Was a little confused by the multiple shipments. Was kind of irritating that the printer came first, but the instructions didn't come until several days later. But we got it all eventually. And working out well.
The heat press we purchased is a great value for the price. Only issue I had was tracking info came with no carrier information. In the process of getting that information via email, my press arrived! Only one day after I ordered it! I will definitely be a return customer should the need arise.
Customer service needs to be improved, I waited too long to talk with someone however the person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. I called by phone in which notified me that there was a high call volume. Next, I tried the online chat and had someone call me back by phone. This process took at least 20 - 30 mins. I questioned the person who called me back and he did let me know that a couple hours in the morning they are short staffed and throughout the day it improves. I did appreciate what I thought was an honest answer and that is what lead me to finalize my purchase with Heat Press Nation.

Whenever we have needed help with anything, they are cheerful and understanding of our inexperience of the product and they talk us right through everything! We've even called at closing time for them and they didn't blow us off and they were not rude what-so-ever! First time buyer of a heat press, confusing on all the styles and features that are out there. This was an easy decision to make with having a bum arm so the auto open feature is a must for me so that narrowed down my choices, along with all the reviews and recommendations for Heat Press Nation. My experience with Heatpressnation has been quite boring! I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever and they were so helpful with answers to my questions regarding my purchase. As I explore many options I had many questions. My product arrived in about a week. Shipping not being their responsibility after leaving their hands I had no cause to berate them for my extended anticipation. All of my mugs were so well packed that not one was damaged.I LOVE BORING!

When I purchased the heat press it would of been nice for the parchment or non stick sheets to be on a suggested supply list. So I could of ordered along with the heat press.
First press I received was damaged in shipping. But a quick call and it was all taken care of. You guys have amazing customer service. Which for me is a big deal when I'm buying from a company. You will have more of my business for sure!

I did some research on product before buying and was very happy with the results of my project. The videos are very helpful especially for someone like me who is new to heat pressing. Will definitely continue to watch videos for future projects and recommend to friends and family :)
I am not super crazy about the hat press I purchased a few years ago-- I need to put padding under the flex fit hats so that they do not wrinkle during pressing. But this product works well to fill the gap and I certainly use the different sizes for other press items
Item was not listed as out of stock when ordered. Waited for about two weeks and called them only to find out it was out of stock when I ordered my heat press but that it should be shipped within a few days. Waited another week still nothing. Was told I'd get an email when the item shipped. Never received an email. Item showed up unexpectedly one day. Thankful my husband just happened to be home that day. It was really heavy and no way could I have gotten that in the house if I was the only one here.
My order had been delayed longer than expected, so I called customer service and they were able to come up with a solution and ship me a different product that still met my needs, and I had it in 2 business days.I love a company who has excellent customer service and they went above and beyond that. I'm very pleased and will be ordering again in the future.
PLease please please send these transfer papers in durable package, I have received papers before with the corners damaged! You guys are great otherwise! Keep it up, send me coupon codes! We'll shop here more!
Sold me a heat press that was not in stock. I called and was told it would ship the next day. A week later, it had not shipped yet. Arrived broken. Fast response from customer service. They offered to replace, but with the weight of the heat press, packing and moving it out of the shop is a 3 person job. They only offered a 10% discount as an alternative.
Very satisfied with the website and the ease of ordering. I appreciate how much information and details was given about each product, will definitely use heat nation again...I know this is a review but, I don't have all of my products to start actually producing my shirts yet. I can't give an exact review on how my heat press works. But I will in the future if given the opportunity.
