The dashboard of Highster Mobile is not crowded. It's designed simply and they obviously take into consideration the convenience of their users. Loading time is fast and no issues are encountered.

I chose Highster Mobile because of its advanced and promising features. The screen time limit feature, for instance, helps me better control my child's phone use and protect him from its negative effects.

I don't expect much on customer service for these types of services. Highster Mobile has surprisingly great Customer Support that their competitors could stand to learn.

What I absolutely love about Highster Mobile is that it has great GPS tracking. I know exactly where the kids are, and my husband is. The pricing is also very affordable. Unlike other apps that are priced more than $100 just for the license, Highster only costs $29.99 for the basic. Although it's affordable, it has more features that other products!

My daughter is at that age now where she wants to explore the world outside without my supervision. Her friends are always posting about their weekends on Instagram, and she wanted to do that too. I downloaded Highster Mobile onto her phone and now I know what she does when she's out--even though I'm not there with her!

You can't imagine how relieved I am to know that I can always access my kids' phone activity. It's such a relief knowing they can't get away with anything and that I am the only one who knows what they're doing. It really helped me get through these tough years and give me some peace of mind, and it's worth every penny!..

This company goes by MANY different names but does nothing of what it says! They stole from me and are refusing to refund although they keep SAYING THEY WILL. I have been waiting since may 3rd for a refund and they keep pretending via email that they will refund me however now they straight up ignore me. So i got ahold of my credit card company as well as BBB.

My kid and I agreed that I would be monitoring the phone that I bought for her over the holidays, after I explained the things that she would have to deal with if I wasn't there to help her. We also agreed that the monitoring will be limited to certain apps. So I shopped around and found Highster Mobile. The app is exactly as advertised. I can see what happens on the entire phone, but as per our agreement, I am only tracking those apps that we agreed on. Still, the peace of mind the app gives me, knowing that I can be there for my daughter when she needs me, is priceless.

Highster mobile Would leave a worse review, if possible. The product feature set was not well-advertised. Features I thought were available, were not, and features they claim are available do not work well like they do with competing products. Despite claiming a money back return policy, they would not issue my refund despite many attempts to request it. Different members of support keep replying "please describe your issue" even though I have described it repeatedly. It's a scam backing for a subpar product. I am very disappointed since I had read positive reviews prior to purchase. I am now attempting to get refunded through their biller and if that doesn't work will be refusing the charge on my bank's side. This could have been resolved more efficiently if they would have been willing to follow their own refund policy. Verified Customer Order Number: *******. I will be posting this on as many review sites as I can find. I seek an alternative and found Mount Hack Team. Mount Hack Team is the best I was given access to my target phones with their phone numbers without touching it.

This app was recommended by another parent at the bus stop, and at first - I thought it was a great idea. Nope! Within the first week or so of use, the app began sending me notifications that my daughter had left school, showing that she moved about 2.5 miles across the main road to a different school. I was not sure what to think, but I hesitated on calling because she did have an event coming up with band, so I thought maybe the date was changed... a couple hours went by, and my worries increased, so I called her school. She never left! I was so embarrassed - why would I trust an application to give me accurate information?! After sending a message to Contact This App, I received an email, a really long email, explaining that it was a "bounce out." The app had the tendency to lose data/connection, and jump to a nearby cell tower, which can relocate the circle member away from their last known location. Verified Customer Order No: *******. This "bounce out" happened three more times within the next two weeks. We only had three members within the family circle, and it was always my daughter, the alerts would pop up on my screen, showing me she left the school! No no no, not what one expects from a location application. Improve the technology so that "bounce outs" never happen.My Cousin recommend Mounthackteam phone Spy App to me and this gives full accurate information about my family and ease my worries.
