Absolutley amazed by the video enchancer reuslts. Old blurry video footage can be upscaled to 4K with lots of new detail and definition. I am still amazed everytime I convert another old video, its like magic!

The Ai video upscaling in this app is amazing, great options and fantastic output. Customer service goes above and beyond to solve any issues you may have. I've had no software issues, but they quickly corrected an issue with licensing caused on my end, but they solved it quickly and got me back up and running right away.

I'm very satisfied with HitPaw, it's really made a big difference for my old photos. Now I can colorize my old family-photos, and I'm now using HitPaw on most of my pictures anyway. I'm an amateur photograph, but using much time to try some photos getting better.
Until now, I have tried a lot of programs, and it works so and so and ok, but now, after using HitPaw for several months, I'm not in doubt. HitPaw is a must if you want to lift your photos to an higer level. It's still not perfect colorize at all colors on every pictures, but that does no other program either.
HitPaw is absolutely a gamechanger. Build with AI, the program getting better and better.
This program is absolutely to recomment.

It is an excellent photo editing tool with AI power provided by HitPaw AI photo which gives the full clear interface and manual optimized by AI tools and various editing clicks are designed to simplify the complicated process.
Its background remover is delightful to use, and adjusting some basic settings are easy on photo, clipper and the speed on editting is higher than most of its contenders. Its advanced retouch on airbrush leaves something to be desired with respect to various customization. Though it isn't as awesome as you might think, it works excellently for overall retouching.
Compared with other photo editor, it has a high score in using interface, editing speed and function. It is a creative working place for everyone who wants a simple method to complete photo editing, including the amateur and professionals. I recommend it for everyone who owns digital camera and taking digital photos.

Excellent customer service that responds very quickly and above all provides concrete solutions. This was the case for me with a response within a few hours to a problem I was having with video enhancer on my PC. The support was perfect and my problem was solved. The result on videos is quite amazing. Of course, there's a slight artificial aspect to the rendering, but compared with the usual techniques that produce a lot of noise in the image and a result that's rarely satisfactory, it's a great success.

I want to alert you to a deceptive practice employed by HitPaw, known as "Automatic Renewal," targeting previous subscribers to their services. This automatic renewal occurs without prior notification to the customer, depriving them of the opportunity to decide whether to renew or not. I initially subscribed to their service for one month to use one of their programs. However, I was surprised to find that my subscription was automatically renewed for $73 the following month without my consent.

Upon contacting HitPaw to cancel the subscription, as I did not want it and had not used their program, HitPaw refused my request. They cited their Rules and Conditions, stating that they do not accept this reason for issuing a refund. Essentially, this indicates that if you fail to cancel your previous subscription, HitPaw will exploit this to its advantage and take your money against your wishes.

This conduct is unacceptable for any reputable company. The foundation of providing any service should be based on customer acceptance and satisfaction. I caution you against doing business with HitPaw, given their manipulative tactics.

I recently used a camera and didn't have time to properly check its focus capabilities. I had high hopes that the software could sharpen the image, as AI has come so far in the last couple of years. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the results I was hoping for. I am sure for other problems the software can help others in different situations. Frustrated, I reached out to customer service for help and offered a number of solutions and replied consistently to my emails. Thank you for helping!

I purchased a life time licence for hitpaw as I download current videos often for my leadership preparation courses for future leaders. When I had to upgrade my device I was informed that it was not possible for any upgrades but if I gave a 5 star review they would send me a new licence. This is dishonest, non practical and an unethical way to do business. I will not be using them again. This very review asks me to confirm that I was in no way offered an incentive to write this review, I was very much offered an incentive to write a 5 star one, I hope the real one shows others what will happen unless your current device lasts forever.

HitPaw is the software I love and highly recommended to people who like to make their lovely and memorable photos with some problems like not clear, no colour balance, with more grain to make in good condition. I bought HitPaw without any hesitation for lifetime after I use the trial version in one time only. HitPaw is value for money.
