I purchased a dress from Hebeos. Although the dress was nice, it was not to my expectation. I ordered a champagne colored dress, but what came in was a cream/ ivory color dress, and Hebeos insists this is correct color. Additionally the dress did not fit well, and I did not like how it looked on me. The dress was not a special order or tailored. I requested to return for refund or exchange, and although contrary to what their website says, Hebeos would not allow a return, not even for an exchange on another dress. They refused! Their website states they guarantee your satisfaction, but yet they won't even work with you. Once you buy their dress, whether it is to your satisfaction and or expectation or not, you are stuck with it. Therefore, please consider purchasing from another company that will work with you and offer returns or exchanges.

I ordered on this site, everything was delivered in the best possible way, the delivery time was fully consistent, the product was of high quality, the seams are not visible, the threads do not stick out.

Fast delivery, the order corresponds to the photo I am very happy with my order, the dresses are different than on other websites, I highly recommend them!

I still haven't been received it the dress I have ordered and no one is getting back to me about jeered it is £100 this has cost me I still need 2 more!

Honestly i was worried that it wouldnt come on time but it actually did i only have to do few minor chabge to the dress but it's very pretty and I'm happy with what I've received

Was a bit sceptic after reading reviews on trust pilot, needed 3 of these dresses but only ordered one to be sure, anyway arrived within the time scale, absolutely stunning

I guess I expected more but quality was missing. Delivery was fast. Dress was packaged really small and material was so cheap. Unfortunately I will never order from here again.

It was quick and easy to order. Then a bit worrying since I was expecting the parcel earlier by the 6th and last week received an email telling me to call for collection then finally arrived on the 10th.

Dress came on time but unfortunately the dress didn't match the picture. I tried it on and the fit is fine, but top part of the dress is thick, heavy, and has wiring. It is definitely not comparable to their picture online. I've been dealing with Hebeos customer service and referring to their return policy. The dress is definitely defective as it looks no where near the their original picture online. I guess it's my fault for buying a dress online.

The material of the dress is lovely and the pink colour is also beautiful. However, I ordered the dress a custom size and it came a LOT larger, especially in the bust/back area. The waist and length were fine. It also comes very wrinkled and it had several little stains on it. I had to spend a lot more to get it altered at the tailor and get it dry cleaned. It also took very long for the dress to get here, but that was to be expected and in line with the estimates on the website. Having the dress so large was definitely an unwelcome surprise.

So so happy and super excited to wear my wedding gown and it's exactly what I was imagining myself on my wedding day. Thank you Hebeos for making my wedding dress perfect

I am beyond impressed with the dress! Went above my expectations! 100% recommend to everyone who is looking for their dream dress! Cant wait to wear my dream dress at my wedding!

My dress arrived this morning and is absolutely beautiful, fits perfect but I would of expected it to be in better packaging! It came in normal plastic bags but I was kind of expecting it to be at least in a dress box

Quality was really good and came before delivery date. Impressed

Website is a scam. I paid for rush shipping and the guaranteed date of arrival at checkout for even standard shipping was a date before my event. I paid the express just to be safe. After the order was placed, I noticed the invoice said standard shipping. When I emailed them (no phone number), they told me that the charge I paid was for standard shipping, not express as I had clicked on and paid for (I had two people with me that confirmed rush shipping was clicked on and the guaranteed arrival date was prior to my event). Needless to say, I was told I needed to pay additional shipping to get the dress before my event. I did so, and here I am 2 days before my event without the dress I ordered and with refusal from the company to forward me a tracking number...

The design is nothing like the picture on the webpage. It is ok but not as glam as what was expected with flowing material. The material is actually sown flat instead of folded criss-crossing.
We also took measures for a good fit and the dress is at least 2 sizes too large, so it will need correcting locally with a tailor.

Felt very nervous placing my order as I knew that I wouldn't be able to return the dress unless it was faulty in some way. Gave my measurements and then a few days later I sent an email to make sure the colour shown in the picture was dark navy or whether there was a darker shade. They responded very quickly and changed my order to the darker colour. They informed me when the dress was being shipped and provided a tracking number. The dress arrived and it is beautiful and fits very well.

The dress came exactly how it looked on the website. My only complaint is that it was super wrinkled.
But other then that. It was beyond my expectations for ordering online.

Very good with lots to choose from, it tooke me ages to choose a dress. I bought a custom size dress and unfortunately the waist is too big and it's way too long (even with heels). I think I may have been sent a size 6 by mistake as my sizes were very close to a 6 but being very petite I needed the length altered and also the waist. Yet both of these seem big. I will have to pay to get it altered now at a local dress store.

Item arrived as described after just over 2 weeks from ordering and was exactly as described and sizes were good. However, we were told at the time of ordering that we would be informed when the item was to be shipped and also be provided with a tracking number. A couple of days ago i contacted Hebeos to ask if the item had been dispatched yet but then found a card in the post box for a missed parcel from Royal Mail. I didnt think at the time it was for the item as we had not had any tracking info sent to us but turns out it was. Panic over and the dress is beautiful but the lack of communication is the reason for 3 stars.

Ordering was easy enough, however the dress was wrapped like burrito and when I unwrapped it looked awful. After adjusting the dress realised not only quality wasn't excellent but the fabric didn't match the description on the website.

The shopping experience is good. The color dress is beautiful. But the bust is not shaped properly. It lost the shape for the way was packed so I will need to send it to be tailored. Did not like the white glass on the bust would look better with some similar to the color of the dress. It would have been helpful if there was a picture of the dress in the color chosen. But the design is nice.

I ordered a UK 14. I received a UK 12! I have tried it in and there is no hope of doing the zip up. There is also a small tear on the top part within the lace. I have emailed to request how this is rectified. So so disappointed.
