My stationary arm that holds everything is bent and now my plates don't align properly in pretty dissatisfied I've spent a lot of money and two hundred presses in and the supposed to be most stable piece bent

Price was average for what I ordered. 3 out of 4 sheets of htv came damaged. 2 had bubble creases through the middle and one had a corner completely bent with a hard crease in it. Very dissatisfied with how it was packaged and shipped.

This is my first time ordering from Heat Press Nation. Their website is easily navigated, product descriptions are detailed, and the ease of transaction was excellent. Furthermore, the shipping information was up to date, accurate, and arrived exactly as communicated. Heat Press Nation will have my business for years to come!

The Affirm Process was tedious and cumbersome. Trying to get my phone changed caused me to miss out on the 4th of july special. It took a month and thats with constant calling and having to escalate the issue to a manager after I had already sent in the necessary documents.

Got my heat press fast (shipped out if Pa, and I love it! Only draw back is when ordering mug blanks they shipped out of Ca, so it took forever to get them. I wish you could choose where they shipped from to save time.

I absolutely love my heat press. It makes everything much easier and I can line my things up better before pressing them. I've ruined a few shirts by everything being crooked or slanted. The only thing I don't like is the lights in my house blink when my heat press gets to a certain temp but I believe that's my house not an issue with the heat press.

I was able to buy the heat press from the back in stock alert! Thank you so much for the feature! I jumped off the couch and immediately bought it plus other items! I have been checking back everyday for about a month! I cannot wait to use it! The delivery was extremely fast and very well packaged. I will be recommending Heat Press Nation to everyone. It worked great for the first few shirts. The timer and counter already quit working. A mere inconvenience maybe but for what it cost I would expect features to last longer. After 20-30 shirts I had to add parchment paper in addition to the Teflon sheet because it is marking my shirts with the previous transfer used. Already ruined 3 shirts

The order process went great. Now I'll wait for my heat press machine. My heat press arrived on time. I plugged it up, and it works fine. I have to order more material, then I'll be ready to start making shirts. I was hoping to get some samples being as though I am a valued customer. Overall I'm satisfied for now.

Exceptionally quick delivery. Attempted to call customer service twice - stayed on indefinite hold then disconnected.

Would like to exchange for larger unit. This model of clamshell doesn't open very far and difficult to lay place products in

Received my order very quickly and am having fun experimenting with different techniques for sublimation. Discovered that I can cut the EasySubli, place it on a silicone sheet, sublimate it and then apply to my medium making its uses even more varied. Also, love your videos and presenters - so helpful! Thank you!

You have an inventory that compliments my business needs for sublimation printing. I like the one stop shop concept; everything from hot press equipment, sublimations inks and papers, and a wide range of sublimated products. Also, having access to information such as videos, print formulas and product templates on your website are a great plus!

Love these but we normally have atleast about 4 broken mugs in a case. Totally get it though with the shipping process! Customer service is always willing to refund once I've sent pictures so you're great to deal with! Thank you!

This was a great customer service experience. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I received a shipment with many broken mugs. They were quickly replaced without any hassles. Heatpress Nation will definitely be my 'go to' for sublimation supplies.

I've had it a couple of weeks and have used it for the last 4-5 days for several hours at a time. So far I love it. Very easy to use, and the automatic counter was a nice touch. The slide out tray is pretty much a must have as well. I ordered my press from HPN as opposed to eBay or Amazon because they are a name brand company that seems to stand by their product and has a high customer satisfaction rating. I guess my only complaints would be; I never received the email with the tracking number-I had to call and get it- and when I received the machine I did have to call customer service to ask a question and I was on hold for 19 minutes but other than it's been an awesome purchase!

I'm a HPN fan because I live in California. Everything else takes 2 weeks! At first I was not impressed with how the first couple of orders were shipped. After I called in and actually communicated, it's been nothing but prompt delivery!. Plus, customer service is the best I've ever experienced.

From reviews I read, I was pretty nervous placing my order. It seemed 50/50 on people getting their order in a timely manner. Mine came at a decent time. I just recommended you to someone reluctantly just because it seems like there might be an issue based on reviews I've read. I will use you again.

Alba Chem works wonders! It was able to fix the heat press numbers that was done mistakably by a local business. I managed to have my team all fixed in time for our game! I will be buying more in the near future just Incase, you never know with these businesses!

Two out of my three cart items were delivered in a timely manner and functioned at the level I expected - I would consider them to be great buys at fair prices. HPN customer service is very courteous and helpful when it comes to setup and general questions (I find that the phone number provided will result in significantly faster service than via email), but I'm still burned by the return policy for cutters; particularly that the strict "no returns" verbiage could be more transparent. List it on the product page, put it on the checkout page, make it clear, and you would have had a happier customer. I'm currently neutral on if I'll return to make another purchase.

My heatpress did not work upon arrival. Upon calling customer service, I was advised to open up the back panel to see if any of the connections came loose, which is exactly what happened. It now works perfectly.
