I was surprised on the variety of products that was available. I think one area which can really make an improvement is the delivery service ease. I'm still waiting for the delivery charges quote on the products that i won in bidding.
After sale service is great. Bought 12 items, 11 of them were as described. 1 was a return,not even close to the description in catalog, had been put in box of a much more expensive scooter. All of the packing materials from both were in the box.

Primebid on this site is a ripoff. They take your max bid without anyone else bidding and hibid let them. To top it off, I've never paid for something, don't receive it and couldn't get a refund! They are rude and unequivocally the reason people think the south is racist!

I love auctions but no longer have time to attend them. I dislike eBay due to the level of dishonesty I have dealt with. HiBid is fun and easy. Every dealer I have purchased from has been honest. What I have won is exactly as pictured, packed well and mailed to me in a timely manner. Very pleased

Hated that there is no cut off time and sat for 90 minutes bidding over and over again as the clock keeps resetting. Then didn't get the item. Horrible

I have bid and won some great stuff on Hi-Bid. From washing machine, clothes dryer, freezer. Jewelry and coins to metal detectors. I just got a lawnmower yesterday for a good price. You name it its on here.

We bought a TRX workout strap. In the picture it looked like a lot of 3. In the description it said TRX Straps. No where did it say it was only one. In the picture it should have been just one TRX. The picture showed more than one.

This auction sold me $3,000 worth of fake shoes, Yeezy"s Jordans "all" counterfeit. When I contacted them with a demand letter. They ignored the letter, they also sold me an X-Box that doesn't work.
