Our technician saved the day as the first tech scheduled was not available. Nizar came on time, was very professional, communicative and worked hard and fast. He listened an carried out our wishes to hang the tv on our wall. He went above and beyond helping move furniture back in place. Can't say enough good things about Nizar!
Don't provide invoices. Customer service useless, both chat and on phone. I have sent three requests for an invoice to be emailed to me. Tech was here over a week ago and still no invoice.
Larry was great. He was friendly, he listened to my concerns and how i wanted everything done and executed well and fast. Would recommend.
Do not use this company. My printer was not fixed and was still charged. Called to be refunded twice and told I would be both times. Still charged!

I ordered an installation for my cove home security system. I was told that the installer would be at my home on Wednesday November 23rd at 12 noon. I received a text message that the installer was running late and that they would be arriving at 2 pm. I received another text message at 1:30 pm stating that they would not be arriving until 3pm. I received another text a few minutes before 3pm stating they would not be arriving until 4pm. 4pm came and went and it was not until after 5pm that the guy showed up which was over 5 hours after my scheduled appointment.
When he arrived I showed him where I wanted the exterior camera installed. He took the light unit and dropped it in the flower bed and just left in his car without informing me. Maybe he had a personal issue to deal with, not sure. He also seemed unsure about the system and frazzelled. I couldn't belive it. No communication, very un professional.
I called up HelloTech and told the phone representative what happened. I got an apology and also a $25 fee charged to my credit card,.which I consider a slap in the face. I am getting ready to notify Cove about this terrible experience. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!...they do not vet out thier service techs. I never had this problem with Geek Squad
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
I would like to share with others a very negative experience with Hello Tech. When I first enrolled in their program the support was fine and efficient. My last few interactions with Tech Support have been unsatisfactory and unprofessionally handled. The initial wait time is always too long, over 20 minutes. Then there is a wait time while answer point contacts tech support (probably another country). Once the chat with Tech Support connects it takes longer than it should because there are long periods without communication which lack explanation. I suspect they are working multiple customers simultaneously. Lots of background noise. Kids crying, people talking. Probably working from home.
On the eve of Jan 16 I needed support because my scanner was not working. Started with one tech, but midway I was informed my fix was taking longer than usual and the tech's shift was ending. I had to wait for the replacement to arrive. Another wait! The replacement was Rufel who blamed my internet for the problem. He was wrong, my internet was fine. He was the problem. I became very frustrated working with him. He didn't like that I did not trust his diagnosis and raised his voice at me. I told him NOT TO RAISE HIS VOICE AT ME. Along the way he kept pushing the idea of a tech visit. This issue did not require a tech visit. After reading review of tech visits gone bad they are the last people I would let in my home. Rufel continued working on my problem while maintaining an arrogant attitude. When our call was over Rufel was not even smart enough to hang up his phone before he uttered "f___k you." Get this, I paid for a contract only to be sworn at. I had to call Hello Tech twice before speaking with a manager. Next day I spoke with Tommy Callahan who said he was a manager. I received an apology that was anything but genuine. Every time I speak with someone there they sound like they are reading a script. I would not recommend this company to an enemy. Rufel will probably adopt another "fake name" and rudely carry on with the next customer that he speaks with.
We had a tech come to our home to install our 75 inch TV on our living room wall. First off I purchased two different TV wall mounts and he said he didn't know how to use them. I purchased both mounts from Amazon and they were quality TV mounts to hold up to 90 inch TV. Then pictures were sent to the tech the day before installation of were we wanted the TV mounted he replied back no problem see you the next day. When the tech arrived the next day he said I have never hung a TV on a drywall without a stud in the wall. I will hang the TV over the fireplace. My husband and I said okay. The tech then said I will go to a local place and purchase you a better TV wall mount and it will cost you less money for installation. The tech then returned 30 minutes later to our home with a TV wall mount all motions. We asked where did you get that TV wall mount he replied Walmart. We were not happy about that we don't purchase things like that from Walmart nor shop there as well. We only shop online with Amazon. The tech then installed the wall rack which was not very professionally done it was leaning to one side. Not only that we paid for service and my husband had to help the Tech take down the TV and help put up the TV. I have contacted Hellotech via email to have someone come back out to make the corrections. There was another tech come out he said the level was off he tried to make to corrections as well and said hopefully it stays right the level is still off. Three weeks ago our TV started leaning back to the left again. I have recently emailed the company with pictures explaining the bad TV wall mount or maybe the leaning TV wall mount. The email first of all called me LA and that's not my name of course and explained to me I must wait 24 hours for their decision. I have now canceled membership with Hellotech and have scheduled another company to make adjustments that Sent a tech out just to see the work did and if there were adjustments to be made and yes the Wall mount is off level. Never will I have Hellotech help me with anything in our home.

Had an appt confirmed to assemble a vanity. Appt time was 1:00. Tech was a no show but they billed me
I reached out at 12 noon and had someone at my home by 5pm. Very satisfied with the service and the technician who came to my home.
I took service from HelloTech to install Ring Video Doorbell Pro at my home. The technician came to my home and was doing initial checks before installing and after lot of troubleshooting the wires, looking at the oudside doorbell, inside chime and the tansformer in the garage told me that the transformer output is not enough to activate the doorbell and suggested I should get a new transformer. No installation of doorbell was done on this day. Based on this suggestion I ordered a $30 transformer from amazon.
I scheduled an appt the same week again and the technician came 1 Hr late and then after 20 mins of looking at things told me that the transformer is perfectly fine and I don't need a new transformer, but the wire which connects to the chime has fallen down in the wall and now he will have to cut through 8 feet wall to get the wire back and they are not allowed to do this.
After this it has been 10 days and after repeated calls to HelloTech they keep telling me that they would get back to me in 24 hrs and they never do. So what I have at my hands right now is a lot of invested money in Video Doorbell Pro which is not installed, a newly bought transformer which is not used yet and most importantly a existing doorbell that is not working with the problem that the wires have fallen into the wall and the only way to get hold of those wires is to cut through a large portion of the wall.
I do not know if it was technician #1 or technician #2 who dropped the wires in the wall, but it has to be one of them since there was no such problem before they arrived. My doorbell is not working and the wires are in the wall. I want HelloTech to fix this without any additional cost to me and also no damage to my wall to fix the problem they created.
I used HelloTech to install my security system because Cove recommended them. I can't think of a worse experience I've had in dealing with a service company.
HelloTech canceled the first appointment they made for a tech to install the Cove system at my home because they couldn't find anyone available.
The second appointment for a tech was Friday at 5:00. I received a message that the tech would be 20-30 minutes late. The provided a link so I could track the tech's travel progress, but the link didn't work. At 6:15 I called to find out the status of the tech because he hadn't arrived and hadn't contacted me. They said that they'd cancel the appointment because it was so late. The next day I was charged $99 for the installation even though the tech never showed. Apparently, the tech who was supposed to show, reported to HelloTech that he did the job. Although HelloTech removed the charge, they questioned my assertion that he didn't show.
I scheduled a third appointment for the installation. Fortunately, the third tech got in touch with me directly so I had his contact information. This was important because HelloTech cancelled our scheduled installation moments before he was to show up. (He drove about 60 miles to do the job.) I called the tech directly and told him that I didn't cancel the appointment, that I definitely wanted him to do the job which he did. This tech was very professional and friendly. However, he showed up an hour late (at least he notified me that he'd be late), and took about 3.5 hours for the installation when, at the beginning, he said it would take about an hour.
Today I checked my online credit card to confirm HelloTech's charge. They charged me $99 twice! I called and the HelloTech agent said that they would remove the second $99 charge.
In addition to these problems, HelloTech's communication system is overboard and confusing. They have sent me at least 34 emails, 15 texts, and multiple phone messages. I've contacted them and chatted and spoken with them several times to try to sort things out. The representatives have always been very courteous, but the results are inadequate.
Out tech explained to us the options of putting up the mount.
Tech was very knowledgeable. Will definite use again.
Can't cancel if dissatisfied.
Very difficult to cancel, well hidden in the website.
DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A YEARLY PLAN!
Tip for consumers:
They just find a local tech and contract service.
Do not sign up for Yearly Service-Very hard to cancel if not satisfied.

Hellotech contractors didnt properly installed a TV bracket in my bedroom wall, it fell off and it caused mayor damages to my 65" TV and my wall. On 4 December 2020 my wife had this company through a purchase that i made at Wallmart order#*******464, Hellotech contractors installed a TV bracket mount in my bedroom wall and yesterday it fell off the wall and it caused mayor damages ro my 65" TV and wall, i found out that the bracket didnt got secured to the wall studs the TV bracket mount was only secured just to the sheetrock dry wall. I called Wallmart and Hellotech costumer suport and they told me that the installation is only guarateed for 30 days after Installation. Thats unaceptable the person that installed the TV bracket mount didnt do the job properly, even on the TV bracket mount instructions says that it needs to be secured to the stud on a sheetrock dry wall. We want the installation money back and compensation for the damages caused for that contractors negligence and malpractice period. Im pretty sure that they are insured to Cover this kind of issues. I talk to Hellotech customer service twice about this issue and the phone call keeps cutting off like it seen they dont want to work with me to get to an agreement on this issue.
Tip for consumers:
How unprofessional Hellotech is.
