I absolutely love HPN, the products and customer service! Packaging (and labeling) of products could be better. Identifiers are used for internal purposes, I'm sure, but I'd like to see more of an actual product name on the label when items are being counted out and repackaged.
The ordering process is so simplistic. The experience is excellent. He presentation makes you want to continue shopping their site because of the simplicity and structure.

First order they sent in a paper env that tore on the way here and those expensive ink cart. Are just floating around in a truck somewhere. Why didtn they tape the ends? Or send in a box? 2nd shipment they taped the ends, but still in a cheap paper env, a silly way to send $200 worth of ink! A box is smarter, esp to alaska!

I got the heat press for a hobby project that I wanted to start. I made my first airbrushed t-shirt and am very happy with it. The only negative - FedEx. The idiots at FedEx looked like they drop kicked the machine. Luckily it was super well packed. The box was destroyed but the machine was undamaged (checked it before signing off on receipt). Please DO NOT USE FEDEX. THEY ARE KNOWN TO DROP KICK EVERYTHING.
Easy to figure out what printer i needed along with purchasing it. Printer seems to be sturdy and will hold alot ink for printing.
Extremely proficient, and easy to order. I have not used the equipment but plan on putting it to use at my first event in two weeks.
I have not unboxed the heat press yet. Waiting for the electrician to make proper power source before installing.
Don't plan on using each other the first quarter of next year.
Shipping to Canada is very expensive so I wanted to ship to a parcel holding facility at the border. I was notified they do not ship to these locations. This meant i had to find a residential address in the US and drive there myself. I wasn't terribly pleased with this outcome but I did receive my package and the heat press its self is great. Wasn't the best experience as a Canadian buyer though.
I have always had good service with HPN. Love the new press. Could wish for more chat availability on weekends though
I ordered a second set of sublimation throw pillow covers because the first kind I ordered did not work for what I needed. The second set, though ordered late in the month still arrived in plenty of time for me to make my Christmas presents! Very pleased.

Bought a press on Amazon.
Waited 3 days and heard nothing about shipping.
I contacted the store directly and 3 hrs later they canceled my order.
They are still selling presses on Amazon.ca but claim they have no inventory yet they sold 5 of 1 type of press in 2 days.
So which is it you have no inventory or you didn't want to pay for the shipping?
Terrible customer service. My mugs were poorly packaged and therefore 6 were damaged during transit but since it was over 3 days (ridiculous amount of time for quality check) they won't even do a store credit. Company I won't be doing business with anymore.
I ordered ez off because of videos I seen and being recommended to clean heat press ever so many months depending on usage. I have had mine for a while and never cleaned. I haven't tried yet due to allergies waiting for help from husband.
I got parchment paper because I messed up and have used my Teflon sheets which now have unseen designs that come on to items pressing. My first t-shirt job pressure not hard it was medium pressure. But seems lines in paper come through. Hopefully I will get the hang of it soon. I know it's me as seen lots of people use parchment paper no problem.
Answer: Heat Press Nation came highly recommended but they have yet to live up to the hype, I am very disappointed with their services. I ordered the Sawgrass SG1000 in May 26,2020 and received my printer on June 11,2020, needless to say I was overjoyed to be receiving my printer but was shocked and disappointed when I opened the box and there was no installation kit included. I contacted the company and was told by the Customer Service Representative that they received the printers without the ink and they knew I was eager to receive my printer so they shipped it out the printer without the ink (1st Lie) but I would receive the ink on Saturday June 13,2020 but that was another lie, it never came, I called a few times throughout the week, no one could give me a definite answer or provide a tracking number for my ink, I requested to speak with a Supervisor, I was told he would give me a call but to no avail, I was told that the Supervisor is having my ink shipped overnight but still no ink.(another Lie) I contacted the company again today, I was on hold for an hour and eleven minutes only to speak with a representative to be told, my ink was shipped out but I won't receive it until Wednesday June 24,2020. I am outraged, I have missed out on so much business because of this, I will no longer do business with Heat Press Nation because I don't feel I'm being properly compensated for my troubles.
Answer: Received half my order after 7 days. It has been almost 2 weeks and have not received the rest of order.
