I placed my order and was kept informed every step of the was when it went to tailoring when it had been shipped I even messaged as my number number was missing off parcel they sorted that tomy dresses arrived earlier than I thought it would it is beautifull it fits like a glove and so we'll made so much quality for such a small price thankyou for my perfect winter wedding dress
Unfortunately, the photos on the website don't always match the product. This meant disappointment and concern regarding the look and feel of the dress. I also find returning the item is rather more difficult than I would have expected, when buying online.

I have returned the dresses and am still waiting to hear from you regarding my refund
Always automatically system even when I asked for return label. I have spent £300on these dresses
And am left not knowing what to do.
It seems good and trusted at the time.
However both dresses arrived but didn't fit also one with the wrong colour.
I have paid £29.for the return. I am 65 year old and am very keen to have trust you.
