I've bought the LED conversation kit after having numerous issues with other headlights. These LED headlights have been the best for a few years now. Recently had an issue with one side of one of the bulbs going out and reached out to customer service. They got me fixed up instantly under their amazing warranty program. I recommend them to anyone looking for top notch headlights!

My car is an old Pontiac with the sealed headlamps. None of the ones any store carry are bright enough at all, especially in areas with no lights. The H4 LED conversion kit was a great improvement. Bright enough that I tinted the housing so I'm not blinding people and so much more visibility at night. Also has the benefit that if a bulb ever goes out I can find them at any store and it's likely they're in stock. 10/10 upgrade.

The headlights are good and easy to install but unfortunately didn't last more than a couple months before having issues. Customer service was able to set me up with replacement bulbs so hopefully these ones last longer because I was very happy with the quality of the old ones until they started acting up

I ordered full sets of fog, low beam, and high beam bulbs back in 2020 and they were wonderful. I have one low beam bulb that has given out on me. I contacted headlight experts about how to get a new bulb. Completely forgot about the lifetime warranty! Company responded back very quickly and offered to have me return the set of bulbs under warranty to be replaced or they would send me the newest version at a much discounted rate. Great offer so I don't have to go without either bulb until the replacements are received. Thank you!

I purchased bulbs for my F-250 a few years ago and they worked out great. They are three times as bright as the standard halogens that were in there which makes night driving and bad weather driving much better. I did have an issue with my low beam going out on one bulb and contacted them for the warranty. They were very responsive and great to work with. Very satisfied with their help and professionalism. I would recommend these bulbs as they do help a lot, they seem to be of good quality and the company does stand behind their product which is refreshing nowadays.

I have been using these headlights for the past 4 or so years. As my truck did not. Come with LEDs I wanted to get the best light possible to see at night. By getting the headlight upgrade kits to LEDs that worked. They are very bright and seeing at night is very easy now. I would not go back to any other type of headlight. Every auto should come standard with these lights as it would make the driving at night much safer for everyone. Thank you for a great product.

I purchased a set of LED lights from this company 3 years ago for my Ram truck. I initially ordered the wrong bulbs and Headlight Experts issued a replacement with no problem. The bulbs are much brighter and more clarity than the factory installed bulbs that were on my truck. I recently purchased a set of the newer style bulbs and look forward to seeing how they perform at night. I highly recommend this company for your vehicle bulbs.

After about 18 months one of my LED headlamps failed. I emailed them explaining the issue. A very short time later they responded and gave me a choice of options. I opted to get an upgraded pair of headlamps for an excellent price. Purchased a pair of H11B LED headlights about 18 months ago. Love the extra light they provide. Unfortunately one of the bulbs failed recently but Headlight Experts was right there with the lifetime warranty and an upgrade offer. They know how to treat customers right. Very happy with the support.

I purchased the 9012 LED headlight conversion back in 2019 for my 14 Sierra. Lights are super bright and have a nice color to them as well. The stock ones were so yellow and couldn't see a thing at night. These led's are amazing in every way very dependable and customer service is very nice and respond fast.

I bought these headlights and they lasted just about 2 years, I reached out to the company after seeing a "lifetime warranty" they sold me on a bunch of nonsense saying "we have a new bulb released this year and if I pay $17x2 and shipping and handling" they would send me the new bulbs in 2-3 business days as long as i leave them a "positive review" well folks after 3 emails and 3 weeks somebody from the company finally answered me and said they are still waiting on my "positive review" before they will send me the lights that they had no problem collecting my money from, so now I'm waiting on a refund because if you want a positive review have a product that's worth it rather than a product you think you can just buy a positive review and scam people...save yourself the hassle and bring your business else where

I recently upgraded my truck's headlights to a new set of LED lights, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results. These lights are outstanding. The difference in visibility is night and day, literally.

Before the upgrade, my old headlights were dim and struggled to illuminate the road properly, especially in darker conditions. Now, with these new LEDs, the road ahead is brilliantly lit, allowing me to see obstacles and road markings with much greater clarity.

Not only are the headlight super affordable but they have lasted me years. In addition to this they come with a fantastic warranty. The best thing honestly though is the customer service. They are very quick to respond and are super helpful.

I originally bought LED headlights for my daughters 2016 Honda CRV since she travels a decent distance to college. Immediately after installing the headlights, she noticed a huge difference in what she was able to see and how clearly, she was able to see in the dark while driving. The LED's performed better than expected.

I have ordered another newer version/set from Headlight Experts last week for another Jeep. I brag about your lights to all my buddies as they awe at the brightness in both the Headlights and Fog lights on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler! The Older units/bulbs were bright, but the newer Phillips ZES units are Awesomely Bright! Great product & Great service. You Guys knocked it out of the park!

I received immediate help with my issues. I asked about warranty replacement and was given 2 options. I opted to a review and was told what the warranty replacement would cost. I immediately used my debit card and paid what I thought was a resonalable price. Thanks for the great service

Upset because after ordering a set of LED headlights for my car, & contacting them for some sort of instructions on how to wire the lamps for my application. What they replied was" you are good to go".
It did say on the web that 2 splices would need to be made. Headlight Experts could not provide any kind of instruction, wiring diagram, color code table for the car, absolutely no help at all, or direction on what to splice. I am converting an old HID system to LED. I then made contact again, and was informed that I could send them back. Instructions were to mark my order number on the package as a return authorization, send them best way, and processing would happen when got them back.
So after a trip to the USPS, $9.00 trackable post charge, returned them. I got an email with a credit less -$25.00 for processing fee. Never was this mentioned, does not appear on the website or advised in any way. I thought I was dealing with someone reputable & surely have not been. I am sure they are one of many an on line reseller that has no clue as to the proper fitment of the units & has no business selling automotive products of any kind. Certainly not as advertised on the web. The reviews rave about the great service, and the after sale. None of that is true, so stay away.

Bulbs failed after 18 months. Followed all the rules, got the RMA # sent them back at my expense. They claim that replacement are sent out 24 hours or less after they receive your package. Got proof of Del from UPS and waited 2 weeks with no tracking from them. Called and spoke with someone. They apparently don't like to give their names and I can understand that now! I was told that the bulbs were on backorder and they would send once they got a shipment. So I called the Philips Automotive Lighting and asked if these bulbs were on backorder and it was confirmed that they were NEVER on back order. A LIFE TIME WARANTY is only as good as the people you're dealing with.

The LED conversion definitely allowed better vision and penetration for night driving.

Appears to be good quality; however, one headlight malfunctioned and only worked in high-beam mode, after 14 months. Was replaced under warranty.

They are great headlights very bright and they do not get hot like other led's I have had
