UPDATED 10/25/24: Received a response to my previous 2 star review on the not great experience I had ordering, and Jacqueline Wells in their customer service department reached out to explain the situation thoroughly. Much appreciated, so i'm updating my review to 4 starts just based on the time she took to explain the reason my initial experience was not so great.
I was notified 2 of the 3 bras I ordered had shipped. When the package finally arrived only 1 bra with a note the other was damaged and didn't ship. In the meantime I was charged for both. I emailed them from their website Saturday September 21st and received an automated response. The response said they would get back to me shortly. On the website I think it says within 48 hours. Nothing by Wednesday Sept 25th so I called and waited 15 minutes before leaving a message. It is now a full week and 2 days after my original email and still nothing. I am fed up and want a refund for the 2 bras that are now limbo.
FOR OVER 10 YEARS I HAVE WORN THE SAME BRA. I NEEDED A CHANGE SO I WENT SEARCHING. EVERYTHING I PURCHASED JUST GOT RETURNED BECAUSE IT DIDN'T FIT RIGHT. BUT WHEN I TRIED ON THE GODDESS I FELL IN LOVE WITH THEM. THEY FIT PERFECTLY AND THERE EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE. I ORDERED 4 MORE A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO. CAN'T WAIT UNTIL THEY GET HERE. THANK YOU
I ordered lingerie about six weeks ago. They told me the delivery was delayed August 28. We are now at September 6 No product no communication whatsoever. And I paid for this item.

I have ordered 6 panties on August 15th and received only 2. I sent a message on August 23rd. I received a reply that my note would be sent to management for review etc. I have never heard anything again. Order took over 3 weeks to arrive, and the only communication was directly after the order was made to say it was dispatched. I would have liked to hear from the company after 2 weeks to say it was in transit or something. Otherwise everything was great 👍

I purchased a final sale pair of DKNY pajamas which were BIG - I simply asked to exchange for a Small which you still had in stock. No budging on "policy" and so I ordered a small as well. Now stuck with a medium and I will never shop with you again

I have ordered several times from HerRoom and have never had a problem. The merchandise is always top quality and fairly priced. It arrives in good time and well packaged.
This time my order was faster. Last time the company that supplied it was out of stock for several months and I didn't get it. Not their fault and they kept in touch with me. Good customer service.

I have been ordering for 6 or 7 years and never any issues with my bras. I wish, however, that I can get more than 2 styles in my size. I'm a 44K so it's only 2 or 3 choices in underwire that fit. I wish I can get 46L or 46M but bras with underwire are never available in those sizes.

The other one a sport bra did not know the brand…was awful size 44 was correct The C cup is like a DD or DDD

I received part of my order within a reasonable delivery time. However, I was notified that I would have to wait for the remainder, which is backordered for at least 3 weeks. So I am still waiting.

I am pleased with the Vanity Fair panties I ordered. Not many sites have size 5 in different colors, and the site was easy to order from. The price was also good.
The items I was able to buy when living in a large metro area are not available now that I live in a small town. I'm so pleased to be able to find them at Her Room.

Hello Marla - We have reached out to you to provide fit information. Comparing the fit of a bra from 2016 with one made in 2024 is just not realistic; the older bra over time has been compromised. You simply may not be used to the feel of a new bra. We'll get you in the proper size.
