On April 11,2024 I went to this bar Heavy Woods which I've been to before but at that time there was different workers female bartenders who knew me already. Got there at 10:30PM it was a Thursday Night. Went there after having dinner to have a couple of drinks alone there was only two workers there a white bartender and a Spanish cook. I asked for a frozen margarita first after drinking that I asked for a beer and was served at 11:15PM went outside to smoke a cigarette and talk to my female friend on the phone then I went to use the bathroom had finished my beer and asked for one more. I noticed the bartender constantly eye balling me at this point I was feeling uncomfortable and was going to leave after I drank one more beer after asking for it the bartender said I had enough umm like what I haven't even been there for that long only for about a hour am not drunk or even tipsy at all am not a heavy drinker or drink like that but if I do drink or decide to drink more it takes more than a frozen drink and one beer because I never got the other beer I asked for was refused service for no reason what so ever other than personal it seemed and looked like to me. As I asked why didn't he the bartender want to serve me anymore for what reason wasn't given any only rudeness and disrespectful attitude telling me he rather I leave never answering me why but saying he wasn't going to serve me and I had enough I told him I've been there before and I never have gotten this treatment from anyone he was accompanied by a long hair cook they was the only two working at the place at that time as am asking before leaving still sitting in the bar stool why he was refusing me service he came around outside the bar like he was cleaning up and bashed me in the back of my head while still sitting in the middle stool with a unknown hard object this was at 11:35PM and I was knocked out on conscience. When I came to around 11:50PM no one called police or an ambulance or even helped me at all. I was by the door when I was sitting on the bar dizzy and disoriented confused in pain and hurt on my head my backpack bag was on the bar chair I was sitting on by the bar and I was by the exit door he told me to grab my bag and leave and I left. I got home like 12:10PM dizzy hurt in pain with a bump on my head and a busted head bleeding this place is not a all people friendly place and basically look out more for there kind of customers. I was born and raised in bushwick brooklyn and been living in the neighborhood for more than 40 years now and I've never had a issue in none of the bars in the neighborhood or even been treated so threatening rude cruel and wrong only in this place after going there for more than 20 times basically the workers they have now are very discriminatory as well if they feel that you don't belong or aren't there kind.
