I was a bit worried as the wedding was due a month after the arrival of the dress, but I had nothing to worry about, the dress was perfect, no need to make changes to it.
Ordering was fine, wasn't really kept up to date on the progress of the order though so didn't expect delivery. The dress itself was just crammed into small packaging which for the price I wasn't impressed with the way it was delivered. It is a stunning dress but the sizing is just insane. I already sized up after reading some reviews but to get a dress that fit I would need to have sized up about three times. Not sure what they're basing the sizings off but this was for a work event so I wouldn't have the time to sort out or even order another one.
I am delighted with this dress! I wasn't at all sure what to expect but thought that for the price asked it was worth trying. The colour is beautiful and exactly as pictured, and it's put together really well. I ordered a size 6 for my (petite) 15-year-old daughter's prom next year and there is a bit of room if she grows. The lace back is gorgeous and the boning around the torso is perfectly sewn. It arrived within the three weeks stated and although I was worried it looked as if it was stuffed into the packaging, it was folded nicely and there were no creases to deal with. I will happily recommend this company!

Everything was great, the dress was coated in a net like fabric which wasn't what I expected from the photos, but it still looks great and overall am very happy with the product. I have not got my girlfriend to try it on yet, so I don't know what the fit is like yet, but other than that I'm happy with the result :)

I was skeptical about ordering from Hebeos so I've tried to find out as much as I could about the company, it said its a UK based company but the package had a sticker on in Chinese. The reviews and photos looked good so I ordered a dress without customisations so that I could return it if its not as described. The dress arrived on time and it's lovely! I should've gone for the customisation! Would've saved money on a tailor. The dress is as described, make sure you check your measurements, I had to go 2 sizes up from my normal size. The back has a few lace pieces but the front is plain tulle. Overall the dress is beautiful, thank you!
Not all my questions were answered about the delivery. The webpage said the question wasn't submitted but I still got a reply. Response was fast.

I am in love with this dress, the sizing is perfect I just needed to get the straps tightened juat a little bit so that it would fit on my shoulders but overall an amazing dress and can not wait to wear it for my 18th party.

I was a bit nervous ordering a wedding dress online without trying it on first but I took the plunge and I'm so glad that I did! The dress is beautiful, it fits perfectly, the quality is far better than I expected. I would recommend you take the plunge too!

If you trade in the Uk albeit on the internet then you should trade fairly and reasonably. I believe I have been misled, paid extra for expedited delivery and no garment arrived. No apology. When it finally arrived it was wrong and faulty.

On the face of it they looked like they had nice products but I have been bitterely disappointed with their customer service and after sales. They appear to be a uk compsny given the name they trade as but they do not treat you as you would expect- be wary

My experience was just awesome. The dress came in such a beautiful color. The quality is great. The price is cheap. I definitely will order something else from hebeos. It came in time. The only thing is the top part of the dress that I will fix, but i will fix it just because i can. It's a bit loose. But it's great even just like that)) I ordered Second size and didn't do any specialties)
I was surfing internet on one specific dress I found on pinterest. Couple links were from hebeous. I looked through the people's experiences and YouTube channels for hebeos, so it made me buy dress on hebeos.

At first I was concerned when I had not received any communication from the company regarding my order. However the custy service team were more than helpful and the dress arrived a lot quicker than expected. The quality of this dress is amazing, the fit is true to size and I could not be happier! Affordable and great quality!

I am extremely happy with the dress for my sister in law to be only unfortunately we can't get the dress to do up as the top part is a bit bigger so therefore we can't get the zip up but we are making amendment's

Thank you very much for your service. I really like my dress. The dress looks a bit different in the length of where the lace cuts off and where the skirt begins. However, the price and the quality covers this. Overall I am a very blessed and happy customer. I plan to add a wedding belt. The custom measurements were taken professionally. I am more interested in the quality of the material, there is like 8 layers and stitching is very professional. The zip is very sturdy and the dress can inside out very clean smells brand new. Packaged very secure and nice. Delivery was quick no hassle. Will definitely recommend and will definitely purchase again. I am very grateful and to the person who stitched the dress you are very very talented. Please keep up the excellent work.

Customer services I'm a size 14 ordered a 18 as I know that wedding dresses are smaller but the 18 was no where near when I emailed to ask for a bigger size as I love the dress I was told to take it to a dress maker an it's cost me £200 to be sorted

Wedding dress arrived damaged, the stitching on the belt had come off and there was a black stain on the dress. Belt that I ordered in white arrived in cream. I emailed customer service and they offered me a 10% refund. I complained further they then offered me 25% I complained again and they said they would only off me 40% after saying I would be contacting my lawyer they then said they would off me 100% refund however I have to send the dress back which would cost me over £40.00 in postage so I would only be getting a 40% refund. This email exchange room about 2 weeks when they should of solved the matter straight away I have had to put a claim through my bank and with my lawyer. Disgusting and rude service when you receive a damaged item and incorrect item they wanted to do very little to solve it.
Extremely poor. Back and forth over 2 weeks, they did not want to solve the issue. Sent the incorrect item. And the dress arrived damaged with a black mark on it and the belt had come away from the stitching. Over the course of 2 weeks it went from an offer of 15% refund to 40% to a 100% refund but only when I told them I was going to be contacting my lawyer. They still did not care that although they were offering me 100% refund for the dress, it would cost me 40% of this to send it back. Issue still not resolved over a month later.

I ordered a custom size dress for my daughter's prom. She is pear shaped and measured her. Hebeos UK confirmed the custom size and adjustment. We received the dress in the mail and it was just as it looked in the picture. Great service!

I am deeply dissatisfied with my order. I am a bridesmaid in august. And I have bought 4 dresses in total from this company and neither one of the dresses have fit! Not one! I am a size 14 in size. I have ordered a size 14,16,18 and 20. The first 3 dresses I bought, I am nearly adamant they were the same dresses I was sent back, all 3 were too tight to fit. I understand each dress is tailored to fit, however if I order sizes up from my original size, I expect it to fit me! The fourth dress that was sent to me, being the size 20. Was made gigantic, to the point where I believe the company saw my name for a fourth time. And just threw a big sheet of material on the table and sewn it together. Not taking any measurements or anything. So it's gone from one extreme to another. The breast pads also do not make sense. Correct me if I'm wrong but from a size 14 to a size 20, I would assume the breast pads would also go up in size? Each dress I bought and tried in the breast pads were the same size. Now for me, it's not entirely an issue. But speaking for the bigger breasted women, in what way, shape or form would they fit without it looking silly and out of proportion on the body.
In conclusion, this company very clearly caters and tailors to the smaller and petite women. And not those with shape or bigger size to them. Which is highly inconsiderate. I will not buy from this company again. Need I mention that each dress I bought, I was only refunded for 1, so the company have profited 3 times out of 4 dresses from me and couldn't even get it right!

I sent off my measurements for a custom fit and my dress fits like a glove. Of course I am hoping to employ a seamstress to take it in for me by the time my wedding rolls around, but I am so happy with the fit and quality of the dress I ordered.

I ordered a wedding bridal bouquet of flowers on Feb 1,2023. Never received the shipment although they gave a tracking number. The USPS said it never reached the states. Hebeos told me to put in a lost claim with USPS, I tried but the USPS said they had to put in the claim. After going back in forth, I put in a dispute with my bank letting them know I never received my package. Hebeos sent me an emaill with these exact words asking me to close the dispute case, we can send you a new item or refund you the item price but if you keep the case open we could provide the delivered information to the banks and it would affect your future purchasing. I stated until you send the product or refund my money then I will close the dispute. They further said even if you win the case, you cannot get the refund until June. I said then that tells me you are not trying to help in making sure I get what I paid for or refund my money, I have to win in order to get a return. Whoever is handling their customer service is not professional, very argumentative, helpful or sensible. Oh they also don't care that I'm writing this review, they actually dared me. Wish I could screenshot the correspondence so people can see they shouldn't cater to this company no matter how cheap the prices are.

A TIP IS DON'T USE HEBEOS,THEY ARE NOT READY TO HELP THEY ARE RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE.

We would not recommend doing business with this company. They are not trustworthy. We asked whether the dress could be altered in a specific manner and after numerous emails, they said that the dress was in the post and the alteration completed. At no time, did they discuss it with us as requested. The alteration was not what we requested either. They have refused to refund us the money and told us to return the dress to China which is expensive.
Do not do business with Hebeos!
There was no one in the UK to speak to and all emails were delayed by a time zone, either USA or China. The company's agents were dogmatic, unresponsive and did what they wanted to ensure that the dress was unreturnable. Once they had our money, they were determined to keep it and customer service was meaningless. Abysmal and an awful and extremely stressful experience! It was like banging your head against a brick wall.
We thought the dresses were beautiful on the website and terms and conditions were fair. Unfortunately nothing else to do with Hebeos was beautiful or fair.
