Their product did not work. And that money back guarantee they talk about? Good luck. I literally chatted with their customer support team for over a week and they would not refund my order. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and I will never do business with them ever again.

The video enhancer seemed useful so I purchased it. However, I tried multiple settings and, while it did change the video, it definitely did not improve it. Be warned, it just makes the videos look extremely artificial. I asked for a refund and ended up going back-and-forth where HitPaw tried everything but give me a refund. I eventually managed to get 50% back from them. What a complete waste of money. You can see why they don't want to give a full free trial version - nobody would buy it! BE WARNED!

I recently purchased the HitPaw Image Enhance app with high hopes of enhancing my images effortlessly. However, my experience with the app has been disappointing and concerning.

Shortly after installing and using the app on my computer, I noticed significant performance issues, including slow operation and my PC overheating. Despite multiple attempts to troubleshoot the problem, the issues persisted, making it nearly impossible to use the app effectively.

Upon reaching out to HitPaw Support for assistance, I received a response acknowledging the overheating issue. While they suggested trying the app on another computer or upgrading to a lifetime version, I believe the root cause lies in compatibility with my current system.

In the interest of transparency and to prevent others from encountering similar issues, I feel compelled to share my experience. I advise potential users to exercise caution when considering HitPaw products, as they may encounter performance issues that could impact their computer's operation.

Overall, I cannot recommend HitPaw Image Enhance based on my experience with the app and the subsequent lack of resolution from their support team.

I recommend this software to everybody. HitPaw Video Enhancer certainly does as promised and improves the quality of my videos making them look so much better. Quinn from customer support is fantastic always there to help and very friendly.

This is a cheating company, I bought the product above to try to enhance a Ring video, but it did nothing, no change in quality, unable to identify the person, you will never differentiate between the original and the enhanced. In the trial period, they offered 30% off a product that I paid $99 for and it did not work, we went back a forward, and they never offered a full refund. Please don't waste your money or your time. The rendering time is horrendous. It will take you around 7 minutes to render 1 second. After an hour I understood that I can't use this system, so I contacted them right away and asked to cancel and refund. And I got a response that I need to fix something in the system. They sent me an instruction and the buttons were not even there! So basically I paid them for a whole year and stated after an hour that it's not for me and got a response that I can go f myself. Horrible experience. Would advice everyone to avoid it!

I typically do not write bad reviews unless all avenues and opportunities for resolution are utilized. I did the professional route of contacting them directly in regard to the issues I was having. After purchase (WHICH btw is the only way to really test the product) I was noticing it was taking SEVERAL hours to convert less than 10% of a 1 min video. I mentioned that as well as how the final product took over 12 hrs to complete, in which the quality was horrible. After 4 email exchanges, they still refused to provide a full refund. So, I am here to protect those consumers who decide to take a chance on a product with their hard-earned money to only be thoroughly disappointed.

Purchased this software based on the reviews I read - the Photo Enhancer, PC version. The software repeatedly crashed on me. I contacted supported and asked for my money back due to the 30-day Refund Guarantee that they show on the check-out page. 3 weeks later, and over 5-6 emails and it still has not been refunded. Small print says it has to be due to technical issues. Sent them logs, email descriptions, etc. and still no refund. Buyer Beware!

I have used Premiere Pro and Photoshop for watermark remover, but it is long and bulky and not ideal.
I was looking for another solution specialized. I tried several programs, but this one turned out to be the best. With respect to the developers! Everything works out of the box the way I needed it.

I had a few photos with watermarks and attempted to remove the watermarks with a sophisticated photo editing program. It was too much effort with mediocre results; maybe because I'm not an expert with the program. But then I found Hitpaw's Watermark Remover and it works. It is intuitive and it's easy to use. On some photos it took extra work but ultimately it did work well enough. I tried it for a month but will now extend my subscription.

To be honest and Truthful, I have never seen such a real voice changer like this before in my life. It sounds very human and works very well with high quality voices, have try others voice changer but they're sounds robotic and not clear. As long as I'm concerned hitpaw voice changer is the best voice changer I have right now on my PC. Please go and try it for yourself, I bet you won't regret using it.
