I was a bit worried as the wedding was due a month after the arrival of the dress, but I had nothing to worry about, the dress was perfect, no need to make changes to it.
Ordering was fine, wasn't really kept up to date on the progress of the order though so didn't expect delivery. The dress itself was just crammed into small packaging which for the price I wasn't impressed with the way it was delivered. It is a stunning dress but the sizing is just insane. I already sized up after reading some reviews but to get a dress that fit I would need to have sized up about three times. Not sure what they're basing the sizings off but this was for a work event so I wouldn't have the time to sort out or even order another one.
The dress was beautiful when it arrived. Though it fit my daughter as per the measurements, the dress didn't have much shape and the bust area didn't hold in place. The dress was beautiful though and ordering was easy.
Good prices and the dresses appeared to be beautiful.

I have to say I was very surprised with the fantastic service I received from the moment I ordered my dress. I was given information every step of the way until my dress arrived at the door.

Was very nervous after reading the many negative reviews, but the dress arrived, yes it was very creased but it was great as expected, happy with it.
Think Hebeos could make contacting them easier as that is not great.
You can only contact via email and it’s slow.
Think it would be better with phone as well.

I have ordered on this website before and I was very satisfied with my order. This time the quality of the dress is very poor. I ordered the dress for my mum and I have to take it to the tailor to do some amendments.

I order a dress size 14 and I got size 12 and then I am a bridesmaid for a wedding and if I purchase a new one, it won't get here on time I sent them a message about the wrongdoing, and I'm still waiting for them

The dress is completely different than is showing on the website. The material is not nice and the dress is not hand-sewn as in the picture. My special day is already ruined because of this experience. I am so disappointed
I have sent pictures with the dress that I have received. One of your team agent says because the dress has been hand-swen cannot be returned. Before to make an order I have read your return policy and is says if the product is in original condition can be returned.
My godmother has ordered a very nice dress and she has received a beautiful dress that was showing on the website, colour full stone all over the sleeves and the tulle was so nice material

The dress arrived and the detail is totally different to the picture, the picture shows silver Glittery detail to sleeves it arrived with white lace and pearl sleeves. Also the sizing is much smaller than stated on website, li measured it against the measurements on the website and they were totally different measurements

I believe this company operates under several names, one of which is called Angel Dresses. Cannot believe this company is still operating and scamming customers out of 100's of pounds. I reported them to Trading Standards and everyone else needs to do the same. I lost £250 to this company. The dresses are an absolute joke, awful quality and workmanship

Terrible. Poor service. Not delivered still says under tailoring. Ordered 4 weeks ago. They do not answer emails.
No reply. I've emailed 5 times in the last 4 weeks
Because I thought they had nice wedding dresses. Little did I know I was paying for nothing. No reply to my emails. Its been 4 weeks and no delivery.

I ordered this beautiful outfit, on the website they put US size 12 which is the size I wear when I received the outfit, it was small, and it's in fact a UK 12. That was misleading. I am stuck with the outfit, the event is over now and I have sent emails to try and return it but they are not giving me the return address, I want my refund, please.
They keep sending me emails without answering my question,I asked how i can return the outfit and get my refund and they are asking me for my measurements etc, this is very frustrating

Was shocked at how quick and efficient the delivery was as wasn't expecting the dress to arrive so quick. Love the material and style looks exactly as it does on the website would definitely recommend Hebeos as I had my doubts whilst ordering and praying they wouldn't disappoint which I have to say not disappointed at all. Wish they would deliver aboard as I'd definitely place more then another order Thank You Hebeos

Absolutely disgusting, Thankfully my partner is a lawyer and is taking this further for me. But what a scam, expected date of deliver 27th February. I get married March 29th.
Took the day off work to wait on for my dress, still no sign! After emailing several times I am STILL waiting on a refund and STILL no dress! Absolute joke

Haven't had any update as to when my order is arriving and customer service weren't very helpful. I still have no idea when my dress is being delivered as they failed to tell me. I was just instructed to be patient (been waiting since 25th jan with no update)

Hebeos UK is a China company. They should stop scamming people. Their sizes are very small compared to the UK sizes. They have no customer relations. Their return policies are rubbish and scum. They take people's money They are thief's.
The customer service was very bad, horrible, very unprofessional.
When I saw their wedding dresses on line I was impressed, but the out come was very disappointing.
The product was cheap, but it has costed me more. I have to buy another wedding dress, because they can not refund me.

The dress is mostly lovely, however when I received the white dress the mesh sleeves are an orange brown. I have queried this with the company who have stated the colour is as the pixtures on the website, it is not. They have kindly have offered a refund but I don't want this. The dress should be as ordered so this has influenced my rating. I rate highly the price and the quality and the swiftness in response of the customer support team who are very polite and friendly

I ordered my dress off Hebeos for the first time and I am more than impressed. My measurement was apt and the dress was a full ball gown and it took 20days to get to me in UK. Wow 100% to Hebeos. Thank you

The came and was exactly as pictured. We ordered a UK size 14 and theyou measured exactly to what size my daughter was. However the part from the top of the arms was too tight and we have had to have this opened up. I would recommend going a size bigger.

All i can say is i have read all the reviews mostly the bad and was concerend. How ever my grand daughters prom dress was perfect, my wife is a seamstress and very fussy when it comes to clothes and was very pleased with her dress. So i would recomend this company to anybody. Just make sure you give the correct sizes and hight is important. Also the communication with hebos was easy. My name is Paul Chappell i live in Gloucestershire England
