I was a bit worried as the wedding was due a month after the arrival of the dress, but I had nothing to worry about, the dress was perfect, no need to make changes to it.
Ordering was fine, wasn't really kept up to date on the progress of the order though so didn't expect delivery. The dress itself was just crammed into small packaging which for the price I wasn't impressed with the way it was delivered. It is a stunning dress but the sizing is just insane. I already sized up after reading some reviews but to get a dress that fit I would need to have sized up about three times. Not sure what they're basing the sizings off but this was for a work event so I wouldn't have the time to sort out or even order another one.
I ordered a full length pale blue prom dress for my daughter. What has been sent is what looks like a child's bridesmaids dress in the colour white. I wish I had gone with my gut instinct and not ordered. I get the feeling that I have now lost money and am left with a dress that is no good to me. I have messaged them but don't hold much hope. I have now got to get my daughter another dress somehow, I am not a rich person but I will make sure some scammers don't ruin her prom for her.

The dress arrived around the time they said it would arrive however I had no tracking email or notification that it had left the store so it was just a waiting game. It's a good quality dress although it doesn't look good on me, I don't really like the colour and it just doesn't flatter me. I thought this was going to be my dress however now I have to try and return it. I have also heard some bad reviews on returning items but we will see.

Was very excited to buy dresses online for a fair price. The dresses took a month to arrive, which I expected. I wanted to return one dress for several reasons, however, they did not let me and would charge me if I did return the dress. Very disappointed in customer service and misleading information on website. Shame
Took very long to reply and didn't give valid reasons as to why they did not want to accept my return.

Ordered a dress for my daughter for her prom in July! I had a custom made which was fairly easy to follow the instructions, The dress came a lot sooner than I expected! I will be honest I was a bit worried when I seen the dress arrive in a small package! But once I opened it & got my daughter to try it on I was absolutely over the moon! For the very reasonable price this company charges, the standard of the dress is fantastic & very affordable for those on a tighter budget! With no compromise on the quality at all!

We ordered the dress for my daughters prom, it turned up left on the doorstep in full view all day. It's way too small! Out by 5inchs on the zip on the back and inches out around the thighs! Then the seams were coming undone!
So all in all really bad workmanship, really bad communication and don't want to give a refund! Stay clear!
They told me I hadn't even mailed them so I screen shot that the message had sent on your website!
Take days to respond! Nothing offered for such a poorly made unwearable dress.

Apart from having an excellent service, I really appreciated the extra effort made when I made a mistake in the order and customer service assured me it was being handled accordingly. Sure enough, the order arrived as requested.

I had ordered a dress on here and saw some really good reviews online and YouTube so ordered a dress with custom measurements. When it arrived everything was wrong and it didn't even look like the picture. I had to bring it to a tailor and they said it was the worst one they've ever seen! PLEASE don't order from here

Seen this dress on another website for a £1800 exactly the same and just fell in love with it! When I ordered this dress I was really concerned as seen a few bad stories about this site. Have received the dress in less than the time scale provided and fell in love with the dress even more when I seen it in person.

If you measure yourself, go a size down when ordering and keep in mind that it WILL need alterations. Sleeves will need to be taken in and everything else too.

Easy to order, quick delivery, unfortunately responses are quite late. Dress I received is amazing and soooo beautiful. Gorgeous... but unfortunately it was too small in chest... couldn't close zipper.

Received a dispatch email with tracking ref but this only gave details when the dress arrived in the UK. Messaged Heboes via contact form and quickly received a very good detailed tracking list up to export. Dress arrived 5 days later (before original expected date) and Royal mail delivered on a Sunday. The dress itself is absolutely beautiful, just like image, fits perfect and exact colour shown. Would certainly purchase from this site again. Big thanks to all at Heboes I have an extremely happy 15yr old.

Wow, its incredible. Looks exactly like photo adverised. Its heavier than i thought it would be but very elegant. I'm very pleased. Only criticism is that I'm not sure it's true to size. I ordered my size and its a little tight but i will be dropping some weight before the big day so I'm confident it will be comfortable on the big day. Thankyou. Its perfect and exactly what i was looking for. Great price as well.

I gave measurements for the dress to be custom made and when it arrived I was disappointed to say the least. The neckline is different, the bust area doesn't fit correctly, it doesn't show off my waist and the style of it is nothing like. A very negative outcome.
10% refund offered. Custom ordered sizes cannot be returned. Very polite emails from them but not the outcome you would expect. Overall very frustrating and especially stressful leading up to my wedding day.
All the reviews I read were positive. (The dress is actually made and sent from China, not UK.)
I loved the style of the dress, especially how it accentuated the waist.

I received the dress for my granddaughter for her prom, it arrived 10 inches too small, I was told to take it to a Taylor how can you make a dress bigger! The dress cost me £170, looked more like a dress that would cost 20 at the most still waiting for a return address. Avoid at all cost

Dress arrived damaged and finding the emails very unhelpful I needed a dress and they just offer to take 13% off my bill and keep a unusable product instead of offering a exchange.

Beacuse I needed a dress that didn't cost the world and going by the reviews and return policy's seemed great but now I'm out of poket and still have to buy a new dress total waste of time.

I was skeptical and worried about ordering from this website. But I took a chance and when the dress came I fell in love! I made a couple of requests; if I could have a white lace detail instead of champagne. Communication was great!
The person I had been in contact with was really lovely and informative!

When I received a picture of the dress I had ordered I tried to cancel my order. I was told if I did I would lose all the money. I wanted a dress with a sky blue skirt but with the same embroidery as the picture on the website. It is not the dress I ordered. They sent the two dresses that are both substandard quality and the "white" dress is actually salmon pink
They threatened that I would lose all my money if I cancelled my order after 4 days. They are very argumentative. According to my log in details my order has not been processed but the money has been taken. I had no confirmation email. When I tried to cancel my order I could not as it is showing that I have no order. I now wish to return the goods but can not as it still appears I have made no purchase.
I have emailed customer support but await their response. No doubt I will have to use my credit card company to deal with the dispute
They had what appeared to have a lovely selection of dresses but they are not sending out the dresses shown on their website

I was worried to start with because of mixed feedback. But I risked and purchased a dress. I've had proffesional measuments taken. However the dress I received was 2 sizes too big. Now I'm going through return policy. :(
I don't know yet, we'll see how well they process the return.
Price is by far more competetive to any other outlet.
It looked stunning, reality was good but not that great.
