I received the dress, although beautiful, the top part was huge ( I followed the size chart and I'm 5ft5 40 32 40, ordered a size 16)

The pictured showed barely any cleavage however the dress I received was all breast! Front completely open and the shoulders were at least 2 inches too loose on the top. And the dress was too long.

Seamstress quoted me 200$ to fix so I asked for a return.

I have to pat to ship it back with tracking plus they will keep 15% restocking fee!

They offered to refund 30% but at that point its not enough and I highly doubt I'll find someone to buy the dress so I'll bite the bullet and return it

I just wish they had a fixed return fee like Azazie or even free returns...

I was a bit on the fence about ordering my wedding dress online and have never heard of this site before but the ladies are always super pleasant and happy to help you. My dress arrived and fits perfect and looks amazing! Everything Iv wanted and more

Absolutely shocking company to purchase from!
For one, customer service is abysmal and incompetent. I was promised via email when purchasing a dress that a refund was guaranteed if the dress did not fit, although when I enquired about a refund as the dress's sizing was completely wrong they refused. After emailing on numerous occasions regarding refunds, they failed to compromise and offered me a refund of £40 for a £200+ purchase. This website is horrendous! DO NOT fall for this.

Please do not buy from here. They will take your money and never give it back. They have no returns procedure which is absolutely disgusting for a so called online retailer. In a battle with them at the moment. Dresses are not nice quality buy somewhere else DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I've had an amazing experience definitely ordering from here again the material and the design of my dress is perfect all the way through down to the seems, very beautiful dress I am more than pleased with my purchase

All three dresses are beautifully made and the sizes were very accurate. I find the quality exceptional for the price. I was starting to worry when I was ready negative reviews but I/we are 100% satisfied with our purchases and would definitely order from here again!

Was a little skeptical, as I was ordering something that I was not able to feel or touch. However, I have to say once it we received it the dress was absolutely beautiful. The colour was beautiful and looked great on. We ordered a size 6 true size.

The ordering experience was good and tailoring and shipping was fast. I did a custom size dress but when I received it it was way too big on me despite my accurate measurements that I had done by a professional seamstress. Alterations are likely going to cost more than the dress itself.

Do not recommend anyone to buy dresses from hebeos. Package came damaged and dress torn. To spend so much and then end up with such a dress is any brides worst nightmare.

Like most I was very sceptical about buying my wedding dress on line. I've read all types of reviews about the company and quality. So let me reassure you about this particular wedding dress I bought! For the price you pay the quality is exceptional and the service was amazing. My custom made order fitted perfectly. I would not hesitate to buy from Hebeos again…great company.

Ordered the size 16, I'm a UK 14, it's a little big, but my tailor advised this. The dress is fabulous. Much nicer than my 1st wedding dress which was designer. It's comfortable. It's just beautiful. I can't wait to wear it.

My dress was delayed with nearly a month before u had enough and had to cansel the dress and go somewhere else to get one.
I contacted suport to see how long the delay is and it took lots of emailing and essentially begging to be able find this info out from the person helping. Questions weren't answered unless asked again and again felt like emailed weren't properly ready or disregard. Horrible communication!

Very poor. Questions weren't answered. Eather not undastanding what I was asking or just plain choosing to not answer questions when you have a bride who got a dress what is delayed you should tell them.

Dress colour is just as shown on website and arrived on time and looks lovely. Rather disappointed that our request regarding the length has obviously not been read so need alterations and the packaging was not good either but guess that was due to cost.

The custom dress is lovely quality but sadly the waist size is much too large for me. This could be due to my own measurements, but I was not able to double-check this, and it also seems odd as it is quite a lot larger. The other dimensions were great. I did not receive a confirmation email or a notification that my dress was being delivered as far as I am aware.

I bought a wedding dress off there website it arrived really poor quality,trying to send it back was a nightmare,in the end had to send it back to china and cost me £25.00 and they are only giving me part of my money back and waiting for my refund 2 month later.

Hebeos was really easy to use, they answered emails promply. It only took 2 weeks from order to delivery of 3 dresses for my 9 year old daughter. The dresses were well made and a great fit. I was very pleased!

Ordered this dress for my daughter who has special needs. Her first prom grade 12. We opted for custom size because other sizes were off. Received dress and 2 inches feom zipping up. $300 down the drain. Tried several times to contact but no response. Never again will we ever order a dress from here.

Ordered custom size, was not even close. Part of the dress had sewn in cups that look terrible and were not pictured. I've ordered custome sizes off other sites and never had an issue. After ordering my credit card got compromised, nothing but a hassle.

Do not let you return, disgusting, shouldn't be allowed surely this is illegal. Ordered a dress for my daughter doesn't look half as nice as the online one and doesn't even fit but they will not give me return details basically said NO what a shower of scammers seriously I have never dealt with such inadequate as in all my days

Ordered wedding shoes and they're absolutely beautiful. But box was damaged and came almost flat packed Definitely threw about on transit, dints and creases in the shoes. Thankfully they were satin so I took a hair dryer to them to get out the creases. Which mostly worked. Recording another pair would have been to no benefit as I'm sure they would have arrived the same way. So product beautiful just maybe packaging could be improved for international sales

Bought a prom dress from for 134 pound when opened the parcel was shocked to see that the material was disgraceful and size didn't fit my 16 year old. Immediately asked them to return and refund it's been 3 weeks but only email I get from them with new queries, no action taken. I am not frustrated and would now bever buy fron them. My daughter is so disappointed as she has her prom on 7 th July where she has to now wear something cheap as I can't afford another costly dress

My daughter saw a dress she liked for her prom and wanted to order it, when it arrived the quality really wasn't as good as the picture and when I emailed for a return address only got responses about going to local dressmaker and read their returns policy. Horrendous I cannot believe they will not allow returns they keep giving you different options then the timescale has run out to return anyway. Appalling, conning teenagers as my daughter used her own money for this as she was so excited and didn't want to wait. Please do not use and pass on how awful they are she's lost over £100 and by reading the other comments she's not alone
