I placed my order and was kept informed every step of the was when it went to tailoring when it had been shipped I even messaged as my number number was missing off parcel they sorted that tomy dresses arrived earlier than I thought it would it is beautifull it fits like a glove and so we'll made so much quality for such a small price thankyou for my perfect winter wedding dress
Unfortunately, the photos on the website don't always match the product. This meant disappointment and concern regarding the look and feel of the dress. I also find returning the item is rather more difficult than I would have expected, when buying online.
Very good experience. The dress is well made, great material and greatly tailored.

Awful return and refund policy. Customer service is even worse.
Refund and return still not solved after 8 different emails.
Customer service did not try to resolve my issue and did not understand that I did not wanted the dress anymore. As a person that has been working in customer service for more than 15 years, the customer service of Hebeos needs to be updated. They do not care about their clients.
I thought I would find a wonderful bridesmaids dress on the website, but I was very disappointed by the quality of the dress and dress color.
