WHY?

Just received a shipment of six more shirts bringing my total this year to ten. I was going to hold off wearing any of them until our next vacation, but wore one out to dinner recently. After five or ten minutes in the restaurant I was asked about my shirt. I expect to get asked that a lot going forward. I should print some business cards for your website. I may need them.

For anyone who has never ordered from Hawalili have no fear. You get your shirts delivered quickly.They have overestimated the delivery twice now. The shirts I got today, 31 July weren't due until Aug 6th. The shirts come inside a shipping bag and each shirt comes in its own plastic bag. See photos

I'm probaby tapped out of closet space but will need some cotton linen for Africa trip next year. I know where I'll order from.

Fyi...im 6'3" and 265...3XXL fit with room to spare.

Very little in my size and when I did find something it took forever to arrive. The package tracker would show that it spent an excessive amount of time at one location before moving onward.

A little confusion with the discounts but other than that we're doing great. Enjoyed the experience anyway and will go slower next time so I figure it out correctly.

Easy to order and check out. Shirts arrived before date quoted in conformation email. Love how soft the material is. The shirt looks good on my favorite guy.

Excellent products. Shirts are very true to UK sizes. If I was to moan about anything, the delivery could be a bit quicker. But overall well happy. 5*

These shirts are made with the thinnest material possible, just after one wash and no heat they fall apart. Nice designs but terrible material quality.

Items arrived after Christmas, had no idea shipping would take so long, had thought about returning these, because of delays, but decided to keep for next Season.
