I was a bit worried as the wedding was due a month after the arrival of the dress, but I had nothing to worry about, the dress was perfect, no need to make changes to it.
Ordering was fine, wasn't really kept up to date on the progress of the order though so didn't expect delivery. The dress itself was just crammed into small packaging which for the price I wasn't impressed with the way it was delivered. It is a stunning dress but the sizing is just insane. I already sized up after reading some reviews but to get a dress that fit I would need to have sized up about three times. Not sure what they're basing the sizings off but this was for a work event so I wouldn't have the time to sort out or even order another one.
Ordered a dress for my friends wedding. Despite the fact I ordered the right size the dress was in need of several amendments. The dress length was wrong, the adornment hanging loose, the braces far to big.The material used for the vest was very delicat however heavy adornments were used... it just look so cheap and not right.
I purcheased an expensive, custome made dress in order not to need to spend any adicional money and time on tailoring.
I end up missing a day from work to be able to go shopping to find another dress. The company refused a refund and I end up putting the dress to the bin.
Very disappointed!

It was lovely to find beautiful looking dresses at such an affordable price. The only problem was that the custom sizing wasn't done very well especially for the busy of my dress.

I ordered my dress as a replacement wedding dress after being let down during covid. Easy to use website and speedy delivery service. The dress is stunning, beautifully made and fits perfectly

At the start I was kind of nervous given that I have never bought anything in this shop so when I bought my dress I was just hopping it wouldn't disappoint me. When a bought the dress it said that it woul take 12-15 days for the dress to be made and 5-7 days for the dress to arrive meaning that it would take 3 weeks and that exactly how long it took i was very satisfied with the period of time that it took for the dress to arrive since the day I bought. Now talking about the dress, it doesn't exactly look like the picture given of the different body shapes but even though, if you want to by the dress just buy it if you feel like buying that dress just like having a connection with it, the texture of my dress I loved it and I'm surely going to enjoy it in PROM!

Website good to navigate and shop, easy shopping, size exact what it says on the label and website, beautiful fabric, very pleased, thought I may have to make one but Hebeos came to the rescue.

Not sure why the sizing of the arms was so out. Had to pay to get a local tailor to do alterations but other than that fine.

I ordered 2 bridesmaid dresses for my daughters which arrived 4 sizes smaller than what ordered. I emailed my complaint with measurements of what I received compared to expected measurements on their website. I was given the run around to send pictures (which I did) and was then emailed standard repetitive responses to re-send pictures, re-send measurements and have a tailor amend them. A tailor cannot amend small dresses. They refused to accept responsibility for their mistake and refused a return and refund. They are incompetent and the customer service is childlike and ridiculous. I am now stuck with dresses that cannot physically be worn and have to purchase new dresses elsewhere. I also had to pay hidden costs (import duties into the UK) on top of the shipping costs. Do not buy from this shoddy business. They do not abide by the consumer rights act 2015 for the online consumer. Also, the 5 star reviews are not genuine. Two reviewers for the same dress (pink off shoulder) with pics using different girls have the exact same bedroom background!

Am sorry to say the gown I received is extremely different from the picture and quality of material used is very cheap

Ordered end October and dress received end November, well within quoted delivery date. Dress is absolutely lovely and for the price I am extremely happy that i chose Hebeos. Definitely recommend.
I couldn't track item so contacted customer service who replied immediately with the details I needed. Even ask when I needed dress by to ensure delivery's

The fabrics used were nice enough quality for the price. However the bra pads arrived damaged and some of the measurements were incorrect. Customer service is making a refund very challenging.
They are very slow to reply to any messages and are making a return very challenging.

The dress is lovely. All measurements were perfect except for the bust. Tall, slim girl and the dress ran 5 inches to small. Too late to return. Had to fix with ribbon. Beautiful otherwise.
