I placed my order and was kept informed every step of the was when it went to tailoring when it had been shipped I even messaged as my number number was missing off parcel they sorted that tomy dresses arrived earlier than I thought it would it is beautifull it fits like a glove and so we'll made so much quality for such a small price thankyou for my perfect winter wedding dress
Ordering was fine, wasn't really kept up to date on the progress of the order though so didn't expect delivery. The dress itself was just crammed into small packaging which for the price I wasn't impressed with the way it was delivered. It is a stunning dress but the sizing is just insane. I already sized up after reading some reviews but to get a dress that fit I would need to have sized up about three times. Not sure what they're basing the sizings off but this was for a work event so I wouldn't have the time to sort out or even order another one.
At all times I was updated on the process of the product, packaging and transporting of same. I am very happy with the service.
I saw an ad on Facebook and on my browser. When I looked into it while searching for something for my sister, I found this had exactly what my sister described she wanted. The price was also a very good pulse for me as I cannot afford those brand name dresses.

Needed an update so I got in contact and received a response within hours with everything I needed to know with a helpful attitude
Needed help on my order and showing on my account, they ensured me it was on its way and would be with me shortly
It had a mass variety of dresses in all sizes and colours with different details, all for a reasonable price but good quality materials
It was my ideal design and colour, the amount of selection meant I could find exactly what I wanted in the perfect shade of red

It took quite a while for the dress to be delivered.
The dress was beautiful but very small so i need to return it.
I've messaged customer service for a refund yesterday and haven't had a reply as yet

Perfect for me, right size, very good quality very nice shape I think is perfect for weddings or evening events
They sent me the email back next day with all the information I need to know
I was scared that I am not going to receive the dress in the right time but arrived after 13 days I ordered
After I read some reviews I was 50/50 to purchase the order but I decided to have my own opinion
After I received my dress I definitely recommend and reordered in the future

Dress looked exactly like pictures, straps were a little bit long and front a little awkward but nothing a little altering can't fix.

Back and forth trying to get a refund on a dress that is completely different to that of website

There’s actually a Facebook page full of complaints and when reading my emails to all the others there all the same must send out a standard email to everyone trying not to refund

I ordered a dress 2 Sizes bigger as I am a UK 20. However, despite being two sizes bigger it doesn't fit.
I was searching for wedding dresses and it came on my phone. It didn't take long to find the one I wanted.

The zip is faulty on the back of the dress and no good. Also it is very hard to speak to someone to get the dress returned and refunded

The dress is just perfect. My daughter picked it for her prom and is over the moon. The quality of the material and craftsmanship is exceptional.
My daughter choose it for her prom as we could not find the time to visit a store due to limited opening hours.
