I've ordered several times from them (3 times to be exact) and I've never had an issue with them. Last time I ordered was just 2 weeks ago and my daughter loved the jewelry I got her for her birthday!
I ordered a waist trainer on March 30,2018. I received an email saying they received my oder. I checked about a few weeks later to see what the status was and its still saying still processing. They have already taken the money out my account and as of today, I still have not received my product. I have sent several emails inquiring where my item was and no one has responded at all. I want my money back! I will never order from them again.

I ordered a waist trainer on Noveber 27th and still no product or response. Very poor customer service. When I tried contacting them tjrou Facebook they blocked me. I already reported it to the BBB

A place to order is on December 2nd and I still have not had no confirmation number and now the site is down
