I placed my order and was kept informed every step of the was when it went to tailoring when it had been shipped I even messaged as my number number was missing off parcel they sorted that tomy dresses arrived earlier than I thought it would it is beautifull it fits like a glove and so we'll made so much quality for such a small price thankyou for my perfect winter wedding dress
Unfortunately, the photos on the website don't always match the product. This meant disappointment and concern regarding the look and feel of the dress. I also find returning the item is rather more difficult than I would have expected, when buying online.
Seamless transaction, quick delivery, good quality, dress delivered not identical to picture but close enough.

Took a while to arrive but very disappointed with it when it did arrive
Not happy that I have to lose money on the dress because I didn’t like, I have placed orders from different sites and never ever been told I wouldn’t get a full refund, I will not be ordering anything else ever again

Updates via email and didnt have to wait long for delivery. The quality was good. Great choice of items and the colour of material was beautiful.
Looking online for good value bridesmaid dresses that come in a range of shades as my bridesmaids are all different shapes and colours one dress would suit all so i was happy that hebeos offered such a range

It is beautiful. The materials doesnt look cheap quality for the low price. It fit on my wife good. The pink is truly a good colour.

I knew the dress wouldn't be the one from the picture, but for the price, they could have used nicer material.
It was expensive for the quality, but also an extra duty on delivery was surprising.
It is simple and nice. Overall it might be OK for a rehearsal dinner, but not for a wedding. With nicer material (a little satin) it would be beautiful.

Awful. Worst ever. Complete rip off. Unwearable item. Horrendous postage costs to return. Customer service rubbish offered help then retracted
Made offers. I accepted. They retracted. Took days of emails back and forth. Settled for a partial refund. Now I have an expensive dress which is of poor quality that I cannot wear
I stupidly thought I’d get the item in the picture. That it would be of really good quality. And fit for the intended occasion
