I ordered a periodic table that was supposed to contain really elements. The product page shows three dimensional elements within the silicon table. When I received it, it was just stickers of the elements. After multiple attempts to get this sorted out, all I heard back was there was nothing they can do, not even an apology. This is a poor company with a disgrace of customer service.

Orders a bag & cancelled a bag, never received a refund but they are saying I got it 3-5 days after cancel & never received the order I paid for & they jus keep saying it's coming I wrote them numerous times, bank see no refund, suppose to received on Jan 2nd the actual bag I did pay for & today is January 24 still no refund still no bag they sorry asab
