I placed my order and was kept informed every step of the was when it went to tailoring when it had been shipped I even messaged as my number number was missing off parcel they sorted that tomy dresses arrived earlier than I thought it would it is beautifull it fits like a glove and so we'll made so much quality for such a small price thankyou for my perfect winter wedding dress
Ordering was fine, wasn't really kept up to date on the progress of the order though so didn't expect delivery. The dress itself was just crammed into small packaging which for the price I wasn't impressed with the way it was delivered. It is a stunning dress but the sizing is just insane. I already sized up after reading some reviews but to get a dress that fit I would need to have sized up about three times. Not sure what they're basing the sizings off but this was for a work event so I wouldn't have the time to sort out or even order another one.
For how much I paid for postage & packaging I expected a little more than a plastic bag and putting through the letter box

The delivery was actually faster than i expected and the quality of the dress is great and looks so good on me. It fits me perfectly too.

I am so disappointed the dress looks like a doll clothing material nothing like the photo it is so ugly the won't take it back offering 10% back on a dress I will NEVER wear for my wedding.
They told me I had to keep it offer3d 10% back and told I should try and sell if. The what the heck?
After searching and searching online I final found what I thought was my dream dress. I was so wrong.

I knew that I could trust this website based in the real photos that were used when displaying all the dresses.
I chose it, because I know I could rely on it very well like the different colours of the dresses and the right custom measurements.
I chose the dress, because I really liked the design overall it definitely fitted what I was looking for. I also liked the different colour options the dress had which Is why I chose the burgundy rather than it's original colour, and the custom measurements i gave in was spot on!
