Bought a press on Amazon.
Waited 3 days and heard nothing about shipping.
I contacted the store directly and 3 hrs later they canceled my order.
They are still selling presses on Amazon.ca but claim they have no inventory yet they sold 5 of 1 type of press in 2 days.
So which is it you have no inventory or you didn't want to pay for the shipping?

I received my printer quickly just in time to create family reunion shirts and bags. Plus I received an awesome sample pack in which I was able to make extra gifts for family and friends Very satisfied

I have only used once…tumbler came out great…no ghosting, but I think I used too much pressure. Cannot wait to try more this week. Solid machine! Happy to see what more I can do!

Extremely proficient, and easy to order. I have not used the equipment but plan on putting it to use at my first event in two weeks.

I hate this heat press & wish I wouldn't have spent money on it! Yes, it's a swing out… but doesn't swing out far enough, so it slows you down and you almost burn your hand each time!

Love this sublimation paper for hard blanks like tumblers, mugs, slate, etc. Other papers could not achieve a true black. This paper does.

This clamshell heat press is far superior to my last heat press! I'm super excited every time I use it!

The delivery people put my heat press at my back door hidden from the road, my road is pretty much almost a private road, and had it were basically nobody could see it, I appreciate that very much. I have the product unpacked, it looks to be in good shape, but I still have yet to use it because I am still in the process of moving and getting some details in Indiana taken care of. I love the sublimation piggy banks they sublimate beautifully!

I like the accuracy of the SurePressure gauge. The press got here quickly and undamaged. The platen cover is great to keep things from sliding around. Really happy with our press and we have used it from Day One!

I was having trouble with my computer connecting to my Specialist. I called the help number and they determined the problem within two minutes of discussion. They sent me a new board which was easy to replace following the instructions in the email they sent. I couldn't be happier with the response time!

The ordering process was very easy. They had what I was looking for. The transfer paper came with good instructions on how to use. I received my order in good condition within just a few days.

Bad Bad I had to cancel this because it would not have arrived in time. I called to check on my order and HPN was sending the wrong color. After speaking with the rep I discovered HPN doesn't even stock the vinyl I needed and it would have taken even longer to get. The rep was so wishy washy on this and basically not being upfront so even though I've been dealing with HPN for years I will NO longer be using HPN as a vendor
