Heybike was happy to sell me a bike and lie about the stock situation. After not shipping it, I canceled. They shipped it anyway, asking if I would accept it. I said yes. Then they had FedEx re route the bike back to their own warehouse. So now the tracking says shipped and delivered. But not to me. I paid with PayPal and Lost my dispute because they shipped the bike. Seems like bots don't read tracking info real well. I am now at their mercy to get a refund. Bottom line is that I bought a different bike that is sold by a USA company and it's great. And now I'm really close to serving the registered agent of Heybike with smalls claims suit. They even admit they owe me $$ for the bike I don't have. The level of customer service is "Legendary".

I bought a Heybike and it wasn't working. An independent service company found all kinds of problems. I returned my lemon bike. I called and emailed them so many times. They promised to pay me and now they refuse. They have the bike and they're trying to stick me with the cost. I might have to take them to court.
HeyBike is the worst! I have had to request customer service resolve a mistake with my order that overcharged me by nearly 1k and they refuse to correct it, despite the terms on the website. They keep telling me keep the order as is and to give the bike to a cousin, friend, or keep as a spare. Are you kidding me? When I pressed the customer service team they said they are required to resist any returns and wear you down. Absolutely a scam.
