Our technician saved the day as the first tech scheduled was not available. Nizar came on time, was very professional, communicative and worked hard and fast. He listened an carried out our wishes to hang the tv on our wall. He went above and beyond helping move furniture back in place. Can't say enough good things about Nizar!
Don't provide invoices. Customer service useless, both chat and on phone. I have sent three requests for an invoice to be emailed to me. Tech was here over a week ago and still no invoice.
This company is terrible I have had 3 different appointments and techs. 0 out of 3 showed. When you contact them they will give you the run around and ask you to keep giving them a new time slot, only to not show again. They are a joke in the chattanooga, tn area. And have the nerve to say they provide same day service

HelloTech installed my TV on the wall on December the 2nd 2023. They charge me $148 with a membership fee of $19.99. The mechanic that installed my TV was polite and courteous and he did an excellent job for which I gave him a nice tip. HelloTech did not make it clear that the membership fee was a monthly fee that would last one year and roll over until October 2026. I sent an email to them on March 5th 2024 stating that I want them to stop billing me the $19.99. They sent me instructions on how to cancel their membership fee. This is where they made it very clear that their membership fee was a monthly fee that would last a year. I called them that same day and ask them to stop billing me the monthly fee they said they would not, I asked them if they could change my yearly plan to a 6-month plan and they refused I also asked them if they could change it to the hellotech light plan they also refused to do that for me. The only thing they could do for me was to turn off the auto renew. They have billed me $19.99 for 4 months now. I feel like they should reimburse me for at least three of those months.
I have read several complaints about HelloTech on this same subject of membership, and you can clearly see they are deceiving people deliberately. This is what most people refer to as a scam.

Scott was phenomenal. He arrived on time, was extremely nice, and provided A++ service. His patience and thorough work is admirable, excellent job! 4 stars based on company policy of 12 ft limit for lights, this is not high enough for many homes. Pricing is misleading the way it is written — Holiday Light Hanging / Removal. One might believe price includes both services but it is only for one.

If I could leave less than one star I would. Almost two months in and my issues are still unresolved. I am still waiting on an email or phone call for a resolution to my AC issue. Stay away from this service.

I finally got a tech assigned (same day with 4 hours notice.
I made some minor schedule adjustments, and then found out the tech cancelled.
I have spent the time I could have done this myself trying to get them to get someone out to me.
Cheated with help and nothing is resolved.

Save your time and tears and energy and money. The worst experience I have ever had in my life. They broke my tv, did not connect it, and left the wires a joke. Hire literally anyone else. Still waiting for a refund or someone to call me back.
Unlike the other assigned tech who was a no call o show, Dalton called me to let me know he finished at another job early to see if the appt could be pushed up. He was very friendly and communicated what he was doing and the estimated time it would take to do the install. He made everything was level and perfect prior to packing up & leaving.
I ordered a nickel elegant shaped smart lock and received a black square version. Bait and switch tactic 100%. I called customer service and received no help. I'll supposedly receive a call in the next 48 hours but the man on the phone could not even send me a confirmation of contact email. As this is a tech company you would think this would be possible when a ticket is create if not auto generated. Be very wary of ordering merchandise from this company.

Scheduled an appointment to have a 75" television mounted, appointment was for 12:00 pm, at 1:30 no tech, no text, no notification at all. After chat, and phone conversation, was told I needed to pick 2 other dates. They have a clause in their agreement giving them the ability to charge the entire amount of the service if the client isn't available at the agreed upon date and time, but take no responsibility for wasting my time after taking a day off to have a tv mounted. Horrible experience and customer service.
In this day age of having to assemble nearly every furniture piece bought Hello Tech is a Godsend! The technician was professional, the company allowed me a wide range of times to fit my schedule. The dining room set was assembled beautifully and I am very pleased. I am now a repeat customer.
Was told job could be done the same day and that there was a technician available before paying. After paying and waiting 7 hr was told they're still looking for a technician then was told by phone rep to be honest nobody's coming today. If u need it done fast just go somewhere els or this could be u.
We called HelloTech to fix a remote that acts as a liaison between the television set on the wall, and a cable box in a closet. They charged us $79+ tax, upfront for the service call. Turned out that the technician jiggled two wires, and bingo, the remote worked. He never removed the tv from the wall, never played with the box, jiggled two wires. When I booked the service, I was told that the $94+ with tax would cover fixing the unit. American Express has caught them trying to charge us an additional $203.14 twice and blocked it! Yay, Amex. I called their cs department. It was evident from the accents both times that I was not speaking to representatives from the United States. Both times, I was assured that the error would be rectified. So far, not. Stay tuned in for further updates. Oh, they also had my email wrong.

I was a bit unsure due to past reviews, but my tech was very nice and calm guy; recommended the perfect height at which tv should be mounted and installed the TV and attached wires without a problem. I also had a wood panelling so it wasn't straightforward finding studs; he had no problem with that.
The first time I scheduled the technician was a complete no-show. The second guy was wonderful, but we could not schedule with him directly. The next one said he could not come 2 hours before the appointment, arrived the next day with an attitude of I really don't want to work. Then decided to leave because the job required him to attach something which I was HAPPY to pay for it... he left and my job is still not done.
Hello Tech's Carlos did a great job fixing our computer laptop access to home security cameras via an online application. Everything works perfectly. Carlos is our first choice -- he is a courteous, reliable and highly competent IT specialist!
Divine C did an awesome job, looked at the new home inside and outside figure out the best way to do our cable coax so he didn't mess up our new modular home explained everything before he started, very professional and nice.
We contracted them to run an Ethernet cable to our home office. They disconnected the internet. It's broken. The only solution given is to call ATT. But we can't work from home now until it's fixed. The tech had not been vetted. He was clearly incompetent

Total fraud. Terrible systems. BEWARE. Engaged them to install a Cove Security system. Only six sensors and a control panel. They sent out a 71-year old fellow who brought is wife along. He needed to read the installation manual prior to starting. He talked about himself, where he lived and how wasting 2.5 hours of our time. He never got the system to work and we cancelled with Cove while he was here. HOWEVER, he filed that he had installed it an it worked. We got charged, not once, but TWICE. Their systems are rather poor at best.
