I definitely recommend Hiremyteam. This is my first time purchasing an online business and they have been very helpful through the whole process. I look forward to working with them on my next project.
So I am changing my review of Hiremyteam team. As of right now we have a Federal Class Action suit with Civil and criminal charges being filed we have a long list of clients where Thomas Parker the owner has refused to honor any of his contractual agreements with his customers. Anyone who is have issues in any capacity with Hiremyteam please contact me ASAP. I have 2 projects after my visit to LA a Global and a Platinum. They started out strong but it's been a nightmare. I am leaving a negative review hoping to save anyone thinking about going with them. I am also urging anyone who is also currently a client to contact me ASAP who is Experiencing any problems. Where to start first my projects aren't even close to being done it's been over 4 months reaching 5 month mark. You have a lot of fees associated with going down this road with eBay, Amazon, Shopify which hiremyteam doesn't tell you. It would be fine if sales were coming in but because they can't complete things in a timely manner your stuck paying fees month after month. My Platinum store they priced my products for what I get them for so with shipping and drop shipping fee I was in the negative. Despite the spreadsheets I sent them with products and prices. That was the recent thing that happened. Who is in the business to lose money raise your hands? The next thing is EBay and amazon put limits on your accounts when you sign up. Again hiremyteam should be transparent with information. These restrictions only keeps delaying the process something they don't tell you. So you can have 6000 products but you can only post 800 of them without fighting EBay or Amazon to increase your limits. Communication is so bad you go weeks without updates. You inquire and promises get made but then that date roles around only to be disappointed. They implemented a new communication software but I've seen no improvements. I've complained to Tom the Directer now 3 times in 3 months he is so good at telling you what you want to hear making promises his team can't deliver. He even went the extra mile to blame me for the delays when any request by them was given within 15 mins of the request. Tom has no clue what goes on in his own dept even when all the info is right there in the project notes in the Monday Project software. The logos are a joke they obviously do not have a very good creative team. The websites are generic but do serve their function. Who wants a nice website with a crappy logo raise your hand? I've tried to be patient because they are a fairly new company that needs to work out their internal problems but their core business values about customer service needs to be improved. I have given Hiremyteam until July 18 to finish my projects if they can't get them done I hired a lawyer to file breach of contract. They changed the wording of their website. Luck enough I was smart enough to take screen shots shortly after I started. My advice to anyone thinking about do this DONT, not with Hiremyteam they make big promises no follow through and broken promises. I had such high hopes for them their business model makes sense they just aren't ready to early for them. I can give so many examples and give more detail to every single hurtle I've had to jump through just to get to this point but I think you all get the point. For me the money I paid just shy of $18k it's just not worth it hire someone who can give you individual attention and service. I have to fight them now in court to get my money back. That my advice and run from this company as fast as you can. Im also adding Tom Parker is not his real name and he is now refusing to work on my projects. Santos Gonzales was a front man claiming to be the owner for this company and he is not the owner. Any of the pics you see on their website or on this google review are fake. Tom and his team were so amazing to work with! Super communicative and reliable. I've worked with a few website builders before but I was very impressed with their knowledge and execution. Their technical support is always available and every issue I had was resolved immediately or within a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend if you want a site that is a professional and exceptional, you work with these guys.
I have been searching for a company to help me sell for years. I have a little experience selling online, but I have never been able to build a successful store in the past. I was happy with the fact that all the dates and deadlines were met, and I got my business up in running in an appropriate amount of time. I know you can't start a business over night but this is the closest thing to it.
Working with this team has been good so far. I am currently using them to do data entry and its really freed up my time to focus on business strategy. If everything continues to go as it has been, I would like to hire the team to work on other projects!
Iv 'e sold online for the past 6 months and and i'm super happy that i've found Hiremyteam. After months of going back in forth i decided to purchase there Platinum package. After a few months my website was done and i and i'm satisfied with their service.
After 3 months with Hiremyteam i have to say i'm glad i decided to go with them.
My journey of selling online has not been a walk in the park but they do hold your hand through the process. I have generated sales on all platforms that they have loaded my products on.
I was very satisfied with the service I received from this company, started off slow (just like any other business I am pretty sure) but I learned a lot from this experience and I would totally recommend to the next person trying to start an online business! Patience is key!
I purchase the platinum package in the beginning of june and at a point i started to get impatience but it was well worth the wait. I'm generating income on a few different platforms and Hiremyteam has helped me every step of the way.
I went to visit them at the Philadelphia location to meet the team and they made me feel extremely welcome. I can always get a hold of someone when I have a question and the team seems to be working hard on my project. The only complaint I have is that it does take several weeks to start making a lot of sales.
I am happy and this is been a overwhelming experience that I will never forget. I started off with the Silver web design package but soon upgraded to the Platinum package. Happy to have done so, making more progress by the day. Hire this team!
I went back in forth with myself on whether i should purchase a business from them and i'm glad i did. I don't stay to far from there office so i decided to go there. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable.

I was a little skeptical but Tom reassured me the entire way because at first I wasn't making a lot of money and things were taking a long time. Finally, 8 months later I am seeing the revenue that was promised at our demo.

My website took an extra week to be completed but i have already received sales and there customer service is excellent which is a big factor for me!

Great customer service -- very professional and punctual. Communication was amazing; my project managers always kept me updated with how my project was moving along, and if there was an issue, they worked with my extensively to resolve it! Love the company and love the staff.
I signed up with Hiremyteaminc back in June and so far it's been a good experience. I signed up for there diamond package and there was a delay due to the fact that i was only able to have 500 products a month listed on my ebay account but other than that there service is great!
I'm given this company five star based on the fact that there aren't to many companies that provide the level of service that they do as well as the business that i purchase actual works and generates an income.
HireMyTeam is a great place to do business. Everything, and anything I needed they were always attentive to see I got everything I needed. I would recommend them ten times over and before anyone else.

I purchase the business in August and it did take a few weeks to complete but overall the outcome was great. I love the design of my website and most importantly my website is generating money!

After purchasing a website through another company and not making any money i decided to give Hiremyteam a shot. I purchased there Silver Website Package but decided to upgrade to there platinum package to have access to more products as well as more exposure for my store. After a few weeks my store was live and within an a few weeks i started to get a few orders. I do see with an online business patience is a virtua! Finally a company that can really follow through on their promises. I've worked with 4 different digital agencies over the past 6 years. And then I found HireMyTeam! Unlike my experience with other companies, where the salesman promises everything, and then you get handed off and the follow through is ok at best, with HireMyTeam it was quite different. The salesman was able to say enough to get a meeting with me, and then I was handed to Nathalie who really knows her stuff, as well as the companies capabilities. Then I was introduced to Sarah and her team (the ones doing the hands on work), and my experience got even better. Not only do they have their systems put in place that are really good, everyone has continually been on the same page. That alone was hard to find in other agencies. I'm happy to say that since moving to HireMyTeam, only a few months ago, our sales have increased beyond our expectations. When it comes to Ecommerce they know their stuff. I've learned details about the way certain platforms like Google and Facebook, that has really helped shape my understanding of how delicate Sales can be. When I see the missed opportunity over the last few years from not working with HireMyTeam it makes me cringe. I highly recommend these guys.
