I was a bit worried as the wedding was due a month after the arrival of the dress, but I had nothing to worry about, the dress was perfect, no need to make changes to it.
Ordering was fine, wasn't really kept up to date on the progress of the order though so didn't expect delivery. The dress itself was just crammed into small packaging which for the price I wasn't impressed with the way it was delivered. It is a stunning dress but the sizing is just insane. I already sized up after reading some reviews but to get a dress that fit I would need to have sized up about three times. Not sure what they're basing the sizings off but this was for a work event so I wouldn't have the time to sort out or even order another one.
Delivery great, dress is beautiful but too small and I would like to return it for a bigger size if this is possible

Speedy delivery when paying for express. Arrived nearly 2 weeks earlier than expected so very happy. Had the dress made to measure and it fits perfectly. Great quality fabric and made beautifully

I was skeptical due to trustpilot ratings but if you fit a standard UK (e.g 8) the dresses fit perfectly.

Ordered for my daughter's prom. Size comes up on the small side. Missing loop on the hook and eye fastening, now j have to pay someone to fit one, which I am not happy about.

Ordered a wedding dress with my measurements, fits perfect and the dress is stunning! Much better than I was expecting.
Hebeos have lots of beautiful dresses, important for me that I could order with my own measurements since all standart sizes are usually too big. Also good recommendations.
I choose the dress, cause it's beautiful and it had a recommendation with a picture. I was sure that the product will be as advertised

My daughter really wanted it I had it done to her measurements that I had done in a shop and it still turned up too big on top and I'm the picture it touches the floor and hers doesn't to which for the price of the dress for me to now pay out more to have it resized

I didn't research the company before hand so once ordered I thought I best had and then worried a little when I seen people laughing at certain posts on social media. IGNORE those as I am so happy with the price, service, and product.
I emailed to chase a tracking number which was sent no problem
I searched a lot looking for the perfect prom dress for my fussy daughter but came across this site and knew that this was the one.

They take photos of other dresses from other websites and pass them off as their own. We've been ripped of £150 for a dress we can't use. Please don't use this company.
