I placed my order and was kept informed every step of the was when it went to tailoring when it had been shipped I even messaged as my number number was missing off parcel they sorted that tomy dresses arrived earlier than I thought it would it is beautifull it fits like a glove and so we'll made so much quality for such a small price thankyou for my perfect winter wedding dress
Ordering was fine, wasn't really kept up to date on the progress of the order though so didn't expect delivery. The dress itself was just crammed into small packaging which for the price I wasn't impressed with the way it was delivered. It is a stunning dress but the sizing is just insane. I already sized up after reading some reviews but to get a dress that fit I would need to have sized up about three times. Not sure what they're basing the sizings off but this was for a work event so I wouldn't have the time to sort out or even order another one.
Size was true to size other than length. Material is beautiful and high quality. Workmanship is prestine.

It came wrapped up in the most smallest package I have ever seen now I have to pay for the prom dress to be dry cleaned and ironed as it is full of crease

I ordered this dress in light blue and it was disgusting. The quality was awful, it didn't fit, wasn't what I ordered and had a fishy smell coming from the fabric :(
They were useless and gave me no help or extra information on how to make the return and refund easier.
I chose it because it said it had easy returns but it’s the most confusing thing I’ve ever tried to do
It looked beautiful in the picture and so did the back, but when it came it was definitely not the same dress as what I had ordered

I like a dress on the hebeos vebside. I was so excited and cannot wait to see the dress. But it came completely different product what I saw on the picture.
I choose the hebeos because I has a good review. But in my case did work at all.
When I saw the dress I was very excited so I purchased. It came a completely different product.

I wouldn't suggest ordering from here, and putting your hope into your dress especially I'f u have little to now time to find a dress and if you on a budget

I knew the dress wouldn't be the one from the picture, but for the price, they could have used nicer material.
It was expensive for the quality, but also an extra duty on delivery was surprising.
It is simple and nice. Overall it might be OK for a rehearsal dinner, but not for a wedding. With nicer material (a little satin) it would be beautiful.

It is beautiful. The materials doesnt look cheap quality for the low price. It fit on my wife good. The pink is truly a good colour.

Quality, fit, service, speed of naking abd delivering exceeded all expectations.
Bride to be was amazed and so were others. Well done.

Very poor, being ignored for my full refund even though states 14days money bk, still waiting after a week

No communication, poorly packaged all scrunched up in plastic bag after paying £28 for shipping. Poor quality i have requested a refund. Said Heboes UK and sent from China?
It was here i realised it wasnt a uk company from the language used to answer my question

Awful. Worst ever. Complete rip off. Unwearable item. Horrendous postage costs to return. Customer service rubbish offered help then retracted
Made offers. I accepted. They retracted. Took days of emails back and forth. Settled for a partial refund. Now I have an expensive dress which is of poor quality that I cannot wear
I stupidly thought I’d get the item in the picture. That it would be of really good quality. And fit for the intended occasion

Expensive postage and a non working zip
