After 2 weeks of use the electrical wire was hot to touch and eventually burnt out. We contacted customer service twice but they would not respond. We are disappointed as we spent over $500 for the light only to have it not work after such a short period of time. There is a 30 day return policy for items, and we still have time as we return or remedy the problem, but it seems that the company is not responding to let the return time frame expire. We are still waiting for a response from customer service. We hope that they will respond so that we can resolve the problem.

I purchased the sign for my friend's birthday. The product arrived so much faster than I expected. He loved the sign so much! As soon as he got it, he already put it up on his wall. I will be definitely purchasing another sign!

I sent an email in regards to my product being different than what was shipped to me. I received no response. Don't spend your money.
