Our technician saved the day as the first tech scheduled was not available. Nizar came on time, was very professional, communicative and worked hard and fast. He listened an carried out our wishes to hang the tv on our wall. He went above and beyond helping move furniture back in place. Can't say enough good things about Nizar!
Don't provide invoices. Customer service useless, both chat and on phone. I have sent three requests for an invoice to be emailed to me. Tech was here over a week ago and still no invoice.
Very personable and professional. Ramane walked me through the process and helped me set up the new tv. Definitely a great experience with wonderful customer service.

Scheduled a time for HelloTech to mount two TVs. They did not show up and I had to cancel the order. There was no communication about why they did not show up or what happened.
I signed up for their service to hang up 2 tvs in April. It took their guy 2 days to complete the job which should have only taken a couple of hours and it made me have to take 2 days of work. Nice guy but job was out of his skill set that it took him 2 days. Since I already had the service I set up an appointment to install my ring alarm system. A guy contacted me and asked for a picture of the equipment. After I sent it I got a " your technician is no longer available " message. They rescheduled another appointment and again no show and now more time off of work. When it happened the 3rd time I decided to cancel their service it was obvious that they did not have the trained personnel to do the jobs they say they can do. I followed their directions for cancellation and I talked to a person who said sorry you're unhappy, we will cancel your membership, after he tried the hard sell not to leave. I said CANCEL I can't afford the days off of work and you can't provide people to do the job. Last month I happen to go over my CC bill and realized I was still being billed for their service. I called and said I canceled in April and to you need refund me my money. It took a war and an act of God but they finally cancelled me but refuse to refund all my money. They refunded August but not the rest. BEWARE, very shady practices!
The worst experience ever. Luis from Hello Tech was so unprofessional. He turned up with no tools. He insulted me to my sons when I left the room and would NEVER use this company again. I work with contractors all the time with our home and this was the worst experience ever. NEVER USE THIS CONPANY.

Absolutely the WORST customer service experience I've ever been through.
I go through their online scheduler and set an appointment for 4:00 on Saturday. I get a confirmation email and text that the technician "Jamie" will be there. I wait all day for "Jaime" to arrive and around 4:15 I decided I need to call and make sure this technician isn't lost. I call the company and they say that they need to get in touch with him and they'll call me back. 20 minutes goes by and I hear nothing so I call again. They give me the same script and a few minutes after I get off the phone "Jamie" calls me. At this point its 4:45. He says that he's stuck in a neighboring town (thats over an hour away) and that he'll be on his way in the next hour (making him a minumum 2 hours late). I call the company and there's nothing they can do and ask me to reschedule. I waited ALL DAY for this technician to show up. All they had to do was call and tell me they were running late yet they didn't.
This company does not value their customers time and business. They absolutely do not deserve a chance to work on your home. Don't waste your time with this scam.

I will call Hello Tech for any issues with my computer from now on. They send a competent person to my home to fix my computer and clearly explain answers to my questions.
I needed a tech to come out for 1 thing. I can't get them to stop charging me for some monthly membership. I ended up having to cancel my credit card to get it to stop.
Needed a TV mount installation for 55" TV in bedroom. The service was affordable, fast, and efficient. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and informative.

Hello, Tech told me on the phone that my area was in their SERVICE AREA. Went online put all info needed for an appointment including AMEX card info which I thought was jickie but I needed a tech. Then they sent me an email canceling my appointment. That is horrible BUSINESS PRACTICES so if you HAVE TO have work done by a TECH go elsewhere.
Justin was excellent. The service he provided answered all of my concerns and questions. Justin was very patient and knowledgeable and was able to handle all of my questions/concerns.
Dave was fast, quiet (I was working), and did a fantastic job. He was very friendly and helpful. He also did a great job tidying up. Highly recommended!
I ordered a television installation from Walmart and was billed by HelloTech for a service that I had already paid for. HelloTech will not respond to my continuous attempts to get this resolved.
Placement was off. I wished the gentleman made sure it was straightened before leaving.
I ordered a TV to be mounted by HelloTech today and after 15 minutes went past that my tech was supposed to be there I called in. The lady I spoke with said "THEIR SYSTEMS WERE DOWN ALL DAY 8AM-5PM" and that's why I never got an email to update me and let me know that my tech would not be able to show due to having an eight hour shift of "technical difficulties" I've never seen a business have an 8 hour span of having "system issues" in my life! I want my money back and you can be sure I'm telling my lawyer, friends, family, and bank brokers about my experience and I will definitely always never recommend. And I couldn't even get an email stating that I cancelled my services with a pending refund because "the systems are still down"! Con artists at the finest!

I called hellotech and reserved for a guy named Bryan to wall mount my TV
He was 3 hours late. Then he proceeded to drill into my new wall making holes and scratches everywhere.
He couldnt even mount the TV straight. Then he went on to mount the soundbar. The idiot didnt know what he was doing he used the wrong screw. To make things worse he drilled into the brand new soundbar so it would fit the screws he found in his truck. Made a total mess. He dropped an extension cord behind the wall, which is against electrical code. Then said he should come back another day after 6 hours on the job unable to mount a tv or soundbar. Called hellotech about their awful technician they said they will have to send someone out to assess the situation even after sending them photos of the destruction. They took another reservation they couldnt keep it. Said they needed another week to find someone. Totally awful service. I hired a guy I found on yelp. He has been fixing problems from HelloTech technicians regularly. Do yourself a favor. DO Not use HelloTech. Their technicians are just random people without license. HelloTechs technician application probably anyone can complete, and according to the guy I found on yelp that fixed the tv, holes and soundbar in 30 minitues they dont even pay their technicians on time. Everyone should know this service is totally lousy and awful.
I had an appointment made on a Saturday, set do be done next day Sunday to uninstall a BOSE home theater system and install a new BOSE home theater system. The CSR on the phone verified and repeated the service to be done and repeated my name and phone number. All techs declined to do the job next day, but Carlos accepted the job Monday 9 AM. He showed up on time, said he tried calling me numerous times but it was not my number. I had to explain to Carlos what the job was going to entail. He apologized for the incompetency of the phone reps and said, "it upsets me when they do this and don't communicate, I have standards". He proceeded to inform me that the job was a higher charge because it was much too big. He said he was going to call his boss, and have him call me back with the adjusted charge. Well, Carlos hopped in his truck and bailed on me, no word, no call, no nothing. Carlos is the new Karen. If ANYONE needs work in the ******* and gets Carlos, kindly decline him doing anything. His integrity for work is clearly not there. Apparently he's filthy rich and must be cruising around Hello Tech as a hobby. F Carlos.
This is a scam. Hello tech canceled the tv mounting I paid for through Walmart and wants double the price to unpack a tv. Don't trust them or Walmart.

I became aware of HelloTech through Walmart when I purchased a television. I called to schedule an appointment. And the representative they sent was courteous. After meeting him, I showed him the wall that i wanted the TV mounted on and left the room (due to COVID concerns, also the gentlemen had a beard and was not being truly protected by a mask). Upon his completion. I entered the room and the television was mounted. Initially, the mount appeared to be done well but the next day while watching the television, my neck was straining and it appeared the mount was too high and uncomfortable to watch TV. I called HelloTech immediately for a re-mount. Each time i called (4x), i was told they would send my request to a team for evaluation. This appears to be a still tactic, as when I called the 5th time, I was told that an email had been sent and my re-mount denied. There was no email in my box. I was upset by the customer service received and will now take my complaints to Walmart. What a doorway to do business!
Jeffrey did a great job re-instating a motion detector. He tested it to make sure we did not have the same issues that prompted us to turn it off.
