I was a bit worried as the wedding was due a month after the arrival of the dress, but I had nothing to worry about, the dress was perfect, no need to make changes to it.
Ordering was fine, wasn't really kept up to date on the progress of the order though so didn't expect delivery. The dress itself was just crammed into small packaging which for the price I wasn't impressed with the way it was delivered. It is a stunning dress but the sizing is just insane. I already sized up after reading some reviews but to get a dress that fit I would need to have sized up about three times. Not sure what they're basing the sizings off but this was for a work event so I wouldn't have the time to sort out or even order another one.
Got my orders within 3 weeks time only. There's exchange of communication on-going whilst the dresses are in progress which is reaasuring to costumers like me. The dresses are of very high standards. Well done.

Order arrived very quickly and the custom fit was very good. Disappointed with the colour of the skirt which didn't look like the picture and there was a strong fishy odour on the netting of the underskirt

I was a bit nervous at first because i saw reviews about the prom dresses there and it stressed me out. But! It came in perfect quality, i was sized in person and it was a 14 in prom dress so i ordered a size 14, but it came in a little bit too big, nothing too serious i can go alter it to a smaller size but other than that it was beautiful and came in in about 2-3 weeks

The dress came too big, although I gave the exact measurements in cm.
I paid extra money to have it in my size, but now I have to spend money again to make it my size. Terrible stress before my big day

I was disappointed that the product received mismatched what was advertised. I felt stressed throughout the refund process that took a while, but I am thankful that the company was understanding and provided a refund.
It took a long while and few back and forth to feel heard and supported.

My order was placed with measurements, I received my order with the completely wrong measurements. I requested a return label to send the dress back. They requested photos, so I sent photos with a measuring tape beside the item to clearing show them that the measurements are not correct. I have not heard back... I would appreciate a refund.
I was required to send photos which I did. I have not heard back yet. They said give them 6 to 24 hours to respond. That was 2 days ago.
Looked beautiful on the site but totally different when I received it

Bad experience as dress was badly made and overall costly paying postage for the dress and having to send back, £40 for nothing and if it wasn't so badly made I would except the loss of return. I want order from them again.
Not good they wanted me to keep dress and take to a dress maker or donate dress and they would knock off 10% lots of back and for, and as it wasn’t my fault I would have like them to cover postage back but they would not, eventually the paid the cost of the dress without postage to myself and back to them £40 in total

The dress material was nice but the bottom half had too much material, it wasn't flattering.
I'm trying to return the dress and its not straight forward what the process is or how to go about this. I emailed the site but had no response which is disappointing
I emailed the site to ask how the package return works but I didnt get a response back. Its not clear how to return a package.

First time buyer here, and to be quite honest I was unsure of the quality that I would be receiving. I did some Google searching for a dress that I thought would suit my body and be affordable. Customer service was great, I'm a little more modest so I did request to have the thigh slit removed. They were able to accommodate this request. I am unsure if it was due to the fact that I had customizing and they had to make my dress from scratch. I am very thankful because it made this dress perfect for me! The quality is perfect, I love the fit it fits me amazing. I do not enjoy wearing dresses. And I'm actually excited to wear this dress.
When I contacted customer service to request the thigh high slit to be removed in the dress they were super accommodating wanted to ensure they understood the request. The dress turned out perfect made it exactly what I was hoping for.
I chose Hebeos, because it had the style of dress I was looking for in the sizing I needed. The pricing was also fantastic.
In search for a black wedding dress, it's quite challenging to find a dress that checked all my boxes.

The dress is perfect. Fits to size and the fabric is of great quality. However, it came in a squished plastic bag. The dress was so wrinkled that I needed to get it professionally pressed and steamed. The cost of this was the price of the dress. I have bought dresses from others and they arrive so well packaged. This is unfortunate.

Very easy to use and order, good communication with regard to the order and delivery. However the dress is very poorly made and doesnt fit where it is supposed to. It has sewn in breast pads that sit just above the waist band. Most women have breasts higher up!

My order was dispatched and two later tracking showed it had arrived in my country. Then it never moved. After almost two weeks I tried to get in contact with Hebeos and the courier but received ZERO response. I still don't have my order and I have no idea if I ever will. Regardless of if the order shows up or not, I will NEVER use Hebeos again!
Hardly customer service when no one responds to any of your emails. ZERO customer service.
My soon to be mother-in-law showed me the site and I found a dress I liked. I regret ever choosing Hebeos though.

Ordered a custom made A line prom dress for my daughter. The work is impeccable. So well made and measured exactly to my daughters requirements. She looks absolutely stunning in it
I chose Hebeos because my daughter has a small body frame at top but has muscular hips and thighs from playing rugby and wouldn't have been able to get a dress all one size

Like so many people, I was not holding my
Breath rhat the dress I would get in the mail, would look like the dress in the website, or be good quality or fit! I am speechless at how beautiful it is! So much nicer than I thought it would be! Beausiful tulle and lace … I will have to make a minor adjustment in the shoulders to shorten the body by like half an inch. So easy! The dress was shipped inside out to protect it from damage in transit, and it arrived 3 weeks after I ordered it! Wow is all that I can say and thank u!

Overall shopping experience was okay, receive the dress, but the fit was off, the neckline was too high and the dress was too long, i went by the measurement chart but it was off. Now I am not sure what to do as I will need to alter it or return it, it is a mother of the bride dress that was needed for May 28th.

I still haven't gotten my dress yet, they said it was supposed to come from May 26 2023 up until June 2 2023. It is now June 4th 2023 and i still haven't gotten my order. On top of this my prom is on June 9th 2023, I have NO time to get another dress because of work and me planning the prom all

I have still gotten no help whatsoever about where my package is and when it is coming! My proms on the Friday of this week and tomorrow is Monday and I still don’t know where it is!!
My sister got her Grade 8 graduation dress on this site and they had no complications. I was really hoping this site would help me the way it did for my sister

Dress arrived a few weeks after ordering it. The packaging was really small & just a plastic bag. Because of this the dress was sooo creased I couldn't decide if I liked it as all I could focus on was the creases. I expected my wedding dress to be wrapped & packaged with care & attention. I was very disappointed in this.
