Shipping is expensive but I love the shirt designs. Sometimes I'll get two shirts, both the same size, but one will be way to big or small and the other one will fit perfectly, even though they're both labelled the same size medium. That's okay. I gave the small one to my younger son and the big one I gave to Goodwill. :)

SecondShirts were nice, material was a little thin and the buttonholes kept grabbing thread upon use so they did not so the buttonholes properly which held up the threads. Otherwise, nice shirts at a good price order good quality good price

Not a very friendly website. Had to try several times to make my order for two world shirts. Now I am not certain just how many shirts I will receive - just 2 I hope.
Perhaps it was because this is an order from Canada using a MasterCard -Canadian

I bought five shirts that should have easily fit based on the Hawalili sizing guide. They were ALL too small (and much smaller than the sizing chart indicated). I ordered again, using the size I would have normally chosen (XL), and the new shirts fit.
Hawalili offered a partial refund for the first five shirts. I asked that they instead expedite the shipping of the second order. I am not sure whether they did (they seemed to indicate it was out of their control), but I received the new shirts by the date that I wanted them.

FOr sizing:
Size of items from different designers differ. You need to check the garment measurements in size guide and compare them with your clothing's measurements when choosing size. They are true measurements.
And for the second issue, once an order is placed, we can reduce and item for you and refund, but we cannot add one because of the restrictions of an extra payment for an already paid order. We do apologize for this issue.

I bought five shirts that should have easily fit based on the Hawalili sizing guide. They were ALL too small (and much smaller than the sizing chart indicated). I tried to return them but the shipping would have cost me 2/3 of what I paid for the shirts. So... I'm stuck with five shirts that don't fit. This is my last attempt to do business with Hawalili - if these shirts don't fit, or if there's something wrong with them, I'll never do business with Hawalili again.
I received the 4 shirts I ordered. The 4 shirts ordered were for SIZE XL. HOWEVER, 1 shirt received was in size 3X. WHICH I DIDN'T ORDER. The size 3XL shirt is too large. You didn't even give me a chance to order a different shirt. Therefore, I'LL NO LONGER DO BUSSINESS WITH YOUR COMPANY. GOODBYE.".

The format for adding to cart and check out is a little confusing. I think with a little improvement it could be made less complicated.
Products are wrongly sized. I use XL in all shirts. But Hawalili shirts sizes are actually sized from small to XL, yet label these shirts as XL when they are not. As a result, I cannot trust your sizes and therefore cannot buy anymore Hawalili. Gts
