I would dare say I have purchased at least 8 diamonds, Gold, and designer handbags. In my first order I was nervous for the product to arrive, making sure I was not duped. When it arrived, as they had said the day etc, I was very pleased. I still had doubts, so purchased a diamond tested, and all looked good. Took to big Diamond store to have mounting and they were just another confidence booster in my decision.
I got banded from bidding on auctions because you're misleading site... It says to leave your Max bid and let it work work for you. Well that's what I did and I got kicked out of auctions because I didn't know any better. Won my auction cant find an invoice called auctioner no answer & no way to get ahold of a live person on hibid. Format for bidding is very easy. Trying to navigate the site for invoice or anything else is difficult

The bidding process through Hi Bid was terrific and I will likely try again. The problem was the actual auction. I purchases used Emeril 360 air fryer and got it for I felt was a very good deal frankly. The problem is that the handle on the air fryer was broken which I discovered only after I got the item home and the baking racks that came with the item weren't even for the air fryer. If I want to use I will have to purchase Emeril replacement racks at a premium which will place the cost of the item well above what I might have paid through another route. I'm hoping g to be able to contact the party in charge of the auction but not certain how to do that.

Registration and bidding were fairly easy to use. However, closing time was later than advertised, and the additional two-minute increments were on top of that. It was confusing.

Everything went well. Pictures were up early for preview. Any questions I had were explained on the site. Bidding went smoothly. Pickup of my winning bid items also went smooth & efficient.

I called Superior Auctions a couple times about pickup location and address and did not get an answer but left a message. They did call me back.

It is always great when you can view the whole auction on one page. The only downfall is, when you want to view an item, it opens a seperate page.
The bidding process and payment and all that stuff was easy however, when picking up there is such a long wait. I have bought from several auctions and normally all I do is show them my invoice and they already have my entire order together and this is various auctions. I think it would be much more efficient if y'all were better organized in the back and had everybody's complete order together, just my opinion for what it's worth. I know I was next to a lady who had been waiting over an hour. I don't think I waited quite that long, but it was close.

My whole experience went well. I am very satisfied.
It is fun to follow and bid once in awhile but you need to be careful and choosey. The photography is normally horrible and you have to love the descriptions like; "Nicely Circulated" or "Nearly Uncirculated". You are taking a gamble each time you bid on what the coin or coins actually are like but their shipping service is on point. You will get what you win but it may have a scratch or flaw you did not notice and that is part our fault and the lousy photos are the other part. The photo attached I did not win but threw a bid anyway. It is not a good pic to judge the coins' grade, condition or color. The second, the '84 half dime is much, much better. Did not win that either. I am away from home at a Baltimore Whitman Expo and cannot provide any proof of purchase as they would be at home.
I have been buying a lot of items from auction. Specifically Treasury Auctions in Salt Lake City,UT. Not anymore! Most of the items I have been getting as of late has been broken damaged or used. I make sure to read all descriptions to make sure it's not listed as used or damaged. Somehow I still get damaged and used items. When I bring it up to them they give me hard time about getting a refund. They are extremely rude and make me feel like I'm trying to rip them off. It's completely the other way
A round. The last time my card didn't go through so I payed with cash upon arrival. I only got one item description said new/open box. It was damaged and used. When I asked a young lady about getting a refund she said she would issue a credit towards my next auction. I just wanted my cash back that I just handed to them. She at first said I'll do it this time. Then she said she couldn't then she said I can give you 15% back. Then she changed it 50%. Why do the amounts keep changing? I didn't want a credit I just wanted my money back. The last time I got a credit. It didn't show up on my next auction. When I came to pick up I told them about the credit and showed them the paperwork. They said the guy that issued you the credit no longer works here so we can't honor that. How is that my problem! They are crooks think twice about buying from this auction house. Please check your items before you leave. They are out to take advantage of you!

The sorting by option and poor search option is frustrating. Also, trying to pay is enough to make me never return. I can't pay like other sites, nope I have to wait for an invoice via e-mail from the seller, then use their preferred way to pay and ship. Why can't I pay via the webpage? Maddening!
I do like the variety of items though.

Answer: Licensed auctioneer here- auction law is that if you give notice that you need to retract your bid before the hammer falls (or the auction ends online) that the auctioneer is required to retract the bid. Actual law also dictates that bidding must start over at opening bid, not the next highest bid.
