So far, completing the resume builder was super user friendly. I had one glitch which customer service addressed within 12 hours.
Initially because I liked the visual layout of a particular resume, then because the resume builder was really easy to use, finally because customer service was very responsive.
I'm hoping to be able to easily upload my resume when applying for jobs. I'm also hoping to tailor my resume and cover letters for each job and it seems that this is a possibility with your company. Also, I read reviews from satisfied customers.
