Online shopping at hebbeos was great. Great prices, beautiful products but, so far I haven't received them, when they were supposed to be delivered on the 10-11th of March 2022 since I've purchased them on the 22nd of February.

It was very easy and simple procedure to order. Thank you so much. It looked just like the picture and delivered on time.

The packing of the itemwhen it arrived was in very poor condition and was not of good enough quality to protect the item. The packing was smashed and it was lucky that the item was not damaged as there was very little to protect it.

Great customer service and the shipping was fast too. I loved the dress it was gorgeous and the team was very helpful. I was nervous it wouldn't come on time but it did and it was custom sized and beautiful.

Ordered and was a bit weary as some bad reviews but I contacted customer service and they emailed me my tracking number and it was delivered to the post office when I picked it up it was exactly what I ordered soo happy

My dress was suppoed to come between the 23rd of march to the 29th of march. It is now the 1st of April. Hebeos has not responded to any of my emails. I will update if this changes.

I shopped all around for what I wanted but couldn't find it in a price I was comfortable with. I had heard of Hebeos before but never looked. I searched and used the filters to see if they had what I envisioned and I found it! Not only did I find but it, I found it for an AMAZING price. It came in and the quality was fantastic. It is absolutely perfect!

Pleasantly surprised, from ordering to receipt of my dress was really good and was really happy, I have had a couple of alterations which I new I was going to do anyway but but the cost is still way below the cost of a dress bought from a wedding dress boutique.

Good experience very good quality both of sewing and materials. Arrived on time.

I was a abit sceptical however reading reviews i decided to order a dress, using the size guide & messurments available i ordered the size accordingly, when it arrived it fits perfectly! Great quality too!

I've made an order since 10th July, which I have not received, they gave me tracking information which it doesn't exist, at this point I do not know where the package is, I have no tracking information, I have contacted them via email as they don't have no other ways of contact, they only responds once a day with stupid answers, I've asked for my money back I've been ignored, I've asked when the package will arrive I've been ignored, a company that operates will never act this way.

Dress was too tight also the undergarment was not correctly stitched which left the bump on the back of the dress and also was too tight..

Customer service emailed be back ever time I emailed them (I was panicking and asking for tracking number) as soon at they had this they gave it me
The dress itself is amazing perfect quality, fits perfect, exactly like the picture and so heavy and big ( in terms of under skirts Oct- I ordered a ball room gown) I am so very happy - might need altering in length BUT I'm 5"1 so I expected that!

Looking through the website the site looks fantastic, the dresses are stunning and i thought i had found my one wedding dress. I was over the moon. It was delivered super quickly so i had really high hopes however they where short lived. The dress I received was different to the photographed dress on the website. The straps on the dress i received had no lace detail on them which they where meant to and they where so thin. I honestly thought i was going to snap them. The lacing on the dress was lovely but it was cheap and ridged and the dress around the bust was completely see through which was not shown on the website. The breast pads where very small and didn't actually cover just much so you where unsupported and visible. Finally the dress didn't do up even though i have followed the measurement directly from the website when i ordered the dress. After deciding the dress wasn't what i thought it was i contacted the customer service team to try and sort a refund and they made it as long winded as they could. They didnt address the concerns i raised and attempted to refuse my return. They made is as difficult as they could in the hope i would just give up and keep the dress. It has cost me £70 in shipping to receive and return the address even when the dress they sent me wasnt the same as the dress they advertised. Im completely gutted. I wanted to find my perfect wedding dress and i wanted to order my bridesmaids dresses from this website but i have lost all faith in the company and their customer service.

Dress bought for step daughters prom. Dress has arrived and she is devastated - looks absolutely nothing like the dress we ordered, the gold colour is almost green, and the dress looks like it has been made in a primary school. It is uncomrtabel to wear and the zip doesnt go up 1st time in one go

So, it arrived way earlier than I was expecting!
It comes inside out (not sure that that is the correct expression) so not to damage the dress. I was in deed surprised with the quality.
I was already expecting to have to make adjustments to the dress because I'm small but now I also have to adjust the bust somehow because on the meajurement guide it said to measure yourself with a bra on :/ and, since I will not be wearing one at my cerimony, it ended up being too loose. Therefore, you might want to reconsider that if you want the dress a little tighter there:)
On the other hand, It's always easier to tight and shorten your dress than the other way around!
Overall, I'm very much satisfied with the service and would recommend it to everyone who is willing to make adjustments when it arrives, because even though you're measuring everything carefully and acording to the guide you're not wearing it and you don't know if you'll like the way it fits your body :)

Horrendous company, ordered a dress for my daughters wedding (£28 delivery), they are saying royal mail have received it, THEY HAVENT, all i get is emails telling me to be patient …. Disgusting company, disgusting customer service…please don't waste your money ladies

I was worried as website seemed a bit difficult to understand in terms of returns policy but the dress arrived today and it's beautiful. Lovely material and looks more expensive than it was.

Asked about tracking as hadn’t received dispatch email they sent it straight away
