It's a great program for editing pictures and removing the background, did not find a better program for what i need, for what i use it more than good enough and not so complex as photoshop or other programs
They are totally ignorning my refund request after I declined a lifetime subscription to satisfy me. I found a daily limitation in background removal (99 images a day) that was not discoverable in the trial version and was not advertised. This doesn't fit my workflow and I asked for a refund. They offered a lifetime subscription which I declined and they have not returned emails since. Avoid this company.

Já abri uma reclamação no RECLAME AQUI - mas o HITPAW consta como uma empresa que não responde o consumidor.
Pode me ajudar? Paguei R$ 799 pela licença vitalícia.
Para quem pensa em comprar este software, fica aqui meu relato da péssima experiência que estou tendo com está empresa.
Outra, eles disponibiliza versões gratuitas que não permitem uma experiêcia completa com o uso do software.

Já fiz denúncia no Google e Redes Sociais. Vou perder meu dinheiro mas se puder ajudar outras pessoas a não cair no mesmo golpe já fico muito feliz. HitPaw é uma fraude.

I could not use HitPaw's software because of it's restrictions. Instead of offering me a refund which they promise on their website. Link provided.

They thought they could just extend my service for another year at no extra charge. Luckily PayPal protected my purchase and I got my refund. I would never recommend them if you have a problem with your product. I uploaded a copy of the conversation with their support team as proof.
