I was a bit worried as the wedding was due a month after the arrival of the dress, but I had nothing to worry about, the dress was perfect, no need to make changes to it.
Ordering was fine, wasn't really kept up to date on the progress of the order though so didn't expect delivery. The dress itself was just crammed into small packaging which for the price I wasn't impressed with the way it was delivered. It is a stunning dress but the sizing is just insane. I already sized up after reading some reviews but to get a dress that fit I would need to have sized up about three times. Not sure what they're basing the sizings off but this was for a work event so I wouldn't have the time to sort out or even order another one.
Had to order a custom fit for my daughter and when the dress arrived, it fitted like a glove, gorgeous dress and one very happy girl for prom, thank you!

This is my first order with Hebeos. I am extremely satisfied with the service. My emails to ask for information and alterations were answered promptly. The dress arrived in weeks on time. I ordered two prom dresses with my own measurements, one tea length, the other full with a small train. The satin and tailoring was excellent quality and spot on so no need to pay for alterations. I ordered a separate tulle petticoat from Amazon to poof the skirts out even more and they worked perfectly. I wanted HUGE full poofy skirts and they worked perfectly just like the pictures in Hebeos. I ordered pink dresses and they were a lovely baby pale pink. They are exactly like the pictures. They are stunning! I am thrilled with them and can't wait to wear them! My husband used to sell leather and other womens fashions clothing and was very impressed with the quality and loved them. Plenty of material with huge full skirt. If you want to look like Cinderella you won't be disappointed! I can definitely recommend Hebeos and will order from them again with confidence. I shall go to the Ball! One very happy Cinderella!
Prompt response and happy with service
I did my research online. I checked reviews and YouTube video’s. I also felt the pricing was fair. After emailing and getting good correspondence back I decided to make an order. I am very pleased and satisfied with the service and dresses. I highly recommend Hebeos.

Easy to order and shipping was quick. Be aware that you have to order a lot bigger than your actual. Size. My daughter is a UK size 10- 12. I ordered a 16 but to tight.

Customer service is responsive, yet not helpful.
Expedited shipping was none the less - Royal Mail.
Worst of all - the dress was not made to the size requirements given.
Responsive but not informative nor helpful. Still awaiting a 'pending' order to be cancelled as per the confirmation from 'Cherry'.
