I placed my order and was kept informed every step of the was when it went to tailoring when it had been shipped I even messaged as my number number was missing off parcel they sorted that tomy dresses arrived earlier than I thought it would it is beautifull it fits like a glove and so we'll made so much quality for such a small price thankyou for my perfect winter wedding dress
Ordering was fine, wasn't really kept up to date on the progress of the order though so didn't expect delivery. The dress itself was just crammed into small packaging which for the price I wasn't impressed with the way it was delivered. It is a stunning dress but the sizing is just insane. I already sized up after reading some reviews but to get a dress that fit I would need to have sized up about three times. Not sure what they're basing the sizings off but this was for a work event so I wouldn't have the time to sort out or even order another one.

The sleeves are too tight and I can only pull them up half way, the length is far too long and it just doesn't fit right

Dres only does up half way but will be sure to have this altered as the dress is stunning and overall I couldn't be happier

It took an extremely long time to receive an email about updates and confirmation emails etc so I'm and little disappointed.
I was often left with brief or unanswered questions. It took an extremely long time to get a reply. I regularly only got a quick response if I sent it from the feedback section of the website and not if a sent through my direct email address.
It was recommended by a friend.

Customer service was good. They charge more to live the sleeves but did not live the back as requested. There was lack of understanding English.

I can tell you guys that Heboes is actually the most fastest Delivery I mean I orderd a dress and it came just in time also it was perfect it was exactly like the design soo excited

I was contacted by a tailor to confirm my measurements were correct. In actual fact, they were correct but I appreciate the extra attention.

I was extremely skeptical but did a bit of research around the dress and the pics posted online. In love with the dress now.
The customer service was prompt. Though the customer service rep didn't respond to my questions very aptly due to language barrier. However, she sent me the pic of the dress and it was exactly the same. The only barrier I can see is that the girl wasn't fluent in English language so maybe I wasn't able to explain her effectively. Otherwise, no such problem.

The experience was fine and they delivered on time the only issue was I never received my shipping information I had to ask them.
