I placed my order and was kept informed every step of the was when it went to tailoring when it had been shipped I even messaged as my number number was missing off parcel they sorted that tomy dresses arrived earlier than I thought it would it is beautifull it fits like a glove and so we'll made so much quality for such a small price thankyou for my perfect winter wedding dress
Ordering was fine, wasn't really kept up to date on the progress of the order though so didn't expect delivery. The dress itself was just crammed into small packaging which for the price I wasn't impressed with the way it was delivered. It is a stunning dress but the sizing is just insane. I already sized up after reading some reviews but to get a dress that fit I would need to have sized up about three times. Not sure what they're basing the sizings off but this was for a work event so I wouldn't have the time to sort out or even order another one.
A great experience. Took a bit longer than we thought but what a result, she looks fabulous.

The service was great but we ordered a burgundy dress and its come in a dark red so my daughter is upset about that.

I enjoyed shopping online for my prom dress. There was so many gorgeous dresses to choose from however I bought one which I knew would suit me best
They responded back great - and gave me plenty of information due to the fact I was ensure where my parcel was seen as it had been over than 2 weeks. Because I hadn’t had created an account I wasn’t able to track my parcel however it gave me a date as to which it would arrive for, however it arrived earlier so I was thrilled to bits !
I chose Hebeos because the dresses aren’t as expensive compared to the dresses which I tried on when I went prom dress shopping. There was also so many to choose from and I had plenty of time to look rather than rush

Wonderful shopping experience from beginning to end loved the fact that you can have a custom size if you wish so worth it to avoid any mishaps
I choose Hebeos after being unsuccessful at finding a prom dress for my daughter at our local shops in our town centre due to her not liking styles colours & she really wanted a black dress which we could find none.
After scrolling through the prom dresses we found the dress we purchased and both fell in love with it there’s nothing we don’t love about it she loves the train and the pockets.
