I placed my order and was kept informed every step of the was when it went to tailoring when it had been shipped I even messaged as my number number was missing off parcel they sorted that tomy dresses arrived earlier than I thought it would it is beautifull it fits like a glove and so we'll made so much quality for such a small price thankyou for my perfect winter wedding dress
Ordering was fine, wasn't really kept up to date on the progress of the order though so didn't expect delivery. The dress itself was just crammed into small packaging which for the price I wasn't impressed with the way it was delivered. It is a stunning dress but the sizing is just insane. I already sized up after reading some reviews but to get a dress that fit I would need to have sized up about three times. Not sure what they're basing the sizings off but this was for a work event so I wouldn't have the time to sort out or even order another one.
The dress didn't take long to get here and it was easy to order and is not expansive and very good quality

The site was easy to navigate and whilst I was skeptical at first I could not recommend this site more! The dress was beautifully made and came in good time and well packaged
First website I found that was fairly priced that had exactly what I was looking for
I needed a ball gown for a fantasy themed ball, I got my princess moment :)

I am so disappointed the dress looks like a doll clothing material nothing like the photo it is so ugly the won't take it back offering 10% back on a dress I will NEVER wear for my wedding.
They told me I had to keep it offer3d 10% back and told I should try and sell if. The what the heck?
After searching and searching online I final found what I thought was my dream dress. I was so wrong.

Loved the dress, but you could have been clearer on the colour options, and had swatches of the material to send out, or pictures of every dress in full in every colour.
I wanted more information on the colour. Without any direct photos or swatches of the dress it felt like quite a risk ordering the dress. Fortunately the colour was fine when it arrived!
I was told that the number for the dress I was discussing was not correct, but I had copied it from your website and I was quoting it correctly.

At all times I was updated on the process of the product, packaging and transporting of same. I am very happy with the service.
I saw an ad on Facebook and on my browser. When I looked into it while searching for something for my sister, I found this had exactly what my sister described she wanted. The price was also a very good pulse for me as I cannot afford those brand name dresses.

Perfect for me, right size, very good quality very nice shape I think is perfect for weddings or evening events
They sent me the email back next day with all the information I need to know
I was scared that I am not going to receive the dress in the right time but arrived after 13 days I ordered
After I read some reviews I was 50/50 to purchase the order but I decided to have my own opinion
After I received my dress I definitely recommend and reordered in the future

Back and forth trying to get a refund on a dress that is completely different to that of website

There’s actually a Facebook page full of complaints and when reading my emails to all the others there all the same must send out a standard email to everyone trying not to refund

Lovely dress just as picture. Would recommend.
See the plots for yourself. The dress that arrived is just as the dress in the photo. All we need is to add a petticoat to be similar and big.
I choose because of the reviews and pictures of reviewers. The dresses looked like the photo and fitted perfectly.

The dress is very nice but it said it was chiffon but it's clearly not chiffon. So in that case I was not completely satisfied

Too big will need adjusted but bought a year in advance. Need to work out how to get the creases out too!

I ordered two dresses, they arrived quite quickly. I ordered the dresses in ivory. They arrived and they are white, not only are they white the tulle has holes in it on both dresses, they have dirt marks on the bodice, the bows are falling off and they are not like the pictures heboes advertise them as. I contacted them to ask for returns labels and a refund, they offered me 5% refund and to keep the dresses. I refused, they then offered 10% I refused, then 20% I refused and now 25% which again I have refused.
I paid $131 usd. I have opened a claim in PayPal to which they have responded offering me $19 usd! I have again refused.
Heboes asked for picture evidence which I sent and they still refuse to give me a full refund and for me to return the dresses.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CHEAP NASTY DRESSES!
