Not only did they deal with my situation of ordering the wrong product, My Fault I hasten to add; they at no extra cost and increased my time of use! HitPaw is a fast way to remove a watermark of a photo or video (I use specifically for photos). It'll took me severous minutes to do it in other tools, but with HitPaw takes seconds. The results are great.

So: these guys are blowing dust in your eyes. All they are required to do is remove the watermark and nothing else. I bought the full version and downloaded the first file and this program just failed. I assumed that maybe there was something wrong with the file and started looking for another product. I found this one watermarkremover io and uploaded my file, five minutes later the watermark was removed and I uploaded it in the highest resolution. Next I explained to the HiTpaw guys that their program does not meet my needs and does not do a simple task and ask for my money back. They replied that their program is perfect and I am a fool and we will not give you your money back, choose another product from our junk and we will replace it. But why do I need junk? I need my money.

Conclusion: don't waste your money with Hitaw - it's cheap, there are great products on the market.

Checked out the "functional" demo. Could not export/process! Took over 10 hours to process a 5:30 second mp4! Result was horrible. Support was useless. Stopped replying when I asked for a refund! Over hyped very disappointing prodoct. Verges on a scam!

Let me start by saying you must have a strong video card to make this work. I installed this on a machine that couldn't handle the load and it was useless. I tried a few things with customer service and it just wasn't going to work for a video enhancer. They gave me a new activation number to use on my sons gaming computer and his has been able to convert them at a faster rate. You need a good video card, you need to know it can't work miracles out of very old camcorder movies but it does good, and their customer service was outstanding helping me.

I have been using software for quite sometime and has been found to be a very useful and effective one. It has got most of the functions for a video conversion and its functions are very user friendly. Their support staff are also very co-operative and friendly. I like this very much.

Summary: If you are planning to use HitPaw to download videos from a paywalled area, it likely won't work and they won't refund your money.

I used the trial version to download a single video 3 times (on 3 different computers) from the same website where I paid for an online course. Since the trial version worked well, I decided to buy the premium version. However, the premium version always gets a parsing error and cannot download the same videos as the trial version.

I contacted support and asked them to make my premium version work the same way as the trial version but they said they are unable to do so. So then what is the point of a trial version? I clearly meet the requirements to receive a full refund but they refuse to give me one.

Additionally, it appears that the links are sent to a remove server when trying to download using premium and this prevents them from downloading from a paywalled website. It is also likely that HitPaw saves all of the videos you download with the premium version so beware.

I have a ton of small, noisy images from years ago, and using HitPaw has helped me improve them more than I would've thought possible just a few years ago.

I highly recommend giving it a try.

It has also helped me greatly improve Polaroid scans.

I have been using this software for approximately 2months and I am quite satisfied with it and I have found no issues to date. I wish I had found it earlier. Simple to use and quite adaptive on its use. Please keep up the fine development of your product

Too many artifacts problem while trying to enhance video and it takes a very long time to process, I have switched to other Video Enhancer, asking for a refund.

The software works excellently and the watermark removal is very effective, after removing it, you cannot see the retouching. The software, which already works very well, with the latest updates, works even better and is now perfect.

I used HitPaw to upscale a standard DVD to high definition and was extremely impressed with the results.

I was shooting videos in less than ideal conditions, and the video quality wasn't great. In my search for a program to improve the video quality, I tested several programs and compared them. I chose HitPaw because it perfectly improved the video quality, allowing me to create better videos. I highly recommend it.

After I contacted the Support Team to complain about the software which is so extremely slow and not working on my laptop because it took about 2 hours to render 4 seconds, theyv'e sent me this message

"Usually, the processing speed will greatly be improved if you can use a computer with a discrete graphics card. Would you like to have a try? We can send you a new code for registering if needed.

So firstly they want me to change my graphic card to accommodate their software and secondly they want me to spend even more money on theri software which is not working anyway.

I had a chance to use HitPaw Video Enhancer after purchasing it, I was surprised at how easy it was to use and great results. I am considering buying the Picture Enhancer to improve my picture quality as well. Good product at a good price.

I was very impressed with the remastering result of the HitPaw Video Enhancer software, it really does what it says, now I can remaster my old videos. The support service has answered all my questions with a very good disposition and cordiality, it has been a great help.
