I became aware of HerRoom several years ago when I found my favorite Olga panties were available on their site. I've been buying them from HerRoom ever since. In addition, I've purchased swimwear and bathrobes for me and my mom. Their items always arrive very nicely package and in a timely manner. Returns or exchanges are easy. I trust working with this company.

Ordered 3 bras in July; two the same, one different. Received single bra. Most uncomfortable, scratchy lace product. Can't return because I had to wear it all day to realize this (my bad decision). Two bras (item that I originally bought at Walmart and loved, was cheaper and at hand) never arrived with Tracking Info: Any Day Now. Had a live chat to find out it may come in September! I only ordered from HerRoom for the convenience. Which it was not.
Support by the team of Herroom is always friendly and very useful. Furthermore I found that the time for the delivery of the goods has improved very much. Thank you for this. There is one little thing that needs to be fixed: the time for loading parts of the Website is sometimes painfully long. If this could be corrected it would be great. Please send this request to your IT Team.

I appreciate Your service and support as well as the product. The reason why I do not give five stars is the very long time it takes until I receive the products. Sometimes it takes more than month. In my view this is much too long. If I order something by amazon, I get it within 1 or 2 weeks. If You could improve in respect to the logistics, I wouldn't hesitate to give Herrom 5 stars.

I was trying to determine sizing and while I used the online videos and measuring tips, I still ended up with bras that don't fit properly. I really would like to talk to a human fitting expert and was unable to get through in any way. No chat bot could answer my questions. Now I have a bra that is too big and sent some back and I'm still not where I want to be. Bummed. I could swear that in the past HerRoom had humans you could talk to?

Thanks to information on the site, I finally measured myself properly and am wearing the right-size bra - after years of the wrong size. I no longer think of bras as a torture device that I can't wait to take off the moment I get home. Very satisfied indeed with my experience and I plan to order again. By the way, I live in Europe, and this site saves me so much trouble with language barriers, a 'foreign' measuring system, etc. I can get bras that I understand, that fit, are so comfortable and are delivered to my door. Absolutely everything is good about that.

Upon receiving my items, I submitted a review, which was not posted. On August 14, I sent a query to check and got a nice explanatory reply from Jacqueline stating the reason for my review being rejected. Namely: "As a man, I'm impeded from reviewing ladies' intimate garments". Surprisingly, on August 15, I received a request to submit a review of the products I purchased (!), for which I'm at a loss and utterly confused.

I was told years ago to wear Alive Support Hose. Everything was fine until the stores did not have the Alive Support Hose. I spent time going around,looking. Then I found your web site. I get my hose very easily in a color and size I need. I also teach and spend a lot of time on my feet five days a week. I had three big babies, giving large veins in my legs.
Some places had to repeat fill in as it wasn't taken the first time.
Had to put in my credit card number four times before it would go through. Always the same numbers.
Found it very easy.
I enjoy the vanity fair panties. I have bought several pairs multiple times. Most of the time all is well. However three times I ordered panties and received email that my order had been processed but then was notified that such items were not available. Why are items for sale when they are not available? Having to call and amend my order is ridiculous!

The only negative experience is I had to wait almost a month for my (1) Fantasia bra to become available. Being that I waited almost a month, as a customer I would have expected some type of service to be given to me/customer for being inconvenienced outside of the normal delivery timeframe.

The website is easy to use. Although the promo codes, all were not eligible for a discount because the codes did not work.
I have regularly shopped this site for things for my wife for a few years. Within the last year they implemented a web site redesign that makes the filters not work well and regularly empties the shopping cart. I have largely switched to other sites unless I know exactly what to orderl.
You ladies know exactly what l am ordering even when I can't remember my password. My order ALWAYS makes it to me in time.

The challenge with delivery is that when filling out your shipping address, there was duplication and fields entered with the inappropriate information. This can cause delays in delivery. I am extremely frustrated with my experience. I placed and paid for an order. My order was marked as delivered. I never received the package. I contacted customer service and was told to wait. I contacted customer service again several days later after zero communication from Herroom and requested a refund. I was told I cannot be refunded. I was promised a refund or communication within 24 hours, neither happened. I have no item and no money. The customer service people were rude and standoffish and not helpful.

We do not refund until we hear back from the carrier which can take up to 5 business days. We are sorry you are unwilling to allow us the time to find out more about your package delivery.

I recently purchased my third set of PJ's by Natori, I love the comfort and fit while I sleep and they are nice to lounge in. I always get compliments when I wear them when visiting family or friends. Temperature while sleeping is important to me, these always feel good!
I have ordered 4 different brands and they all fit differently! For instance one cup size is too small another cup fits and band too loose or too tight. Same size band and cup ordered just different brands. There is nowhere to purchase a bra where I live!
I placed an order with overnight shipping. It was shipped in a timely manner, but FedEx had some sort of incident with the truck which "delayed" the package. I requested a refund for the shipping cost, which I received, along with assurances that tracking would be updated soon and I would still receive my package.
Two weeks later, I still have not received the package and there is no tracking update from FedEx. While it's not HerRoom's fault that FedEx lost/destroyed my order, my complaint with HerRoom is that I sent two additional emails requesting a reshipment over those two weeks, but still have not received so much as a reply. They clearly could not care less about their about their customers.
